Excellent work ! The master and his crew deserved all the credit. Prerfect example of “Hard working + Talent “. The missing part in all Pakistan Repair videos is the “ professional working culture”. I grow up in a similar society back in 1970s .I worked in a car mechanic shop ( cleaning carburetors, and spark plugs etc). These workers do not have the concept of “ safety “ that we ( in USA) know. They learned skills simply mimicking their uncles / masters. The current “working environment culture “ is comming from generation to generation. For them “ this is the work conditions “. They are happy with what they are doing . The system will not change unless there is a enforcement by superiors (i.e. government ) This is something can be achieved if the government comes up with better training, affordable power tools, improved “ working condition” standards, training and imposing the laws. We are talking about “paradigm shift” here. So, once implemented there will be improved efficiency and better human health, and prosperity of the society. Like it is happening in developed countries. For example ; In USA history “Civilian Conservation Corps” had achieved the paradigm shift and improved standards for the workplace safety.
Yeah, they're poisoning the ground water for the whole area. There used to be a machine shop about two miles from my house, 50 years ago that dumped solvents into a pit. The city wells are still filtering out solvents from the groundwater. Cost about $2 million to install the filters, plus $200,000 a year for fresh filters. It does not pay in the long run to dump solvents into your water supply. Shortsighted!

Это не каменный век а условия такая и жизнь такая.Респект им .
@@khurshed1939 что значит условия такие? они сами создают себе условия. условия у них как в каменном веке.

Hard working person.....true knowledge without modern tools this is passion .....
The system will not change unless there is a enforcement by superiors (i.e. government )
This is something can be achieved if the government comes up with better training, affordable power tools, improved “ working condition” standards, training and imposing the laws.
В России тоже самое происходит. Работаю машинистом экскаватора точно такие же условия ремонта
This is more entertaining than Bollywood movies....👍great job guys
A testament to how much abuse these Cat engines can take by the people… “repairing” them lol
Loved the use of the literal impact tools and manual (click) that'll do torque wrench as well.
This is basically how its done anywhere tbf..
yeah, only quality made engines worth repairing.
NEVER REPAIR CHYNA ENGINES.
@@Mstrofpup I can say I've never rebuilt an engine and threw the rods and piston on the ground
What kind of liquid are they using in the bowls to clean the parts?
And that material az 29:56? Grease or a seal?
Loved the cylinder ridge remover! Not a ratchet or power tool in sight! Good God are we spoiled!
My dad had a parts washer like that, I was only six but I thought it was a lot of fun!
Another enviroment friendly repair !!!!!!!!!
Got give these guys heaps of credit for being able to breakdown and reassemble engine in full sunlight no shade on oil covered ground most likely in sweltering weather conditions without proper tools yet they can still smile.
Kind of like we used to operate in the US and in europe 30 40 yrs ago now we realized that destroying the environment in which we live and work isn't worth the small amount of money these guys make when u think what it costs to fix the problem yrs down the road in 20 yrs these guys will be drinking the oil and antifreeze they pour on the ground
26:55 On voit qu'ils respectent bien le couple de serrage préconisé par le constructeur. :D Excellent !
super mécano !!
Sans parler de leur respect pour l'environnement.
from Malaysia..good team . work.👍😍👌
Perfect way to mess up any engine.
Clean engine building room is immaculate
I didn’t figure they could use primitive means to turn the crankshaft.....but great respect for their ability to take the process as far as they do w/ limited technical tools....
Truly amazing.
Primitive 😂😂🤣
That lathe is the exact same machine that would have been used in the “western world” back in the 1950’s.
@@buellb0y Right tho?! Pretty insulting to say primitive

Lol the whole episode looks so comiclac but these guys are good especially when you have to work in a harsh enviorentment. Salute to you guys 🎓
Absolutely incredible what a great show we have a lot to learn from these fantastic people continued success.l
Yes, such as steam cleaning the engine before you put a spanner to it.
They bring the machine back to life it don't matter what it takes 💓😂😂😂😂👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Ну прям как у нас в АТП! Тока нет такого корыта под блок - а просто два бревна.
Matching the crank and using the same main bearings, I’m no mechanic but really, also not keeping track of where they go,,, wow.
Amazing to watch a team work on large engines and proves that when things go bad then we still have people who can get things going again
All the time wasted when a puller can be ordered and used in a tenth the time. Time is money.
For a while anyway....
@@edwardmartinez9459 evidently not! Look around you! Do you see any automation power tools or anything else modern. Human capital is cheap!
@@edwardmartinez9459 - *They didn't even replace the bearings after having the crankshaft shaved which means that they're no longer the right size! What a waste of time they're basically just washing parts!!!*
