I am confused. I installed the app for windows. I have 2 options that it installed for One Note. One Note and One Note for Windows 10 and neither looks like the app you are using. I am just assuming there has been an update to the app since the video was done?
OneNote for windows 10 is eventually going away. The other OneNote may be set to the simplified ribbon. If you turn on the classic ribbon, it should match what you see in this video. Let me know if that helps!

So it nearly impossible to make for example even a dumb shopping wish list with links + prices + product images. I tried many combinations of OSes, browsers and office apps and the only working pattern is Mac OS 10.13 + old outdated Safari with shop page + old Chrome with web Onenote page. Shameful. Win 11 + Edge + WPS office can paste text and images but drops links. All other Win/Mac/MS Office can only paste text+links but drops pictures.

How do you adjust the image containers size without messing with the image. The containers always come in to big around images and when I try to move the extra space out, it shinks the image?

Great information in a well thought out way. Question why is there no save button. I know it has an automatic backup, but a save button would be good. Also if you want to send the whole note to someone, it seems difficult. It separates the pages in a separate folder. I want to send the whole note with pages to someone by email, and I can't figure thst out. Can't you save your whole project and send the whole thing in one shot to someone?

What type of device are you using? Are you on windows? Windows has two apps… the one titled OneNote for windows 10 is going away. You can download the most current version for free at OneNote.com/download
If only OneNote supported an optional Link Preview like MS' Loop app or Notion or Google Keep it would have been very helpful. Finding links within a long note can be really easy

Printing works just fine if you stick to A4 format. But why print anyway?
Its not for printing. If you want to print documents, use Word lol. There's a reason there are two different programs.
I set a password on one of my notes and now I can't remember it. Is there a way to get that file open? It happens to be the file with the password. :/
