Hype to see where you go from here man! Been watching a few of these and I was not expecting it to seem this easy, I guess it’s time to buy some $50 equipment setup 😂

This year, my goal is to start measuring pH. I want to do some grape wines for the first time as well. Once you get started and make your first “good” batch, you’re hooked.

I always keep a couple dry but do like to back sweating most of the fruit wines but thats what makes winemaking fun keep up the great videos.

I was surprised with how well it was dry. Some wines seem to need back-sweetening to bring out some of the flavors, but that strawberry flavor really pops! Thanks!!!

Hey, buddy! Wine looks amazing. Just curious, what alcohol % do you usually achieve with this recipe?

I've found lalvin k1-v1116 w orks very well with fruit wines but like the ec- 1118 with dry wines after many batches I seem to prefer these yeast give them a shot.

I really haven’t dived into Lalvin too much. Maybe this will be the year. Thanks for the recommendation!
