    Thank you thank you thank you!! This is exactly what I’ve been thinking about setting up but work has been so busy that I haven’t been able to think it through. My files live exactly in the same places you’ve featured here and I’ve been wasting so much time switching between programmes and wading through folder structures. Plus my ADHD brain gets distracted every time I switch windows 😂 You’ve saved me so much time and effort. I can’t believe this is free content.

    Thanks, I started to bring all my pdfs files to OneNote by simply dragging them to the appropriate section. Next step is to follow your guide with every file. Thanks

    Thank you for these videos Andy. You've turned me into a OneNote convert with these helpful guides! Quick question, would copying a link in OneNote to a file or folder saved on a networked drive work? I connect to some of my work files via a VPN, so those files are only accessible when I'm connected to it.

    • @AndyPark365
      @AndyPark365  Рік тому +1

      Yes, if those files are normally only accessible when you're in the office or required to be dialed in via VPN, then yes, the link would only work when you're on VPN.

    I love your videos! I've learned so much since I stumbled across your profile. I struggle with managing tasks. Some of them are recurring, and some of them are one-time tasks. It can be difficult to keep an accurate/current list of everything that needs to get done and for which department. I can never remember what my follow-up tasks are from a recent meeting because it's all lost in handwritten notes. Can you help? Do you have resources to help me get this organized?

      Hi Rebekah - if you're on the Microsoft 365 platform, then you can use MS Todo. It's fairly easy to use and integrates well with Outlook and OneNote. I have a tutorial on it.

      @@AndyPark365 I just learned that the college is converting everyone over to Microsoft 365. I guess I'm still 'in the queue' waiting for mine to be activated. I'll be sure to come back and watch your videos. I really hope it helps. Thanks for responding! I'm so excited. :o)
