Personally, I thought it was a very elegant look of class and money, right up until you added the orange name. Maybe the chosen font and the color. The black, script font J was still classy. But that's my opinion. I love how you embellished it otherwise. Thanks for the video.

Ooooh I'm so happy to hear that! I would say no less that $25 per glass. It also depends on what you feel your time is worth. $50 or more a set (2) . If they don't agree don't lower your price. When people want something custom they have to be willing to pay for it or learn to do it themselves lol

Thank you! I have a Silhouette Cameo cutter that cuts my vinyl . It comes with software you put on your computer & you can type in whatever words or shapes you want it to cut out.

Thank you! It wasn't a brand on it. I bought it from Ebay. Masking tape works good too as a transfer tape.
Have you ever noticed the backing of your rhinestones looking a bit melted or cracked after glue dries? I’m wondering if I’m using the wrong stones with the e6000,like maybe it’s too strong for the cheaper stones. 😩
That happens when you use acrylic or plastic stones. The cheaper ones definitely will Crack & get extra cloudy
I’m really struggling with sticking things to champagne glasses, the glue is staying so wet and they slide down and come off, any tips? I’m sticking acrylic crushed ice to the bottom of the bowl/ top of the stem of the glass...
Miss Jane, I'm guessing you are putting too much glue, make sure you are using E6000, thus glue it's not runny, good luck

Yes it's possible you may have too much glue. Try less & work in smaller sections.
I know this video was awhile ago bit I love it! What is the tool your using to pick your gems up? Makes this so simple with not having to use your fingers.

Hello I do this kinda work how much would you charge for this product? Everyone say that I am under charging
Hi, I Charge $30 per glass or $50 for a set of 2. At one point I charged $25 a pc. However when it's a one of a kind item you can really charge what you want. It's up to them if they don't want to pay for it. I had to learn that everyone is not my customer & knowing your worth is important. I use $12 glue & my time is precious. Now of course if you use Swarovski crystals that price would have to triple.

Thanks! I cut the letters out with my Silhouette Cameo cutter. You could probably check Etsy for custom name decals if you don't have a cutter machine yet.
I thought all the stones and pearls were absolutely gorgeous, you had that wine glass looking like $70+ , wasn’t crazy over the orange name bcuz when u hv that much elegance the orange took away the value of all that great amt of work u did. No haters plz, I’m not saying it looks bad it just didn’t add value to ur glass. Loved all ur attention to detail of all the gems.

Do the rhinestone fall off with that glue when the cup is cold. My rhinestone fell off when I poured a cold drink I used glue gun.
No they don't fall off easily at all. Hot glue gun is a temporary hold. Next time try Liquid Fusion or E6000 for a permanent hold. Use caution with E6000 it's very toxic. Open windows & let fan blow.
Why E6000 glue? Can you use any other?
E6000 has a strong hold. I used it for years until I discovered other options. You can try: Liquid Fusion (my fave), 1 Dot Not Alot, Supertite Fusion Tack & Gem Tac . Those are others that work well & non-toxic .

You would need a cutter like a Cricut or Silhouette Cameo to cut out the vinyl. It come with software to download to your laptop or computer.

Are your rhinestones flatback or round all the way around. I went to hobby lobby and Michael's but couldn't find round without holes.

You can buy pre-cut vinyl from Etsy. Or if you draw well , draw on glass then cover that with rhinestones

Thanks! No cloudiness. If I use way too much glue or very low quality rhinestones then yes cloudiness will occur.

Hi, thanks for subscribing! It's called a Silhouette Cameo . You can purchase it from Walmart or any craft store. I had mine for 3 or 4 years & I paid about $250 for it. They update them every year & add more options to them so it's possible the price has went up.

This is absolutely beautiful! But whenever I use E6000 with rhinestones, the foil back always melts and clouds the stone. DOES ANYONE HAVE TIPS? IT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! 😊

On top of the rhinestones? I've never tried that before. Rhinestones don't usually need to be sealed.

They shouldn't come off at all. Yes it's washable. I wouldn't fully submerge the whole glass in water, just gently wash the top area.
Where do you get the name and initials what are they called?
Sign vinyl, Oracle brand. I use a Silhouette Cameo cutter to cut my vinyl.

Thanks! I allow them to dry at least 24 hrs or maybe less in front of a fan or blower if you want to use them sooner.
