P.S. I'm aware there are different versions of Playstation startups, but I used the ones that worked best with the remix. Also, I didn't include the Pocketstation or PS Vita sounds, but they're in the video 😉

I always wondered..... is that captured from data saved on the memory card? Or does the console itself have some other way to know that?
@@90sNath It's not the memory card to my knowledge. I believe its saved as part of the BIOS since to get rid of the towers you have to wipe the BIOS but no matter how many save cards you have the towers wont change when memory cards are removed.
@@halfsanefox4093 actually, I just went to my console to test this our. Intro reverted back to blank when both my memory cards were removed
@@90sNath huh mine doens't. maybe it does and i never noticed cause i never witched the memory cards out. i just deleted the data off them.

It’s funny that I totally remember the PS2 start up sound even though I haven’t had one for decades, and yet the PS4, which I use all the time, doesn’t even sound familiar to me because I’ve always kept that start up sound disabled.
New versions of the PS3 have a different startup I think but still. Good.

Hm, while i did Like the Nintendo one more (which may or may not be slightly influenced by bias), the more chill and slow approach at the Start and Then suddenly dropping into a faster paced Beat With the Startup Sounds as more of a Background Support kind of sound does have Something very cool to it.
