Great! Places even some Philadelphians have never seen. Next hit all the incredible side streets in Society Hill/Old City.. especially ones that have been revitalized in the last 20 yrs.
Do part 2- I’m thinking of relocating from North NJ to Phillie and these videos are great. Everything seems pretty reasonably priced compared to North NJ/NYC - it would be great to know about property and income taxes in Phillie. Good video topic
@@venturephilly Well one piece of history I can give you is the house that Eugene Leslie Roberts Jr. who was the editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer lived in either the first or second reb brick house on the South side of Clinton. When I was a board member of the Philadelphia Designer AIDS Fund in the mid-1990s we used the house as a show house fundraiser.
I'm from Philly and I do NOT agree with this list. The focus is on Center City and while these streets are nice but I know of several others that far surpass these in beauty ... if only you would check out other neighborhoods. How about Woodland Terrace in University City near Penn??? It's is so elegant lined on both sides with Italianate Victorian mansions - this is the street where famous architect Paul Philippe Cret chose to live. I'm shocked that no streets in Chestnut Hill were selected - it is the costliest and most desired neighborhood in all of Philly. Sheesh. Do your homework.
Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your input. Like we mentioned at the end of the video, we barely scratched the surface as there are so many beautiful streets in Philadelphia. This video focused on Center City and we will certainly add your suggestions to the list for future videos!
You make the Philly streets even more beautiful. Thank you.
Absolutely would love to see a part 2 for this video. Captivating!
That’s so great to hear, thanks for watching! We’ll definitely do a part 2.
Love these Philly videos ❤
Thank you for watching!
Yes to Part 2
Will do, thanks for watching!
Delancey gets my top vote!

and not a mention of Chestnut Hill, with streets that blow away all these.
@@glennwiltsee7405 Hi Glenn, this video focused on Center City Philadelphia. We will be doing an entire video of Chestnut Hill in the future.
Several contenders in South Philly.
