200 g dark chocolate 115 g butter 225 g granulated sugar 100 g brown sugar 3 eggs 1 pinch of salt 1 tbs vanilla extract 68 g flour 25 g cocoa powder 180°C - 30 minutes
Hi, everyone :) I made these brownies today. They were super delicious, rich, and the perfect texture! Some tips I would give: The best kind of cocoa powder is dutch processed. You can find it in most supermarkets, but it basically just will give the brownies a better flavour and taste. Normal cocoa powder is still okay, though. Make sure you do not mix the batter too much. Using a spatula, just fold the batter so that the mixture is nice and fluffy and not overmixed. I found 30 minutes to be slightly too long, so next time I would put it on for 25. This of course will vary from oven to oven and my oven is fairly new. I used dark brown sugar, which I personally think made it taste better. Finally, I would recommend using good quality vanilla essence/extract. You can really taste the difference. That's it from me, good luck!
If you don't have parchment paper, you can simply butter the pan and then add a tablespoon or two of flour. Shake it all around so that the bottom and sides are covered, and proceed with the recipe. It's what we did when I was a child and nothing ever sticks to the pan!
This is my second time baking this and my family loved it! I followed the recipe with no adjustments the first time and they told me it was too sweet but it was still delicious. On my second bake, I only used 1/2 white sugar, 1/2 brown sugar and only 100 grams of butter and then i added 1/4 teaspoon of coffee and it tasted much better than the first one 😊😊 thank you for the recipe!
Kinda late. But here it is in grams: 115g butter 200g chocolate 198g white sugar 100g Brown sugar 1tsp salt 1tsp vanilla 3 eggs 64 g flour 25g cocoa powder
hello, the original recipe needs 1/2 cup flour, but in grams only needs 64g flour? and original salt needs 1/4 tsp, but yours said needs 1tsp. I am confused.
Unsolicited advice from someone who has tried this amazing recipe a lot during the covid lockdown: - Baking it for 30 minutes isn't enough (it's probably my oven but I've seen many similar comments). I found that a 45 minute baking time was just right. Don't forget to TURN YOUR OVEN FAN OFF. - Determine the potency of your vanilla extract. Other brands are stronger so 1tsp of it (as suggested in the recipe) gives off a weird banana flavor. If your vanilla extract is strong, cut down the measurement to just 1/2 tsp. - Adding 1/4 tsp of coffee granules/espresso powder really brings out the flavors :) - Don't overmix the batter. Simple folding using a spatula works amazingly. Disclaimer: Again this is all subject to the different brands of ingredients you use. But either way, this recipe is the BOMB!
Thank you for saying that 30 minutes isnt enough!!!😭 I'm currently baking one and i was questioning why my brownies is still so liquidy even after 30 minutes and I thought measured something wrong😭 once again thank you soo muchhhhhh for the tip😭💕💖
For extra flavor I added 1 tbsp of coffee, to the melted chocolate it was sooo goood! I baked 2 trays of these for a family function!!!! And I baked another tray for teachers day! And now people keep asking me for the recipe!! Thank you so much ❤️
These are the best brownies EVER!!!! I've tried 20+ recipes for the perfect brownies & nothing worked as well as it did. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipe with us.
Pro tip: A cooked through brownie wont jiggle in the middle when gently shaken in the pan, and the edges will have started to kinda come away from the pan and be visibly cooked. The toothpick should come out with chocolate stuck to it that is an almost taffy-like consistency and not runny. Be careful not to overcook or the brownies will dry out to a dry cake-like consistency. You can use a toothpick to check of it's the consistency you want. The drier the brownie, the cleaner the toothpick will come out. Happy baking 💖
I made this recipe so many times and it's wonderful. Best brownie ever. I add less sugar and I usually like to make it with milk chocolate. Once I added 2 ripe bananas and OMG. It was absolutely incredible. I'll definitely add bananas again when I make it. Be aware that it might be a little more wet than the one in the video but definitely worth trying.
Im from Malaysia and im never tried bake any dessert befote this. I have tried this recipe and bake for 3 times. Its success and so delicious. Now , i have open order and sell this brownies use this recipe. tq for sharing. I owe you many things.
Made a few adjustments and it’s super goood:) 5 hersheys chocolate bars (40g each, I used 2 milk chocolate and 3 dark chocolate bars!) 110g butter 130g sugar (brown sugar gives a better texture) 2 tsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp salt 3 eggs 20g cocoa powder 60g flour ( I used plain / all purpose flour) Bake 180 deg Celsius at 30 mins Baked this recipe for 20+ times (alrdy lost count lol), always turns out delicious!💕
@zhiyu lim - I made your version today (with different chocolates and white sugar) and it was really good! Thank you so much for your version, I finally found a good brownie recipe 😩🥰❤️💕
I've been making these brownies for a long time and they come out perfect every single time. Best brownie recipe out there Edit: To all the people asking me pointers about the brownie, I'm so sorry but I'm not really that familiar with baking as such so I don't really know the chemistry behind baking. I've made these brownies around 15 times in the last one and half year , and I've followed the exact same recipe without tweaking it and it ended up great. So apologies for not being able to answer the questions but I'm just a teenager who learnt how to make some brownies:)
This recipe is the best. My wife tried it and now she's selling it. And the feedback is awesome. They like it and they repeating thier orders to my wife. Thanks a lot.
Made this recipe for a client. She was very happy, she said it was super yummy😍. Even my family were happy that i was able to make a perfect brownie. Did some tweak on the ingredient though, put coffee and adjusted the sugar to 1 cup only, using light brown sugar only. Put choco chips and walnuts on top. It was divine. Thanks so much for sharing😍🙏
@@partynjivetheyjustwanna I always pour the chocolate into the eggs personally. I don't think doing it the other way affects it at all, I just love the satisfyingness of the chocolate falling into the batter.

OMG! I tried sooooo many recipes but at the end this one was PERFECT, unbelievable, the best brownies I ever had. Tip: Add chocolate chunks in it , it melts and creates chocolate pockets, AWESOME 100% RECOMMEND THESE BROWNIES
How come this recipe doesn't work on me?? ㅠㅠ can you help me. I followed the procedures exactly as like in the video but the problem is when I baked it. It has still have watery consistency on the inside but a little crisp on the outside. So I let it cool for an hour inside the oven. But still unable to hold it self! Help me pls. It's my first time to bake
I made this yesterday, it was sooooo delicious. I read in the comments that many people took 1/2 cup sugar instead of 1cup so I did the same and I feel 1/2 cup is the perfect amount. A MUST TRY!!!!
Yes u r right it is too sweet but was really so delicious! My second try today but I didn’t dare to reduce too much sugar... maybe just 1/10 reduction! Should have seen ur comment earlier
Omg, this recipe really works for me. I tried many recipes and never have really great brownies, no crack, no fudgy, and this is just perfect. If you really follow the step, then 98% of you will success. I put the butter and the choco inside the microwave to make them melt. Thank you so much.
I tried this recipe today n this is the perfect brownie i have ever made. It came out so well The texture is to the point I have tried soo many recipes before but never got it right. Thank you so much, will keep this recipe forever ❤️ Edit: i am editing this comment after one year. This recipe is still a hit Never got anything better than this
I tried this today and it was delicious. I used half a cup of white sugar instead of one because the chocolate i used was not bitter so I was afraid it'll be too sweet if I use the exact measurements of sugar. It was perfect
Saw the amazing comments and decided I had to try it. I literally have never made a successful batch of brownies. Ever. Then I followed this recipe. Absolute game changer!! Thank you!! The things I changed: 1. using half the amount of white sugar (so half cup of white, half cup of brown). 2. I used 100 grams of milk chocolate (instead of 200 grams of dark) 3. Slightly more cocoa powder than the recipe suggests. 4. Added caramel chips (I had some that I needed to use up) It came out perfect! I might reduce the bake time to get a gooier brownie (just personal preference) since these came out a bit cakey (still delicious). I highly recommend this recipe! I tried so many (including Tasty’s UA-cam Channel video titles “Best Ever Brownies” and all of them came out not right. This is so simple and foolproof!
Hey I tried this recipe today. It turned out amazing!😍 I used 1 cup brown sugar and less than half cup of white sugar and it was the right amount of sweetness! Also I had to bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. (Batter was wet at 30 minutes) Thank you for this recipe❤❤ the hunt for a fudgy brownie recipe ends here! ❤
This is undoubtedly one of your best recipes! The videography is on point as well. It can get very lengthy and monotonous with voice over. Hope to see more videos like this. Good luck!
Recipe Pre heat your oven Grease a brownie tin with butter Add baking papper Boil water in a pot In a bowl add 200 grams of dark chocolate Place bowl ontop of pot Add 1/2 (half )a cup of butter Mix until smooth/ fully melted In another bowl add one cup of granulated sugar Half a cup of brown sugar (1/3 eggs) add 1 egg mix together (2/3 eggs) add another egg And mix (3/3 eggs) add your last egg And mix until creamy Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence Add the chocolate butter mix Mix well Sift half a cup of flour and cocoa powder into the bowl Gently fold them into the batter Into your brownie tin pour the batter in shake and tap it gently Bake 30 mins 350°F / 180°C
I made these brownies and I will never look for another brownie recipe as these are absolutely the best. Everything you want in a brownie. I bake a lot and have tried many recipes before, but this recipe tops them all.
I made these brownies for the first time with the help of my best friend and it was perfect !!! I just halved the amount of white sugar because my chocolate was already kinda sweet and it was amazing :) Important tip : please whisk the sugars and the eggs for at least 10 MINUTES because it will definitely improve the texture of the brownie♥️😊
Dear uploader, Just wanted to thank you for this wonderful and so easy to follow recipe. Tried it today and came away with my first batch of brownies that exceeded expectations. Not only was it not cakey (thank God) but it was just the right amount of fudgy and gooey, just how genuine brownies should be. Used 50% Belgian Dark chocolate (need to find an alternative as it's quite expensive) and used half a cup of sugar (8 tablespoons) instead of 1, which was the right call for me. Also, got the tray out at 20 minutes, gave it a smack on the kitchen counter and continued baking for another 15 minutes. Thanks again! ❤️
@@sulennysurielcastillo7135 I used Cadbury's Cocoa powder. Comes in an orange container and says "Cocoa for drinking and baking". Would recommend this.
This was actually Soo good I made it in school for food and tech and everyone was obsessed it's Soo good I also added a bit extra milk chocolate melts on top ❤
I tried the recipe today. The texture was reaally good. Although it was much sweeter than required for half a cup of flour. Sugar should be lesser in quantity I believe like half a cup white and half a cup of brown sugar.
@@yorisigankorfood4606 I baked this cake in a large pot with stones underlying so can't tell you about the temperature. but yeah I preheated it with the cover lid for about 10 to 15 minutes. It took me almost 40 - 45 mins to bake it
The best recipe I've come across so far! People just never get bored of this one! I've been baking this one since 8months with or without an occasion.... It's the kind of recipe even a newb can nail
I tried this today, it came out super delicious and fudgy. Everybody loved it. Here are some extra tips I followed while doing this: 1. Add 1tsp of instant coffee powder, it enhances the chocolate taste 2. As I used sweet dark chocolate(150 gms) I didn't add the brown sugar I only used one cup of granulated sugar. The brownie had the correct amount of sweetness 3. I also added a half teaspoon of chocolate essence It took about 45-55 mins to bake If you are wondering whether this is a good recipe, then there is no doubt in it, u can. It is amazing! The brownies were fantastic.
@@TheFlutterQueen am not sure, I haven't tried it that way. Maybe u can try it and add some sugar if required. Yeah, you can use white sugar, but granulated sugar will not dissolve quickly into the mixture. You can just grind the white sugar in a mixer or a food processor to make granulated sugar
Seriously this is the best brownie recipe , I have been using this recipe to make brownie for the past 1 year and they came out perfectly!! They taste like you just bought it from an expensive restaurant
I have tried many brownie recipes, and none of them came out the way I wanted until I tried this one. Beautiful crispy top just like the picture, gooey on the inside perfect combination in my opinion for a brownie. I swapped out butter for canola oil (dairy free), and I cut back some of the white sugar, and still amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe :).
This is the very first time when I tried out baking brownies. For some reason I always stay away from oven .. don’t know y .. but thanks a lot for sharing this super duper recipe .. this success has boosted my confidence towards oven :) thank you so much
I made these brownies today and they’re simply amazing!!! They’re crisp on the outside and so fudgy on the inside and they’re so freaking delicious! I used half a cup of white sugar because my dark chocolate already had some sugar. But these were AMAZING
This is a fantastic recipe! Just a few tweaks - I reduced the amount of sugar, added a bit of coffee to enhance the chocolate flavour, I used milk chocolate instead, and added walnuts and chocolate chunks. It was delicious! It also took longer in the oven, but honestly was so fudgy and the whole family loved it. Definitely recommend!
I've made brownies with this recipe dozens of times, and everyone loves them! Their super fudgy and really chocolatey! I recommend you guys to make these!
Just tried this yesterday! Smashing recipe!! They came out divine. 😍 However, i reduced the amount of sugar mentioned and they were still a tad bit sweet for me. I prefer using 1 and 1/4th cup rather than 1 and a half cup. In terms of the cooking time, they took about 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees. I also added a pinch of instant coffee powder, and that elevated the flavour of these brownies!! Totally recommend this recipe for super fudgy, and gooey brownies! ( And yes, I got the perfect crackling top 😍)
Thank you for this recipe. Super fudgy. I use this recipe for almost 1 year, even my customers love it. This is one of my best selling baked good. Thank you for sharing ❤❤❤
made these today and they turned out great. only i will reduce sugar next time, coz i felt them very sweet. my chocolate was 70% dark chocolate. so far these ones are the most authentic brownie recipe that i ever tried.
Just made it and ate it. It is one of the best Brownie I ever had. I don't know what made it different from other recipes but it was so good! Iy was crunchy outside and fudgy inside. But next time I'll reduce the sugar quantity. I also put 1 teaspoon of coffee powder in the chocolate butter mix when it was on the stove.
I've made brownies so many times by your recipe and every time it came out so fudgy and delicious, just can't get over the taste. Thankyou sm this is my all time go to and I've shared this video with tons of people whoever wants the recipe
This is my second time baking this brownie. My first one was from early last year, and it turned out great! And even though I didn’t use the same chocolate in my second time baking brownies it still turned out great! I would use this brownie recipe for the rest of my life
Oh my! It's too good . I made these 1 hour ago and they were DELICIOUS. Mine turned out cakey and fudgy at the same time it was still so good! Great with a glass of milk! I did mess up at some points I forgot to add salt vanilla and also shake the pan but turned out fab
Made this today. Best ever brownies I have had in a while. Meanwhile, I did some adjustments. 1. I used milk chocolate instead of dark, since I did not have dark chocolate. I made the ganache in salted butter and added 1 TSP of coffee to intensify the flavour. It won't make the brownie coffee flavored. It will just give it a richer taste. 2. I used normal unsweetened cocoa powder. 3. Even if you are using milk chocolate sweetened, I used salted butter. So the sugar is VERY IMPORTANT. Use the exact same mentioned in the video or use 1 cup sugar and taste the batter before baking it. 4. I was skeptical of not using baking powder but there is no need. Just beat the eggs till they reach the consistency in the video, like creamy and a little airy. I used a manual whisk and the secret to beating eggs super fast is to beat them side by side :p Don't use a blender tho. It will destroy the egg fibres. In case you don't have a whisk, a fork or even a spoon will work just fine. 5. I also added 1 tbsp of milk powder. I add it almost to every baked product. It makes it super soft. 6. I topped it with choco chips and baked for 45 mins. The moment cracks appear, it is done. Your toothpick doesn't have to be squeaky clean, but with a few moist crumbs. Overbaking can make it dry and cakey. 7. Next time, I'll probably use walnuts or a Nutella frosting, but these were oh-so-good! Perfect glossy crust and cracks. Simply beautiful! P.S. I made it for the first time ever and it turned better than what is available in the market. So if you are an amateur baker or haven't tried brownies, certainly give a go to this recipe. It is hundred percent YUM!
@@siddhidhanawade520 I made it with half brown sugar and half cane sugar - i'd say don't skip it, it adds flavour and a denseness that white sugar cant. Hope this helps.
I made this and shared it with my friends and family, just next day it was all gone and they asked me if there was still any, the brownie is crunchy on top and bottom + chewy on the inside which was really enjoyable The recipe isn't very difficult, i didn't have a glass bowl as i just put a pot on top of a pot and melted the chocolate At my first attemp, i made it with milk chocolate and didnt reduce any sugar the result came out VERY sweet so its best to use dark chocolate
Hi !!This is Shweta .. I m a home baker n keep trying new stuff everyday for my family .. I have tried various brownie recipes .. mostly Nutella based as I think they are simpler n cut out difficult steps .. but today for the very first time I tried ur recipe .. n bang on perfection .. yumminess n happiness .. Thank you
Recipe was perfect. Remember to perfectly cream your sugar with your eggs otherwise you will have brittle corner pieces that taste nothing like brownies. 30 mins was enough in my oven, oven fan was turned on, and used the bottom heating unit. Baked this two times and the second time turned out amazing! Worth the try 💓
Absolutely...I"ve made these for 50 years....truly.... less sugar & 45 mins baking time in ovens I have used....and am about to air fry bake them! Wonderful !!
Thank you for sharing your recipe! Yesterday, I baked for the first time in my life so I’m not expecting my finished product to be very good. I just followed your instructions and my family & co-workers liked the brownies😊 Thank you!
I did this recipe for more than 10x and heres the oven setting that really worked consistently with me (fudgy center, crispy corner pieces): • pre-heat to 180C • fan on with top and bottom heat on (dunno why you can’t turn on the fan, can someone say why?) • brownie pan on the second to top rack (mine has 5 rows) • bake for 45mins (30mins for me was way too raw) at 180C but do the toothpick test at 30min mark and keep checking every 5mins • cooling down helps solidify the batter too. Be patient and wait 30mins or more before cutting Hope this helps. I understand every oven is different but ive been searching for the right settings and I’m pretty happy with the results. This is by far the best tasting brownie i tried the preppy kitchen and tasty one too. Both were good but not as chocolatey as this 🥰
I made these today and they tasted so good! I recommend putting it in the oven for 40min instead Fyi: I used 2/3 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar
OMG!! I tried this recipe and it was so freaking good!!! I added 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of a cup and it still tasted amazing!! Super moist and fudgy!!
It was my first time making brownies. It came out really good. I wasnt really sure because i have no experience in baking stuff. I followed the recipe. voila Wow perfect brownies. Thank you so much 😍😍

It doesn’t get batter than this!* Cooking time with better half: 45 mins Chef 1: Ingredients: ½ cup butter 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup brown sugar 3 medium-sized eggs ¼ tsp salt ½ cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup cocoa powder Procedure: First things first, grease a 7×7-inch dark metal pan with melted butter and line it with parchment paper. While Chef 2 is working on melting the chocolate, you can get started on the batter. In a bowl, add 1 cup granulated sugar and ½ cup brown sugar. Now add the 3 medium-sized eggs, one at a time. Make sure you whisk properly after adding each egg until the batter becomes creamy. Now add ¼ tsp of salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and the melted chocolate mixture made by Chef 2. Mix well. Now take ½ cup all-purpose flour and ¼ cup cocoa powder in another bowl and sift them together through into our batter. Mix them well and hand it over for Chef 2 for baking! Chef 2: Ingredients: 200 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate ½ cup butter Procedure: Take some water in a deep pan and bring it to a simmer. Cut the 200 grams of semi-sweet dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a bowl on top of the pan. Add ½ cup of butter and whisk until the butter and the chocolate have melted into a smooth mixture. This smooth chocolate texture will be incorporated into our brownie batter by Chef 1! While Chef 1 is busy, you can preheat the oven to 180° C. Once Chef 1 is done with the batter, it’s your turn to get baking. Pour the batter into the pan prepped by Chef 1 and shake/tap the pan gently so that the batter has a uniform level. Now, bake this brownie batter in the preheated oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees celsius 180° C. You can use this time to play a quick game of cards with Chef 1 or you can dream about the luscious, fudgy brownies - the world is your oyster! Once the brownies are done baking, let them cool for about 15 minutes. Now, dip a knife in hot water, wipe it and use it to cut the brownies into 9 squares. Make sure you wipe the knife after every cut. Your fudgy brownies are now ready to be devoured! *Disclaimer: This is not a paid activity. This is a really good recipe. Usually I'm not someone who tries online recipes but this one is fool proof. Go for it ! 👍😊 Also if you don't want it very sweet, you can replace 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup.
Honest review : Did it already. Followed everything without adjusting anything. Its soo good 😍 its super fudgyy and chewy. Highly recommend this recipe! thank you for sharing 🤗
I followed the same recipe and it was way too sweet! Next time I used 1 cup (1/2 regular & 1/2 brown sugar) 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup cocoa powder and it was perfect! 💗 PS. Try to use same amount of sugar and flour.
I’ve just tried this most amazing recipe of yours n they turned out UBER FABULOUS! I can’t thank u enough for this perfect fudgy brownie recipe it’s just brilliant. Thank you so much 😊
This recipe turned out amazing ive done it 3 times Some tips Add 1tsp of coffee to enhace the taste Reduce the sugar, white sugar 1/2 cup, brown sugar 1/4 cup And add chocolate chips in the batter
This recipe is a classic, it produces really good brownies that taste really good. So here are some tips that resonate with me, but it's sometimes up to personal preference. 1. Use a little bit more cocoa powder than the recipe suggests, I'm suggesting adding around maybe 1/3 times more cocoa powder for a richer flavor. Also, I know that this contradicts what a lot of people say, so I'm not sure if I just got lucky buying the cocoa powder, but for me personally, cheaper cocoa powder is just as good as better cocoa powder, I mean of course there is a slight difference, but I'm just saying that cheaper cocoa powder for me did just fine and it tasted still very great, but it might just be that I got a really good cocoa powder just for a cheap price. 2. For sugar, I'd recommend instead of granulated sugar using a mixture of powdered sugar and brown sugar and melting it with the eggs on top of the boiling water you've used for the chocolate and butter. This is crucial for making a glossy and smooth crackly top, which I personally enjoy, but it might not be a preference for all. Powdered sugar dissolves really nicely into the batter, and brown sugar gives a richer taste and melting the sugar with the eggs help the crackly and glossy top since the better the sugar is incorporated into the batter, the cracklier the top. If you don't care about the crackly top, still change granulated sugar with brown sugar since it still tastes a lot better, and I'd still recommend melting it over the water since it does help the brownies be more consistent. 3. I'd recommend using a darker chocolate while using a little bit more sugar than the recipe suggests. I personally like to use really dark chocolate while adding more sugar so that the flavor feels richer while the brownies are still sweet. 4. This isn't very crucial or anything, but I add a little bit of espresso powder, which brings out the flavor even more, but I'd only recommend this to people who already have it at home, since it's not too big of a difference.
I tried them and the first time, it was too sweet because there were lot of sugar but the next time I tried I added less and it was way better also you can add some salt after 20 minutes in the oven to have that salty taste. The recipe is very good and I love eating it with my family
LITERALLY the BEST brownies I’ve ever eaten in my life. We have never baked brownies before, but they just turned out perfectly!! They were so fudgy and delicious😋. (We needed to change the amount of butter and chocolate a bit, but still great)

Hi, everyone :)
I made these brownies today. They were super delicious, rich, and the perfect texture!
Some tips I would give:
The best kind of cocoa powder is dutch processed.
Can I use dark chocolate?
@@gabrielvillamor4439 The best type of chocolate is semi-sweet dark chocolate.
Are the brownies too sweet or the amount of sugar used is good?
@@oo-sb4ps If you aren't a big fan of sweetness, you can use slightly less sugar- but personally, it was perfect! :)
hi, did you get that shiny brownie skin?
If you don't have parchment paper, you can simply butter the pan and then add a tablespoon or two of flour. Shake it all around so that the bottom and sides are covered, and proceed with the recipe. It's what we did when I was a child and nothing ever sticks to the pan!
You are correct.

- Baking it for 30 minutes isn't enough (it's probably my oven but I've seen many similar comments).
- Adding 1/4 tsp of coffee granules/espresso powder really brings out the flavors :)
- Don't overmix the batter.

Happy baking 💖
was it okay if i lower the temperature to 120°c rather 180°c? I'm afraid the brownies will be burn. :(

Thank you for sharing your recipe! Yesterday, I baked for the first time in my life so I’m not expecting my finished product to be very good. I just followed your instructions and my family & co-workers liked the brownies😊 Thank you!
Glad to hear that and you’re most welcome 😊
This brownie recipe is the best!! Works everytime. I also only add one egg and one yolk to the recipe and bakes up super fudgy everytime!
I've tried so many fudgy brownie recipes, but this recipe is the best!!! Thank you for sharing ❤
I did this recipe for more than 10x and heres the oven setting that really worked consistently with me (fudgy center, crispy corner pieces):
• pre-heat to 180C
• fan on with top and bottom heat on (dunno why you can’t turn on the fan, can someone say why?)
• brownie pan on the second to top rack (mine has 5 rows)
• bake for 45mins (30mins for me was way too raw) at 180C but do the toothpick test at 30min mark and keep checking every 5mins
• cooling down helps solidify the batter too. Be patient and wait 30mins or more before cutting
Hope this helps. I understand every oven is different but ive been searching for the right settings and I’m pretty happy with the results. This is by far the best tasting brownie i tried the preppy kitchen and tasty one too. Both were good but not as chocolatey as this 🥰
I made these today and they tasted so good! I recommend putting it in the oven for 40min instead
Fyi: I used 2/3 cup white sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar
Thanks
I wasn't really sure to use 1 entire cup of sugar hahah
I’ve baked this brownie recipe several times, and it’s mind blowing ❤
Can i use cadbury instead of dark chocolate ?
OMG!! I tried this recipe and it was so freaking good!!! I added 1/2 a cup of sugar instead of a cup and it still tasted amazing!! Super moist and fudgy!!
How many ounces Is a cup. So confusing when people say cup!!
It was my first time making brownies. It came out really good. I wasnt really sure because i have no experience in baking stuff. I followed the recipe.
voila Wow perfect brownies.
Thank you so much 😍😍

Brownies taste the fudging best when they’re baked with some extra love and some extra help. We’ve split this Fudgy Brownies recipe to have twice the chefs and half the steps, so that you and your partner can collaborate on the cooking and the eating, in half the time. Plus, these brownies will taste sweeter too when they’re split up made by two. It doesn’t get batter than this!*
Cooking time with better half: 45 mins
Chef 1:
Ingredients:
½ cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
3 medium-sized eggs
¼ tsp salt
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
Procedure:
First things first, grease a 7×7-inch dark metal pan with melted butter and line it with parchment paper.
Chef 2:
Ingredients:
200 grams semi-sweet dark chocolate
½ cup butter
Procedure:
Take some water in a deep pan and bring it to a simmer.

Chughati Chughati no baking powder.. otherwise it wil b like chocolate cake
This is a really good recipe. Usually I'm not someone who tries online recipes but this one is fool proof. Go for it ! 👍😊
Also if you don't want it very sweet, you can replace 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup.
This is very sweet 🤢
I agree, it is on the sweet side, so less sugar will make it better!
Honest review :

The comment I was looking for!! Thank you now il forsure make this!!

I followed the same recipe and it was way too sweet! Next time I used 1 cup (1/2 regular & 1/2 brown sugar) 3/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup cocoa powder and it was perfect! 💗
PS. Try to use same amount of sugar and flour.
I’ve just tried this most amazing recipe of yours n they turned out UBER FABULOUS! I can’t thank u enough for this perfect fudgy brownie recipe it’s just brilliant. Thank you so much 😊
This recipe turned out amazing ive done it 3 times
Some tips
Add 1tsp of coffee to enhace the taste
Reduce the sugar, white sugar 1/2 cup, brown sugar 1/4 cup
And add chocolate chips in the batter
Hey, do you know if i can substitute the chocolate couverture to chocolate compound?
tysm for these suggestions, i’ll try it out tn and tell u how it goes
So we should use 1 cup of powdered sugar and 1/2 cup of granulated sugar? And should we add in all 3 eggs then melt?
This is the most yummiest recipe I have tried my kids got crazy we had it with strawberry n vanilla ice cream hot n cold !
This recipe is amazinggg!!! After trying 3 recipes… this has become my go to. Just remember to beat the eggs for a really long time
Can you plz tell the otg rod settings for this recipe
This recipe works so well it tastes so good I totally recommend trying it is so delicious
Just made these yesterday! As an amateur baker, they turned out really good :) would recommend putting 1/2 cup of granular sugar vs 1 cup
Hi. How was it using half a cup of white granulated sugar? Did it affect the brownie? I find the 1 cup a bit too sweet.
Hey may I know how did it turn out when you use half the amount of sugar?
I recommend it - thought it was the right amount of sweetness 😊
@@EEopkc thank you! Gonna try making it tomorrow.
I made this and it was a huge success! Thanks a million from South Korea❤
I tried them and the first time, it was too sweet because there were lot of sugar but the next time I tried I added less and it was way better also you can add some salt after 20 minutes in the oven to have that salty taste. The recipe is very good and I love eating it with my family
When she said clean the knife after every cut, my lazy ass said NOPE🤣
Just use a plastic knife to cut. That's how you'll get a clean cut without the constant knife cleaning.
lightinthedarkness the knife will break

@@rache5149 well, that's extremely wasteful.
@@shamrockewe822 how?
LITERALLY the BEST brownies I’ve ever eaten in my life. We have never baked brownies before, but they just turned out perfectly!! They were so fudgy and delicious😋. (We needed to change the amount of butter and chocolate a bit, but still great)

No baking soda or baking powder required?
@@nish4noshiTo be honest I don’t know anymore, but normally without baking powder it doesn’t rise I guess
This recipe is amazing, the tasty recipe was too complicated and I wanted a fudgey brownie this recipe did wonders
Exactly the same happened to me.
Which one are you talking about ? The tasty 101 or the other one?
