Hi, thanks for sharing Is your spindle speed control working ok? My one is pulsing it comes up to speed, then drops about 30%, then comes back up every 30 seconds or so
no, mine doesn't do that, but it drops out completely at random times. I was thinking it could be because I don't run it much these days and the VFD needs the capacitors charged up b4 running. Next time I run mine, I plan on turning it on for at least 2 hrs b4 I run a program. You could try that, but I doubt it will solve your issue, but you never know, you may get lucky.
