  • Love to watch home cleaning, organizing, and decorating videos during the different seasons to get home decor inspiration and ideas. Love videos that inspire me to get my butt off the couch and tackle chores and things around the house to make it feel cozier and fresh. I am currently 36 pregnant and can’t wait for baby’s arrival. Trying to get as much done before baby gets here.

Never seen someone so excited about life like you do...I'm loving your channel....and yes miracle's do happened... In 2014 at 20 weeks I was already dilating well my baby didn't make it..we had just announced it maybe a week and then it didn't happened :( I had a week cervix so 2017 I was blessed again and this time it was happening again I started the dilate at 20 weeks well it was caught early and I got a cervical cerglage to prevent baby from coming early but there was always that chance the cerglage would not work well it was removed at 37 weeks and then 3 days after I was having contractions so there we go to the hospital and I had an emergency c section due to my baby's heart rate....believe that miracle's do happen....I didn't get to enjoy my baby shower or the baby gender since I was scared that my baby wasn't going to make it ...well my baby is about to be 3 yrs and I'm so excited...August 2nd....I'm so blessed....well enough about me .....get ready....bring yourself some slippers and pajamas and also for your husband...make sure you have your own towels .. bring maybe a sweater and tell husband to have the baby car seat ready..... Please take care of yourself & praying for you and baby...one more thing don't forget your phone charger lol...besos from CHICAGO..

Best tip when u wash the baby's socks if u have a bra bag (a mesh bag where u wash your bras) put all socks in there. So much easier to wash n also clip a safety pin with the matching socks.. helps ALOT!!

I raised 3 kids of my own and of course I used Dreft detergent things were so different 20+ years ago but I have had a big hand in raising of so many nieces and nephews and now 4 sweet granddaughters and FINALLY we have a grandson OTW but...We have just used the Free and clear detergents for the last 10 years or so and the past 3-4 years they started making the Dreft scent beads so we now add those to the scent free detergents and WE HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY BABIES SKIN!!! We have all did their clothes Dept for about a year or until Our Solids are completely their diets for the most part as well. The Dreft Detergents are so expensive and for absolutely no reason!! Good Luck Momma you will do Amazing!!!💙💙

You honestly don’t need a lot for the hospital.. with my first I took so much and hardly used anything. So with my second all I took is toiletries, one pair of cloths to wear home, and one for baby, plus an old pair of flip flops for the shower. Then take your own pillow and towel. The hospital gives you everything you need and plus after birth you bleed so much so I didn’t want to worry about messing up my own clothes. Once your home after having baby I recommend getting adult diapers for you for the first week of so ... I felt that they worked a lot better plus felt better then huge pads. Hope that helps ... can’t wait for baby V 😁

Lovely video , I washed my daughters things separately for years mostly because she went through so much in a day there was always a load to do, her bedding , towels and everything in between. It was just easier. The sonogram pictures were beautiful in the frames . They do look more like art. Love to all three of you xx

I washed my kids clothes separate for many years. In the beginning it was because they were babies and I used a different detergent for them. As they got older it was because it made laundry day easier to sort and put away. Congrats on your new blessing can't wait to see your bundle of joy. Praying for a healthy and speedy delivery for you guys 🙏

Hey, Belinda! I’m a new mama to a 2 month old boy and I am so excited for you! When you were organizing the baby gifts, it made me think of a gift we got that has really come in handy with all of the COVID stuff happening. It is a Milk Snob Car Seat Cover! They are car seat covers that can be used as breastfeeding covers too! My husband and I have used it for every doctors appointment or outing. It keeps people from getting too close to baby. It’s like a big face mask for the car seat 😂 They come in a ton of cute styles! I just wanted to let you know because it’s hard being a mom, especially during this whole pandemic. Wishing you a happy and healthy labor and delivery!

Girl, I have 2 little boys and am now due with a girl and I always mix our clothes together unless their clothes are soiled. So far it has worked perfectly and no one has had an allergic reaction yet. I would recommend getting one of those mesh draw string bags for intimates as well. Great to put washable nipple pads and tiny baby socks/mits into so you don't loose them. Good luck!❤🤗

so excited for you! mamahood is amazing. I brought my boppy pillow, they have a pump, formula, and nipple shields just in case you request them. They also have diapers and onsies. I brought a couple onsies and wraps of my own. dress style pajamas and pajamas with buttons are so helpful when breastfeeding if you choose to do. Training bras. Snacks and food for dad for sure. Phone chargers, baby car seat. You can shower there, so shower stuff depending on c-section or natural birth. glasses and contacts, face wash, bath soap etc. They will provide pads, mom diapers, and healing medicine for down there. I had kaiser and the nurses were so good to us! Praying for you and a beautiful birthing experience.

One thing I'm happy I took my blow dryer, once i was able to shower it made me feel so nice and refreshed, and since my husband wont be able to leave and come back into the hospital like he did with our oldest, we will be brining lots of snacks!!

Hi Belinda! I cannot believe you’re already 9 months pregnant! Wow, time just flew by! You look amazing 😊
I have two kids turning 10 and 5, and I’ve always washed their clothes separately. I started them both with Dreft, then I moved onto the free and clear detergents and I add a small amount of downy fragrance boosters. I have tried different types with fragrances and they have had allergic reactions. I realized they are both sensitive to heavy fragrances So now that I have found the combo that works for them, I stick with it. ☺️😉 Congratulations to you both. 😊

A change of clothes for me, dad & baby, toothbrushes, phone chargers and I was good! As for the laundry, my kids have never had sensitive skin so I’ve always washed everything together pretty much from the beginning. Good luck! ❤️

My daughter is 4 years old and I still do all of her things separate. It's so much easier to keep them separated because the tiny socks and stuff ... I use the method free & clear and dreft scent beads on her clothes because I adore the smell even though she's 4 she's still my baby. I also put all of her towels and wash clothes and hand towels in her laundry as well.. it takes a while to make a full load of tiny baby clothes so it's always been easier for me to throw her towels with her clothes and wash everything that's hers separate. I'll probably always do her clothes that way ...

Hi! It's been awhile since I've seen your channel pop up... So, you asked about washing the baby clothes. My daughter is 18months old now and I've always washed her clothes separately from everyone else's clothes. I tried to mix the clothes together this one time and I wondered why my daughter's skin was getting irritated. The pediatrician she goes to had mentioned that it was fabric softener that was the problem. So I always make sure her clothes are separate now. Plus! It's easier to sort through the Laundry having all the tiny baby clothes in a separate load.

I wash my sons separate from ours and he's already 2. I just make sure I still separate in colors, I do the whites, lights, and darks. Also make sure you're careful with some blankets they drop a lot of lint balls. Ugh I just hate that.

Your house is so beautiful. You are so cute n so organized, I wish I had your motivation. You can wash your baby’s clothes separate for as long as you want😊 I started washing their clothes with ours when they started Jr high, that’s when I felt comfortable🤷🏻‍♀️

I washed my girls stuff separately for the first few years. I also kept little socks in lingerie bags to keep them from getting stuck in the washer. I also used Baby All for the first year.

I'm jealous. At 9 months I can barely walk. Lol. I took off a week early from work so I can get the house cleaned before she gets here.

One thing that I’ve taken to the hospital in my bag was change and dollar bills for tips for valet driver if your hospital has that when you first arrive and for vending machines for daddy to get himself something if it’s super late and dining is closed

I wash baby stuff separately with Dreft. She’s 9 months and I still do it. I’m glad I brought my robe but I wish I brought a blanket 🙃

I used to separate all the baby clothes. And rn my kids are 10, 6 and my girl is 5. So I do my boys laundry together. And my baby girls clothes separate from theirs since it’s like lighter colors. And more delicate clothes. But when they were babies yes, I would always wash it separately from ours. Even until rn we don’t wash our clothes with theirs lol

When he was an infant up until maybe 1.5 years old I would wash his clothes separate with baby detergent. Now he’s 3 and I still wash his clothes separate just because it ends up being easier to put away but I do use regular detergent

Once they are closer to a year I could use the same detergent as ours, but just to keep it more organized everyone has their own load.

I wish I would have made the time to do all that you're doing now when I was pregnant. I had a full-time job in an office (I'm an Accountant) so I was super tired at the end of the day plus I had to meal prep all the meals for the following workday since I had gestational diabetes. It was such an exhausting process but all worth it because our baby was born with absolutely no complications and everything was normal. I was also supposed to take the last three weeks off to get some stuff done and rest but he came early (37 weeks in the dot) As far as the washing of the clothes, our son just turned 2 a few weeks back and I still wash all of his clothes, blankets, stuffed animals and his shoes separate from ours. I don't do it because he is still delicate but he always produces enough dirty laundry each week to wash his own two loads. I find it easier to not have to sort through our clothes and find all his little clothes tangled with ours when folding. It's worked great for us, specially right now with COVID-19 since we never bring his to public places so why mix our clothes right now. Just an extra precaution. Best of luck with the end of the pregnancy, enjoy it because it's a lot easier having the baby in the oven than when they are born but it's the best experience of life!. Enjoy the last few weeks as a family of two, prepare date night at home, enjoy your intimacy and give each other so much love.
