- Presage goes down as my favourite Exotic Mission in Destiny history. When it released originally, I was speedrunning it (pre-Eager Edge) and snagged a WR time for about a day.
It's a shame to see how absolutely powercrept it's become, but that also makes it even more fun to run. No special notes or recommendations, enjoy your time here and grab a few red-frame Calus Mini Tools if you haven't already.

I absolutely could not do this but I also feel like it’s not that impressive? You memorized every spawn, corner, and jump. Good job on doing the work, I guess?
While I'd agree that the actually difficulty of the content isn't that hard, most of the problems stem from the puzzle solving and general flow of the encounters. This guide is meant to showcase some tricks to help people who are potentially struggling, I could imagine that the exotic missions specifically are some of the most daunting challenges for newer players - and as such I want to inspire those with less experience to get into these missions even if they don't have a team to run with.
It s actually note that impressive a lot of peuple are doing the legend flawless. When you start the game you can think than it is impressive but when you realise than doing hard content solo is praise by the game you start by doing shattered throne solo flawless. Then you try on harder dungeon. And in the end, solo présage IS just a tiny cup of tea once you have really get into this part of thé game
Wait it’s been forever since I’ve done this mission, is there any reason to still do it nowadays?
A lot of people I know (myself included) missed out/skipped big parts of Season of the Haunted, and the red-frame drops are some of the best in the game through Austringer, Mini Tool and Beloved, among others. I think though that if you've got the craftable DMT, catalyst and all the Haunted craftables there's not really any need to run it besides enjoying the mission itself.
