    Healthy Pumpkin Bread 🍂
    Ingredients:
    1 cup of blended oats (gluten-free)
    1 egg
    1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    1 tsp lemon juice
    baking powder
    1/4 cup coconut (or any other) milk
    1/4 cup raisins
    honey or monk fruit
    a pinch of cinnamon
    Just mix all the ingredients and bake in a preheated oven 350F (180C) for about 30 min or until golden brown. Let it cool and enjoy 😊
