I like it when you talk to us through the clean with me! We rarely use our dishwasher because I hate loading it and unloading it more than I hate just washing the dishes and putting them up haha! It also takes us about 3-4 days to use up enough dishes to run it and by then, it does not smell pretty. We typically only use it when we cook a big meal or have people over.
I am the same way as you!!! I much prefer the clean with me videos to be talking because I like to put them on when I’m cleaning too. Even if I’m watching them when I’m just relaxing, I also would prefer it that way. I loved this video and hope you’re having an awesome Sunday !

You should try cleaning your dishwasher to get it all fresh and clean. I can’t remember how you do it but it’s with vinegar or something. Also clean or rinse out the filter in the bottom of your dishwasher if you have one. Then I use the Cascade complete pods and always use Jet Dry stuff. I never used Jet Dry before until I realized it does help with spotting and actually dries all my dishes. Before I always had to set my dishes or cups on a drying rack. Especially with all the plastic kid cups and bowls. No more drying rack now. I also run our dishwasher every night because it takes for-ev-er. Then always empty it first thing in the morning and load it all throughout the day. You are the sweetest most genuine UA-camr. Love talking through the video. Keep up the good work!
I personally love the voiceovers because it makes me feel like I have a friend cleaning with me 😆 or I hear new cleaning tips as I’m cleaning ☺️☺️

I think it's very nice that people give you tips on your decorating but I did want to say that I have always loved all the decorating you have done and how you've done it!

That little bathroom could look cute with a wallpaper accent wall with a chic pattern. Wall shelves and a new sink/light fixture like you said all help too!
Load throughout the day! Put em in as sokn as the meals are over and then put it it to wash overnight. Its a new habit ive gotten used to during this time at home and it helps the sink be free and the kitchen uncluttered. I have a 3 year old daughter and my husband. Its a lot of dishes but i hate a sink full of dishes so i just push myself to nip it right away. Try!
Decorating is such a subjective thing. I think you do a beautiful job. The important thing is for your home to feel pleasing to you.

Just got done watching the whole video! Love the decor! Neutral is so timeless and it so easy to add color and remove color when the base is all neutral! You’re home looks beautiful! I use cascade platinum and don’t wash until it’s all full and I also wash pots and pans by hand! I enjoy the way you do your videos (the talking)! Have a great weekend!

about your dishwasher- I use the Finish brand in the pods. Once a month, I clean out my dishwasher and use this brand-Glisten. You just take off the lid and put it upside down on the top rack. I also use a jet dry rinse, mine is in the door. A tip my husband told me about (he fixes dishwashers as a side job) Before you run your dishwasher, get a pretty large cup or coffee cup and fill it with really hot water and then put it in the inside part of your dishwasher, it'll help clean the dishes better plus helps dry them faster. I don't put my skillets in the dishwasher either, I don't like washing them by hand, and I don't think the dishwasher really hurts it, they just take up so much room.
My mum used to keep our strollers in the hall either near/under the main stairs (when we lived in a building with many apartments) or in a corner of the hallway once we bought our house. She too was afraid that bugs and spiders might use is as a nest.
We usually run the dishwasher at night or early morning, we have lots of bowls and glasses but not many dishes, so it usually becomes full after supper; we have tried many soap brands, but the ones that really clean well are the Pril gel blue caps, the mint scented ones (the lemon ones are aweful, the don't clean at all).We put pots and pans in the dishwasher only when we are super tired and my mum gives them a scrub before putting them in, if not they remain a little bit greasy and stained.
A littel suggestion: the curtains tend to keep a lot of dust, you should shorten them...my little sisters used to play and hide in the curtains a lot and it's easy to get dust allergies if the curtains swipe the floors.

Put the baby stroller in the baby's room or even the guest bedroom. And yes since we have been home I run the dishwasher twice a day, we are a family of 5 and the kiddos love using dishes just for a snack... You know kids snack all day long so it's never ending. As far as washing the dishes, I prefer the pods for our dishwasher and for our pots and pans, I hand wash. :)

For the dishwasher problem, check the filter and see if it needs to be cleaned. We also use cascade platinum pods and a dish aid liquid.
For dishwasher: I run mine when it gets full. Sometimes I run it in the morning, sometimes I won’t run it for 2 days (I make sure to rinse everything off so there it no smell). As someone who babysits, dishes just need done when they need done 🤷🏽♀️
Also I love hearing your voice in the videos. If you don’t have anything to say, don’t force it! But I think your voiceovers are perfect!!!

Baby's room, mud room or right there in the formal living room - it's a pretty stroller so.......let it be decorative~ Also, I remember the nesting period when I was pregnant & I had so much fun putting baby's things in order....especially after the baby shower....washing the little clothes etc. Such a nice period. • Kitchen - All the dishwashers I’ve used they don’t do as good of a job as I do, so I just wash them all by hand unless it’s some kind of party and really too much. I try to leave them and wash only once a day because otherwise it’s too much. And you’ll learn when you have your baby just to leave them, because all that work gets to be exhausting. • Office - Holy how many printers!? - What type of rug is that and how do you clean it? I love those white type of rugs but I hear they’re hard to clean • Definitely prefer your talk through the videos and explaining everything. • Love the neutrals
I totally agree with the stroller situation. I bought our car seat/stroller combo 2 1/2 months in advance because it was on sale lol I kept it in the box until it was time to put together. I actually have 2 weeks left!

Love clean with me videos, I prefer little or no music. I run my dishwasher every night before going to bed. I usually hand wash pots because they don’t fit. You have a beautiful home and family. Pregnancy looks good on you! Love seeing your excitement! Where did you get your tv stand? I like it.
Dishwasher: at night if it's full, if it's not full I'll wait, I agree with you that it feels like a waste of water and electricity and detergent running it multiple times in a day (I'll let others answer about the dishsoap because I don't know on that one either lol)

So I run it when I have about 4 bowls and 4 plates, cutting borads and alot of silver ware. It's been proven the new dishwashers are more efficient than hand washing. I use finish tabs from Costco and jet dry liquid. It makes the biggest difference. Also, putting the pots and pans in the dishwasher makes them nonstick over time (according to manufacturers), so I always hand wash. By the way you are cutest pregnant!!
As part of my evening chores I always start my dishwasher & I use Cascade pods. 😁

I like a blend of talk throughs/music. I enjoy the talking ones when maybe there is a story behind what their doing, but I don’t like everything being explained because I can see what’s being done. I’m a viewer who sits and watches these because I work nights and I have the time to devote to seeing someone else clean. Gives me inspiration when I get home to tackle my to do’s and my cleaning. As for decor, I like the thought process because in my mind I’m doing it too and I can hear your thought process and which will give me a different perspective I may have not thought of.

I put Pots and pans in the dishwasher. Mine has a setting for pots and pans. Surprisingly it’s not a new high-tech dishwasher. I even sometimes put the pots in on a normal cycle. Never saw any damage. Of course I always rinse them with hot hot water first to get the food scraps out

In you half bath I would do something special to the wall behind the sink...maybe some really cool tile or wallpaper. Maybe leave the other walls white or maybe paint them just depending on what looked better on the feature wall. I would add a really cool light fixture...maybe in gold?

I think that if you add a rinse aid like Jet Dry you'll get better results with your dishwasher cleaner. There should be a compartment in your dw for it. Oh, and I put everything in the dishwasher that will fit! 😬I prefer you to talk through and have background music or little breaks of music throughout the video. Love the neutral decor!💕

I run my dishwasher about once a day at night but only when it’s full. I use the cascade platinum pods in the lemon scent and love them :)

I run the dishwasher once at night. I use the cascade pods and the Finish liquid rinse aid jet dry. It has a drying spot and film protection.... which helps with the dishes coming out clean and no smudges. Hope it works well for you as well. 🥰🥰🥰
I love talking through it as well as tips on cleaning and decorating! However, for videos that are like over 45 minutes of cleaning, I think those are good to have majority music and a couple talking points, but the longer videos without as much speeding up of clips are good to have in the background so I’m not getting distracted, and I could just turn the volume down to listen to a podcast, but still also be cleaning with you at the same time!
Congratulations on having a baby boy❤️I use to use Cascade pods, but I noticed my dishwasher got like a film in it and I was always having to use those dishwasher cleaners. So I switched to finish Powerball Max pods, I get them at Sam’s open box. Now my dishes come out very clean and I dishwasher always smells nice.

I use the cascade platinum pods and they work really well for me when I use it with rinse aid. You might be getting the water spots if you're low on rinse aid. Also, if you haven't cleaned the filter in a while I recommend that to ensure your dishwasher is working it's best. Awesome video ☺️

Stoller in baby’s closet. Green liquid cascade works the best I’ve tried everything else including the pods. I put my pots and pans in the dishwasher but mine are all “stone type” easy to clean non stick! Love these voice over videos best! ❤️

The dishwasher does take off the non stick coating off the pans 😬😬. Also, you can put some white vinegar in the rinse aid compartment and it will help with the water spots. 😊
for our family when we were all little and living together we would do one giant load whenever it filled up all the way for the dishwasher but we used a mix of paper/ plastic plates and utensils so it didn’t fill as fast

Hello , great video! I usually gather up the dishes from the the day, and i will turn it afeter dinner then unload it. So in the moring and dont have and extra step to do! The best dish washed is finish i use the tablets from them the liquid polisher and also the salt !
for the dishwasher I use the cascade complete the liquid version because it will last you a really long time. I think water stains on the dish ware is just from how the water dries onto it.
I honestly love your style! Stay this way. I like how practical you are. I don’t get other UA-camrs who just move in to a new house and wants to change practically everting in the house. I do a full load at the end of the night. I'm here for the info on the cleaner because I've noticed my dishes are not cleaning as well either but I wash all my dishes then put in the dishwasher for the heat.
I used to wash pots in the dishwasher but I heard they should be hand washed to keep them good longer

You look amazing! I usually run my dishwasher everyday, preferred dish detergent is the liquid Cascade Complete. I notice a difference with water spots if my rinse aid is low/running out, Cascade Platinum Power Dry. I never used to use rinse aid but once I started I can’t ever go back, makes a huge difference! Also I never wash pots/pan in the dishwasher. I think hand washing helps with longevity! Xoxo
I run our dish washer mostly at night. So once a day. Not unless in cleaning out the fridge throwing out leftovers if there is any. Then it would be twice. I love cascade complete. I tried other brands and didn't like the way it washed. We use the liquid. I feel like it does a better job. ☺️ By the way you look amazing!! ❤️
