that was an EPIC TRANSFORMATION !!! truly improved the appearance of the neighborhood. u could tell how much the neighbors really appreciated it !!!!UNBELIEVABLE
I like this guy best because he takes the time to tell what tool he is using, and always comes up with sections 1--4. Gives order to his thoughts, and saves tree trimming and a 2nd or 3rd mowing for last. Teaching new people how they too can do his job.
I looked at my husband last night and said " tomorrow Midlife Stockman is on!". When did I turn into a property restoratation junkie? You did an awesome job on a very sweet house! What a background story! I hope they find someone to love it. Superb job, Sean. And even I got excited that you got a new mower. I need a hobby...retirement obviously isn't working for me 😂...

A sea of grass !!! It’s very daunting when you first see these overgrown gardens/yards, but by the time you’ve finished it, it all looks amazing … keep the brilliant work up !! 😊😊
You know there are lots of channels with the same or similar content, but what they lack you have in spades, it’s called sincerity and integrity. My father was a landscaper for thirty years, he done the occasional free yard but mainly he catered to low income elderly people, he charged the same flat $20 fee for everybody and the yards in NC are on average 5 times larger than the one in the video. Boy do I miss him and the 25 or so regular customers. Keep doing good work sir!
Stockman, first, let me say I love your videos! The work you do is amazing and the way you work in sections, keep your videos interesting. Watching 45 minutes of whipping an entire yard, then 45 minutes of mowing an entire yard gets boring, but not on your channel! Second, Michael, you are a class act! THAT is how you treat people helping your neighborhood. This video was extra fun to watch you with your new mower, your smile couldn't have gotten any bigger. Congratulations and thank you for making the world a better place.
Midlife Stockman, wow 200k , did you ever think you would get there ?? We all knew you would because you exude confidence, kindness and respect for your community. Bless you and your family and may you always stay true too yourself.
If the neighbors would contact the owner & show photos of what you've done, perhaps the City would create a program for first time home owner families to get the property at a reasonable, affordable price. I love the idea of flowers on the porch to give curb appeal & appear someone is living there.
I live in the suburbs of Detroit and I am proud to have you as a representative of Detroit. I am sure these folks are extremely grateful. You are the greatest!
Thank you for freeing up the fire hydrant from the tall grass. That is essential. Plus it looked like the house was next to a school yard playing field. Glad the neighbors were polite and appreciative.

I'm really glad about the new mower. Can you close the chute? Can you collect clippings? I agree totally. Not bagging up overgrown grass is very detrimental. Love watching your work. You, Quick Cuts from Australia and Flawless Cleaning in Britain are all equally fantastic. All the others are meh.
Michael's a lovely man. It's so nice to see people with big hearts still exist.
You are wonderful, thankyou with all my heart for the genuine help and support you give to others. I am a 73yr old lady here in Australia and I prayer for your success in all you are trying to to achieve .
Congrats on passing 200K! You made a tired house happy!

You & Michael are the neighbours everyone should have. You cleaning up the property and making it seem lived in. Michael making sure you're there to do good & offering a warm welcome, water and refreshments. I love that you rake up - it looks so much more polished. Great work & terrific result!
Yes he does great work and cleaning up.
If you talk with the kids, I'd suggest that they contract with a lawn company, and keep tabs with Miss Lamb to be sure it's actually being maintained, whilst they get renters or put it on the market. Like you say, vandals and scrappers will destroy the place, ripping out the copper and fixtures, etc. (Daunting yard, wonderful job!!)
Good idea. Some places can text you pictures as proof that everything was done if you request it.
@@Killer_Turnip see? The turnip knows!!! :)
All empty houses like this should have alarm system. All should they do keep thieves out.
@shelleyharris4176 Not scrappers..they'll dismantle it and come back later. They know what they're doing. I had to keep my 100pound Bouvier at my empty house when we were selling it, after I came upon an attempted break in in progress. They came back, but man..my dog showed me, and did the loudest, most vicious growls I've ever heard!!..She was telling me all about it, and took me to that window!!! She saved the house. :) Alarms aren't going to go for your jugular, or tear your arm off. Nasty surprise for those guys, lol. (Giant breed of dog, mellow, but ferocious when need be!) Big sweetie pie otherwise :)

Hello. Just want to say what an amazing man you are and what a huge heart. I’m an 80 year old gal and I came across your site while searching for something else. I got hooked, and spent one day viewing all your videos. Take care and keep up the good work. Bless you and your family, I know they must be behind you. ❤️
The woman who owned that home, is looking down from heaven and smiling at you Mr. Stockman.❤️🌷🌺💫✨🌈 Oh, and I like the green plastic inserts you use inside your pickup bags. Nice! That Helps alot. You do great work!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉
Definitely want one of those inserts lol
@@cutepikuThose inserts are awesome I've been using them for years. Lowe's has them.
❤
@@LindaC-ze5ob Not sarcastic at all, I want one.
Where can you buy the green plastic inserts? What a great idea, as on a windy day, it's so tricky to keep the bags from tipping over.
So sad that the owner died and didn't see her dream to the very end! I hope that you are able to yin touch with her family and can show them the great job that you did and can find a new family for that beautiful home!
I’d like to think she does know about the care and kindness of this man
that was an EPIC TRANSFORMATION !!! truly improved the appearance of the neighborhood. u could tell how much the neighbors really appreciated it !!!!UNBELIEVABLE
You and the other guys are positive proof that there is still caring, hope, friendship, faith. Neighbors looking after neighbors like they used too.
I like this guy best because he takes the time to tell what tool he is using, and always comes up with sections 1--4. Gives order to his thoughts, and saves tree trimming and a 2nd or 3rd mowing for last. Teaching new people how they too can do his job.
WooHoo!! Here for SEAN the Midlife Stockman Monday Clean up!!! 200K you Rock!!!🌲💚
They are relaxing to watch before sleeping for me even with being loud from mower etc.
@@shelleyharris4176 I agree! It's very relaxing to watch, and his video edits are brilliant. 😁👍🏆🏅
It's people like you Sean that make this world a better place, compassion and helping others. Interacting with the community is so important and they do appreciate everything you do.
Beautiful job. You just saved someone’s home and a lot of heartache. Seems like that family has had enough. Bless you.
Bless your father he was a good man to care.
I love how you pick up things , arrange things, remove things , stack things , burn things, fix things, 😁 trim things‼️‼️‼️
I really appreciate how you don’t leave all the clippings all over the yard, but rake them and bag them up! Thank you!
I am not religious, but if more people were like you, the world would be a better place.
Keep it up, love the videos.
God Bless Him ❤
Thank you for freeing up the fire hydrant from the tall grass. That is essential. Plus it looked like the house was next to a school yard playing field. Glad the neighbors were polite and appreciative.
It seems like a neighborhood with kind and gentle people, I hope that the family that arrives there is well received and reciprocates that kindness in the same way. Thank you for protecting the places and renovating them so that they look beautiful and cared for!

Congratulations on 200,000! I think what people respond to is you, and your positivity and enthusiasm. You make it a joy to watch. Great job on this lawn. Loving the new mower. Onto the next 100,000.
I totally agree. It’s your personality that draws people to you Sean. God bless you and your family 🙏❤️
Forgot to tell you, I have contacted many people interested in your specialty. As I said, I'm 83 years old and on an extremely limited budget and I'm physically disabled and can't afford to JOIN. One more thing you need for that mower is the grass collector I do hear they're very expensive it would save you a lot of time and energy congratulations for the 200,000 I wouldn't mind living in that neighborhood did people seem to be very kind
Good idea yet on yards like this he'd be emptying it every 2 seconds.
What lovely neighbors! Thank you Mrs. Lamb! Kindness goes a long way in this world. It is heartwarming to see!
watching your videos is like zen therapy. While the yard work must take an enormous all-day effort, your timelapse camera angles and editing doesn't go unappreciated! great job!
That's a nice property, and yes that was heaps of grass you cut there.
Would have been nice to create a garden on that vacant space.
Kudos too to the people who took time to chat with you and say hello, especially Michael who brought you water and snacks. Kindness begets kindness.
On the way now to half a million subscribers.
Congratulations Sean and more blessings to come
Am I the only one that sees all those grass clippings and thinks , wow, that would make some amazing compost? Congrats on 200k subscribers! The work you do is amazing! God bless
Same!
me too! The larger tree branches can be used for firewood barbeque depending on the kind of tree.
I don't think the mower cut it all... just laid it down... not really sure what I'm looking at. Messy for sure.
Did you notice how he picks up trash and only puts organic material on the tarp? That's because the organic material will be used as compost, which is why he makes sure there's no trash in it.
@@cherylfiedler5761 Didn't you watch him cut it a second and third time in different directions???? He got up 90% of the clippings. The rest will receive sun and rain and will make the dirt healthy. I always mow mine without a bag once a month.
I switched to you because you #1 wear eye, ear, hand, lung protection. #2 cut, trim, sculpt, remove all natural and made debris. #3 with a positive enjoyment focus on saving people. Thankyou for sharing.
Michigan houses, lots of over growth to be tamed. This home would be an incredible family home. Such potential. Amazing revamp on the yard. Well done
Love watching you. Not only do you do the lawn work but also take away garbage. Blessings
I love this guy's physical energy, work pace, and positive mental energy. He's very motivating.
These are the most caring neighbors I have seen on a Chanel. They not only are about the neighborhood but also of the original owner.
Congratulations on your 200 k.
There are not enough words for this job. Neighbors do appreciate the work you do. Service to our fellow beings brings service to us, by others. Great transformation!

Just awesome.
I've found myself caring more about my neighbors since watching videos like this. Great job!
Out of all the lawn channels that I watch, you are my favorite. You pay attention to detail, make sure to pick up the trash, and fix things that are broken. You truly care about others. God bless you. Watching in Mississippi.
The 2 former owners must be smiling from heaven after the awesome job you did to their house. Congratulations on your 200K subscribers. ❤❤❤

Awesome neighbor bringing water and snacks!!! You certainly brightened the neighborhood with this one, Sean! Looks fantastic! Now THAT'S a lot of grass clippings!!
Happy Monday Sean. You deserve more than that. Keep blessing your community and I'll keep watching. Be Blessed and stay safe ❤️🙏🏽
I never saw grass grow like that in Mich. except in a hay field. I'm from Muskegon--born & raised til 1974. At 26 my husband joined the Army & we were off & running around the world for 20 yrs. We settled near Ft. Bragg N.Carolina in 1994 & never went back to Mich. to live. Plenty of visits home. I lost him 7 yrs ago & I haven't been back since then either. I found you about 2 wks ago & have been watching you every night since. Love the way you work & how you approach people. Great attitude. Thank for great jobs well done.
This was soooo nice of the gentleman to bring you fruit and water, I am thankful and I am not there where you are, Sean . What a blessing 👍🏽♥️🙏🏽!!!!! AMEN 🙏🏽

I've never heard a person call yard work FUN before! I'm so glad you enjoy what you do because it is a real service to the community! I think you guys really enjoy your power "toys" a lot! You just raised all the home values in that neighborhood! I wonder how it is that they have such large properties where you are. A lot of these guys ride in circles, driving back over the grass they mow down, and it seems to mulch it!

Sean, your enthusiasm is contagious! This is certainly one of my favorites not only due to the massive amount of work but also because of the wonderful reactions from the neighbors. Spectacular clean up of this property. Can you let us know if it becomes occupied or do a follow up a bit later please? It is such a shame there are people around who want to destroy, squat, sell bits and pieces of these abandoned properties. I hope the neighbours keep an eye on it. Thank you for all the work you do for your neighbourhood. I am in Australia but always await new videos, meanwhile I re-watch the old ones! Cheers 🤗🇦🇺

You easily added $10,000 perhaps more in value to the home and property. Whoever owns this, which is very nice, will hopefully pay your blessing forward in a grand fashion! You are very thorough!!
I have been using the same Stihl "pruner" for a few years now and I love it! I have a serious back injury and this allows me to actually cut down trees that seem to pop up unwanted quickly and easily. All my neighbors borrow it constantly as well. Great choice! Hopefully Stihl will sponsor you.
I'm really glad about the new mower. Can you close the chute? Can you collect clippings? Keep in mind to pack along your walk behind because sometimes you can't get the larger mower through fence gates. And yes, you are helping to keep the vandalism down. Sometimes, it motivates the neighbors to keep up.
My Paps was the hardest working man I knew. Then, I watch these videos... you remind me of him. He worked till he was 87, just months before he passed away, finally started to rest his weary body.
