    🌙Ingredients
    290g(1 1/4cup) melted unsalted butter
    500g(2 1/2cup) sugar
    160g(1 2/3cup minus 1Tbsp) cocoa powder
    4g(1/2tsp) salt
    10g(2tsp) vanilla extract
    4 eggs
    130g(1cup minus 1Tbsp) all-purpose flour
    1. In a bowl, mix with adding melted unsalted butter, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder.
    2. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth and shiny.
    3. Put all-purpose flour and mix until no lumps inside of the batter.
    4. In 8-inch square pan, lined with parchment paper, pour the batter and smooth it out. Bake 170C / 340F for about 30~35min. After came out of the oven, chill it in the fridge and cut into 9 pieces.

    this is honestly the best brownie recipe EVER!! i’m like the worst when it comes to baking brownies but this came out so amazing, everyone loved it. can’t wait to make it again!!!

    Best recipe to make with less ingredients during the quarantine ❤️ absolutely the best. I was thinking the recipe would actually make really dry brownies but it didn't. They were so fudgy and rich. Loved it.

    1호 15cm 원형팬에 75%만 만들어 팬닝했는데 두께가 거의 두 배예요..ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 반만 해도 됐을거같아요..! 반죽이 촉촉하니 좋네요 👍 그리고 식자마자 틀에서 꺼내지 마시고 완전히 식은 후 꺼내세요! 바로 꺼내니 다 부서졌어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

    레시피를 똑같이 재량을 하고 에어프라이기가 고장이 난 바람에 전자렌지에 하려다 안돼서 전기밥솥으로 구우는데 버터가 너무 많은지 빵이 익지가 않네요. 총 80분 돌려봤어요. 보통 60분이면 익혀 지는데 왜 안될까요?

    I made this... Thinking it wouldn't be fudgy as there's no chocolate but then I changed my mind cause it was sooo good ! But not really good looking not sure why.. 😅

    안녕하세요, 브라우니 처음 만들어보는데 너무 맛있게 잘나와서 너무 뿌듯해요:) 좋은 레시피 감사합니다.
    혹시 보관법좀 알려주실 수 있으실까요? 냉장고에 넣었다 먹으니 처음 나왔을때 위에만 바삭한 식감은 사라져서 좀 아쉬웠어요.

    반죽이 팬닝할때 이걸 벽에 던져버려?할만큼 화날만큼 뻑뻑 되직함. 다만 그것을 극복하면 환상적인 꾸덕 브라우니. 단연 입이 계속가는 최고의 레시피.라고 생각합니다

      초콜릿 없이 코코아파우더로만 만들다보니 뻑뻑하죠😭🥺 그래도 웬만한 초콜릿 부럽지 않은 맛이 매력이지요💗

      높이가 저와 비슷하시다면 굽는 시간은 똑같이 하시면 될것같아요. 높이가 낮다면 겉면 상태 체크하시면서 구우시면 돼요~

      말씀하시는 조금만의 기준을 잘 모르겠어서 답변드리기는 어려울것같네요😅 초콜릿이 들어가지 않고 무가당 코코아파우더만 들어가서 일반 브라우니보다 설탕의 비율이 높은 편이에요. 꾸덕한 질감과 맛을 위해 설탕은 줄이시지 않는걸 추천드려요😊

      초콜릿이 들어가지 않고, 코코아 파우더는 전혀 달지 않아 설탕량이 많이 들어가는 편이에요 ㅠㅠ!

      There’s no sugar in cocoa powder, and I didn’t use chocolate in it. So that’s why I have to use tons of sugar😭

    What thats too much sugar!!!!! I would have added just half a cup. Or at least 1. But 2 and a half thats a no. Too much.

      @@cherynnlim yes! I always reduce the amount of sugar in most of my recipes and it doesn't affect the outcome.
