Pretty clean trade out. It looks like they give enough room to actually do a little work in there. Some of these bikes, don’t let a hair drop down through there or you won’t fit everything together. It’s so tight. Good job Bruce.
im a big guy and got this bike, love it. i would love to now if i can get the speed up since i have to travel thu a highway. and well I now I could change the motor I wanna ask if its a good idea to do so. I did get the app and set the speed to 28mph.
If you set the contooller speed to 28MPH thats its max. Changing the motor is only part of the equation to make it faster. You can make it faster by putting a 30 amp contoller in and that will make it faster. In order to do that you will need the controller and display that is compatible with that controller. That will make it faster, then you can change the motor to add more. Check out some of Citizencycle on UA-cam ce does alot of mods on this subject. THanks for watching. ;-)
@@RVEnthusiast Yes we tried that. We have had nothing but trouble with this bike ever since we bought it. I have a Engwe and my wife has a the Heybike step thru. She bought the Brawn for her son. We are going to replace the control module.
@@maxwellgregg6886HeyBike will have you. its the controller or the rear motor. My guess is controller as well. Good luck...once they get iti sorted the wifes son will love it. I sure do!
Child’s play. Nice job Bruce. You inspire us 😀

If you have an error code 30 (Heybike cityscape) does it also show Zero battery bars on the handlebar display? Thanks
No it should not.
Have you ever came across a e-30 error code?
No is it happening on a heybike Brawn? Try all the standard fixes...thats unplug see if any pins are bent then replug.
