Im glad someone is covering this. Ive never had a miscarriage thank God for that. But i have ALWAYS believed that we can do things to lessen the chances of it. I think the idea around eating whatever you want just because you are pregnant is a very dangerous thought… especially when junk sugary foods and fast foods are loaded with cancer causing agents. I stopped using A LOT of cosmetic products as soon as i assumed i was pregnant because of the ingredients… i also ate healthy HOME cooked meals… lots of protein, strawberries, watermelon, blueberries etc with whole grains and veggies when i could stomach it. When i was sick with morning sickness my family made fresh dishes for me to eat. Like soups, and bland casseroles with veggies and chicken, and 100% fruit popsicles, and apple sauce… stuff like that… very healthy nutritious foods.
The dose of choline needed is influenced by your dietary habits and intake. The established recommendation is 440mg/day, however some studies have investigated daily supplements containing up to 1000mg. Both forms of choline have been shown to have positive effects, therefore whichever is more accessible is best :)
I had a miscarriage about 3 years ago.. i believe i was possibly 5 weeks.. the second line wasnt entirely that dark.. bf blamed it on hormone imbalance and i was so bloated... i was with my sister and her boyfriend we went to the gym and i got in the hottub.. within hours i began to feel sick and within the next 24 hours i began heavily bleeding.. since then ive blamed myself
@@NourishwithMelanie yes it is,thank u, May God bless you more. I have a Doctor's appointment tomorrow because I might be pregnant. I had pinkish blood spot last monday, then this morning redish ,this afternoon 1pm back to pink, them at 5:25pm light brown with pink.
@@NourishwithMelanie thank you so much, though I have more blood a while ago, maybe it was triggered because I did the laundry last night. Anyway, my Dr. said I'll be having my period that's why I did the laundry. And she said she'll start me with clomiphene (which I heard you talked about in your video), together with metformin and follic acid. I hope that if I'll have the chance of being pregnant again then I'll be able to carry tue baby until his/her ninth month. So I continue watching your video and maybe hear some advice from you if you will. Keep helping others and God will take care of you. May God be with you always.😊
But stubborn as I am, I still bought pregnancy test last night 😅 due to my sudden want in eating food to be dipped in vinegar or mixed with calamansi, which I don't like since I was young. I only liked it when I had my pregnancy on my late son.
Hi I am 24 yrs old And was wondering if vaping can cause miscarriages? I was a heavy vapor for 2 years and I have very recently stop since now I am trying to conceive will this lower my chance for pregnancy or raise my chance of a miscarriage? Also should I be off of nicotine for a while before I start trying to conceive?
Although the research investigating the effects of vaping and e-cigarettes are scarce, the emerging evidence suggests that it does have an impact on fertility. The risk of miscarriage has not yet been determined, however from evidence relating to traditional cigarettes, it is suggested to cease any type of smoking during pregnancy. Luckily, if stopped early enough the effects from smoking can be significantly reduced.
I m in early 40s with regular cycle, minor hypothyroidism, normal weight, all hormone normal, ovulation occurs with mature eggs, but couldn't conceived after two cycle of lezra, I had one miscarriage 6 months ago, plz advice
Unfortunately the older we get, the greater chance we have of miscarriage due to chromosomal damage. One of the most important considerations for you will be your dietary fat profile. Have you seen my video on trying to conceive over 40? You may find it helpful too 🙂
Samreen..If you have hypothyroidism then please get your blood tested for Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies (TPO Antibodies) and Thyroglobulin Antibodies (TG Antibodies) as Hashimoto's causes most cases of Hypothyroidism and may be the reason for miscarriage. Please see a good Endocrinologist. Please don't mind this is just an advice.
@@fooddiary3178 Hi, I am 32 years old and had a missed abortion at 6 weeks in June this year, my TSH and FT4 is normal and Iam on thyroxine 12.5mcg 4 days/week and 25mcg 3 days/week. Do you think I rule out Hasimoto? Are there any regular tests which help in this as I stay in remote where healthcare is not that great? Also in my Lipid profile my vldl is 27 rest are in normal limits, how do I handle this ? Iam planing for conception again.

I am so sorry to hear this. Don't blame yourself. Sometimes we can't explain why these things happen. Take care and know that you are not alone.

There’s not a lot of research to say. They’re better than sugar, but contain a lot of glucose so don’t have too many.

Can I get pregnant after miscarriage or i need to wait
I'm sorry to hear Thianhoih. It is usually recommended to wait to allow your body to recover and prepare for another try at pregnancy.
