Затягивают так на глазок. какое там усилие.Хотя ключ денометрический есть у них в начале чувак им по воротку колотил((((( Конечно трэш. Японцы и не знали что их движок легко на коленях перебирается)))) У них усилия затяга регулируется длиной воротка на ключе)))))

Pros- Plenty of new parts, good mech know-how, ingenious and harmonius work team.
Cons- not a precision tool/torque wrench to be found, and how's that howling wind, dust, dirt and water running out the block!- will be the shortest engine break-in ever. No run-up at the end.

Every video of these rebuilds i see strait water being drained from the radiater. No wonder they need rebuilt. And hino are the only make so they know them trucks inside and out

a perfect example of not what to do. teardown and assemble a engine in the dirt without a single micrometer dial caliper or torque wrench. how come they never show how long they go until the blow up again??????

So where was the machine shop to mill the head or re-sleeve the block? What about a micrometer or torque wrench? Was everything built outside in the dirt? I'm not even a mechanic and honestly can't believe the engine runs correctly after the rebuild.
My grand father worked like those people and the engines where allways running well . I am living in the south of France . Those people have much skill.

У меня без опыта всё тоже самое на этом же моторе в одного на неделю растянулось 5 лет назад, мотор прошел на сегодня 250тыс км. Единственный минус ваш тянуть надо в правильной последовательности и динамометрическим ключом.

Mixing up the big end caps from the rods and not even a tension wrench on the head studs or mains. Pretty rough this one 😆
I'd give the benefit of the doubt and assume they were either marked off camera since there's so many jump cuts or it's got existing marks from a previous rebuild.
I agree on the lack of a torque wrench though. I've rebuilt a fair few truck engines and those head bolts and big end bolts take a lot of force to tighten to spec and these guys look like they tightened it like any other bolt. I used to have to brace one foot on the block and pull back using my whole body to reach the required torque specs and that was with 3/4 drive tools.

Все хорошо, но одно но, тонны герметика! Это говорит об одном - колхоз !!! Перебрать с кучей новых запчастей и дурак сможет, а вот собрать качественно, по фен-шую , тут рука мастера нужна, не профессионала. Хуй его знает куда эту бульбу герметика, которую выдавит во внутрь понесет после 10000 км. Элементарно, отрывает шарик герметика диаметром 3 мм и несёт в обратку на расширитель и забивает ее, если водила дурак пизда голове а может и всему ДВС)
без него прокладки которые в наборах не держат где постоянное давление при первом прогреве потечёт отовсюду пройденный этап уже а тянуть до усёру глупо даже новые на заводе движки все на герметике и ничего ходят десятки лет а притирать каждую деталь это не стоит того вся точность двигателя внутри и блок а по наружи навесуха обычная отливка силумина у которых поверхности кривые прокладка и герметик и нужны чтоб сгладить неровности ну и держать жидкости внутри

Yes but for some reason, I think, it doesn't have the monetary power to buy such a tool, it's not cheap in some countries or information about this type of tightening, this people use what he have, and do some nice job.
I once see a video about torque wrenches and they tested over 100 and only 18% were correct. And some of these were from main vehicle dealers and large workshops. If i remember correctly one of the biggest problems were mechanics/technicians not realising the tension off the wrench. I once see a snap on truck in america with testing equipment to test torque wrenches I'd never seen this in the UK.
