Unless you had dengue like me. Beetroot punch saves my life. Thing is I’m not really kidding lol my blood count was down the toilet and only after some beet root punch the next day things took a positive turn.
I always thought u needed like essence and such in beet punch also. Nice to see this natural recipe with just a handful of simple ingredients. We can even make the demerara syrup, I love it. Thanks for sharing

Love beetroot punch, so yummy. ..Since, I cannot tolerate raw or boiled beets because it tastes like dirt. I bake my beets because it makes them taste so much sweeter.
