I've watched many video's but you're the only one that showed when to take off the tape. I have managed to screw up 6 glasses waiting until the end of applying all the mod podge. Thank you so much!!!
Hello, I’m a new subscriber to your channel. And I truly appreciate your tutorials. The step by step as well as giving me some info about some of the supplies that I had questions about. Your truly gifted. God Bless and Thank you.
Girl I love you for this, some people are rude. I mean I would love to make so many of these tumblers and wine glasses and more using epoxy but it's kind of expensive!! So this video is very helpful and cute idea!!!
These are really pretty. I’m a resin artist and sometimes, I don want to deal with the resin. This would be a welcome break. Thanks for sharing and, yes, would love to see the etching.
Great video! Nice presentation skills and lots of helpful hints during the lesson. I'll definitely be trying these and tuning back in to Period Six Designs!
Thank you for this! I'm going to be making them for Halloween as a date night with my husband. This technique is so clean! Thank you so much for showing us a step by step I appreciate it
*Hello, New here. Huge Thumbs up!!! I absolutely Love your Tutorial. Long mixed with short videos are Awesome!!! Great Videos like this are well worth the Full watch over & over!!! Keep these coming. 😍😍😍* Sharon in SC
Yesssss Etchimg plzzzzzzz. I have learned more from your tutorials than all the rest combined. Thank you so much for making them easy to follow for beginners like me. I've unfollowed everyone else and just follow you now.
@@PeriodSixDesigns you are very welcome. I've been watching your tutorials all day. I love them. Finally someone I can understand and follow. Thank you so much
You're so crisp and detailed. I absolutely love it. Had anyone found an easier way to mark the cup? I know myself and I will wipe off the glitter with the alcohol soaked qtip 😞😞
I absolutely love your videos. I really appreciate that you put the links in the description of exactly what to get without having to do the guessing game. You're very real, straightforward and make it look easy for the beginner.
Thank you for sharing - I've never done these before but plan too this coming weekend as anniv. gifts for both my sons and DILs. You make it all look so easy and love the clear step by step instructions.
What a great video! I’ve never tried to glitter glasses, but I’m ready to do it now. You explain it so clearly step by step. I’ve nerve heard of triple thick. Is it better sealer than mod podge? If you bang the glass by accident will it chip? Sorry for all the questions. Thank you!
I love your video, thanks for sharing..I had an idea for the line you wipe after..if you put your the tape a millimetre or 2 below the line, youd still be able to get an accurate line, but then you'd be able to wipe it off as soon as the tape is done..x
I love these! I can't wait to get my glitter in the mail. My girlfriends are getting one of these cuties for Christmas this year. I would love to see etching!
Thanks for the video! I made one but have two questions. I used a chunky glitter and the triple thick left it “textured” would you recommend just doing a second coat or maybe sanding? I’d like a smooth finished feel to add vinyl after. Thank you!
You saved my butt for secret Santa gifts with this video😂 thank you! I don't have a turner, so the epoxy method was out, and I didn't trust mod podge to seal it well enough.
Have you ever tried Dixie Belle's Gator Hide?? I use it as a sealant for my coaster tiles and it holds up to water and hot/cold! I'm going to try it with your method too!
Thk u so much for this been looking for alternative ways to do tumblers I no longer want to use epoxy as it started making my head hurt even while I was wearing a mask and open ventilation so I just purchased the triple thick cant wait
You are awesome! I have tried epoxy and CANNOT get it to work for me. 😡I am excited to try the Triple Thick! I feel like a video on tips or tricks using epoxy would be useful?
The glasses are pretty!! I found that using electrical tape...it comes off easier than painters when lifting it up off the glass...I’m so digging that chunky glitter!! And when I glitter my glasses I don’t glitter the bottom I used to feel it would be uneven...but watching ur video has got me reconsidering!! 😉thank you for sharing!! New sub!!
I just want to say that I'm so glad that I found you!! I just recently started using resin and I'm not that great at it, but I'm still learning. Then I found you and I watched one episode and instantly subscribed!! Now I have been bike watching your videos 😁😂😂 You are so helpful and informative and I don't care how long your videos are, I'd still watch them cause you make me laugh to 🤷🏻♀️. Thank you for helping me find easier ways and for helpful hints and tips. I appreciate you and I hope you continue to do videos 🙂
Thank you for this, first explaining about epoxy and the seriousness of it (mask, gloves etc!) I never realised.. Secondly for going to the effort of creating a more beginner version.. I'm off to give this a go for a birthday present for a sweet 16th ❤️
I love this video thank you! Definitely subscribing. I've been searching for a video like this with epoxy free options do in the home because of the kids and my son having asthma. Me and my mother and sisters enjoyed using this method on our wine glasses. The triple thick was perfect and easy to use.
I am planning on doing these at a Vinyard with 50+ guests. Any tips for faster drying time in between glitter layers? Also, how long do you wait in between triple thick layers! Thank you so much for the tutorial!
Thank you for sharing! I wanted to make sure I was doing everything correctly as friends have been requesting me to decorate wine bottles and glasses. I don't have the whole set-up of epoxy and turners but I know all about it. Now I know what to gift my friends for Christmas! Thank you again!!! And your glasses turned out beautifully *smiles*
Thank you for this video! I've wanted to start using epoxy but I'm terrified and worried it's going to cost a lot. I actually have everything I need for this in my home and can experiment on my own little wine glasses. Your video was super easy to watch and I could have honestly sat through a really long one.
Thanks for your time and skills I have enjoyed learning new steps from you.I use Elmer's school glue white or clear when I don't have epoxy have any of you tried it
Thank you so much for this info 💗 me and my friend starting our little business and wanted to make glitter wine glasses however didn't want to use epoxy since we have pets kids etc..
Do you think if you used glossy mod podge over glitter before triple thick it might have more shine ??? These turned out beautiful and I thank you for bringing a tutorial on something other than epoxy or UV resin that is available for glitter glasses !! Do you think this would be possible in tumblers too ??? Again thank you so much fir taking the time out of your busy holiday schedule to show us how to do this !!! 🥰 they turned out awesome 👏 😊
Aah! So excited to try this method. I'm known amongst family and friends of a collector of vessels for liquids.. Tumblers, water bottles, mugs, glasses... I want it all 😅 And I started seeing people selling the custom glitter tumblers and glasses for waaaay out of a college student's price range 😬 This, however, is well within budget and is going to be so fun! I really want a 16 oz Tumbler with a green to white glitter ombre and the Sims franchise plumbob on it.. Ambitious, specific.. Hoping with your help I can do it!
Thank you for sharing a non-epoxy method of glittering. This is the first video if yours I've watched and u subscribed. You explained everything so well. Yes to the etching.
These are beautiful glasses. I think the etching will just add to an already beautiful piece. Going forward can you focus the camera more on your hands and the piece your working on. There wee times in the video where the glass was not completely in the shot or not at all.
Would love to see the etching.
You are such a wonderful person to show us easier ways to do things ❤

Do u have to wear alot of equipment when using it? I see so many vids where people use it but at least theyre wearing gloves
@@DyamondRenae you don’t have to wear all of the PPE to use Triple Thick.
@@IndiaBradyArt I was referring to resin
@@DyamondRenae A respirator and gloves are required to use resin. If your eyes are sensitive, goggles are required also.

this will be my first time doing this. thank you. Also i want to learn how to epoxy do i need to get the machine first??
No, you can pour while it’s sitting bottom up. Light coat so it doesn’t spill down, may have to repeat
Love the glitter color! Thanks this is so easy to follow! Love etching !
I finally tried this, how long do u wait before adding triple thick? Thanks!
Love this vid....are you able to feel the glitter texture after applying the triple thick?
Very nice. Très chic, indeed.
Love this! Just bought a turner! But I'm like... This is it!!! Can it cover decals, and stuff???
