Kreidler Engine assembly | 50cc

A kinda unexpected repair was required to keep her going.
Nevertheless, it was a great opportunity to create a video about the repair!
DISCLAIMER - Don't put Red Bull in your gas tank, I didn't put genuine Red Bull in my tank, it was just some two stroke fuel mixture... ;)
In this series of upcoming videos I will show you the restoration process of my bike.
Some details of the bike:
Brand - Kreidler Florett (RS)
Year - 1977
Engine - 2 stroke | 50 cc
Gearbox - direct | 5 speed (gears)
Modifications which needs to be done:
Changing the ignition system, from a conventional 6V system to an 12V system. (Done )
Replacing the wheel bearing (Front one done, rear wheel aswell)
Rewire the whole bike with a new wiring system (Done)
Repairing the rear drum brake (Sorted)
Refreshing the oil in the front suspension fork. (Done)
Renewing the gearbox oil (Done)
Renewing the rear tyre (Sorted)
Etc, etc, etc.

Mooi in beeld gebracht Jan, ik ben met eenzelfde Kreidler Florett Mokick RMC-4 Gang bezig. Deze ligt helemaal uit elkaar en is inmiddels gepoedercoat. Momenteel met de wielen bezig (gestraald, lagers vervangen) nu nog spuiten, Volgende project is de voorvork. Ik heb dan ook met interesse je video van de revisie van de voorvork bekeken. Ik zal ook de andere video's bekijken.

Nice video footage Jan, i am working on a similar Kreidler Florett Mokick RMC-4 Gang. This one is completely dissassembled and has been powdercoated. At the moment working on the wheels (sandblasted, bearings replaced) no need to spray them. Next project is the front fork. I enjoyed watching your video on the overhaul of your front fork. I will be watching your other videos as wel.
