So, today I realized, that GT7 wasn’t registering full throttle on my pedals, and I thought that my pedals broke. I disassembled everything, assembled it back and it still couldn’t hit the full throttle. And after I killed 1 hour to determine what’s wrong - I realized that I can calibrate them. Well, at least my pedals are clean inside now😅
@@Skybyte2807 it is somewhere in controller settings, there will be wheel settings for your model and there should be a button for pedal calibration. Then you can adjust min and max values for them

All you need to do is press the pedals the amount you want. What you are doing is just converting the amount of travel you want the pedal to have to be 100% in the game. The minimum input amount is there to give a buffer zone between when you press the pedal and when (how far the pedal has been pushed) the game should start to register the pressure.
...and what about when fully pressed they don't register 100%? My TLCMs register 79% on accelerator when fully pressed and 47% on brake when fully pressed. I must point out I have a mod on the brakes but it registered 95% via the Thrustmaster control panel on PC and accelerator was same. @@tenbob1973 power the PS down, re plug in all the cables and run a hoover round the pedal bases. Having problems with my TLCMs too. Added a mod to my brake pedal (the skate bushes and squashy rubber discs), calibrated them via pc so that my hardest push registered 95%. Then I notice in GT7 in calibration that my hardest push is only registering 47%!!! How can that be fixed?
Unplug the wheel base. Restart the console, plug the wheel base back in. Put your feet (specifically the brake foot on the pedal and rest it. See how far that moved the input. Add deadzone/input until it stops registering.) then dial in the pressure you want. On most pedals just push to 98% and stop. For acceleration I'd recommend having it full on 0 to 100 I do it a bit different but that's my driving style

Raise the minimum input with the slider to the smallest limit just above your pedals pressure detection - problem solved.
that's what calibration does. Move rhe threshold up. It's hardware you know, any noise you have you need to trim it or calibrated. Set to +1% and done
adjust mininum input
