As a player returning to WoW for the first time in many years, this video was really helpful. I felt so lost and didn't really know where to go or what to do. Thanks for making a return helpful. :)
Thanks so much for making this video! Haven’t played any expansions since Wrath. Got interested in WoW again with Classic release. For whatever reason War Within grabbed my attention but all these years of change was intimidating.
I flew down from dorn did a circle back through all zones. I can’t give it justice. Simply amazing and stunning zone art. The nerubian city looks amazing
This guide was excellent new player here and made it to level 15 questing as a undead priest but I wasn’t sure where I should be questing , broke everything down smoothly !
bro thank you so much i'm a new world of warcraft player. I was too poor in my home country to play this game now i can finally say am comfortable enough to play games i couldn't dream to play. this helped a lot thanks dude. all the best.
Returning EU player here, haven't played retail since cata/mop, jumped back into classic for hc, if anyone else is looking for someone to level/explore/dungeon with, just drop me a message!
Thanks for this. Decided to give WoW another shot after years of not playing and it's confusing! I started in Dragonflight and I noticed there's some stuff they just don't teach you like battle pets and stuff; so I didn't know if I should go back and level through the regular world progressively or just keep going with Dragonflight and not worry about it! Not sure how much stuff from the earlier games they just don't really tell you about.
Just stay in Dragonflight and quest until 70, then start TWW right away. In my opinion getting to the current content comes first, exploring other areas of the game like battle pets, transmogs, older storylines, etc comes later as side activities.
lol i guess im a scrub bc i didn't play dragon flight and i really dont see why u have to stop all the time to get flying energy back so reg flying is just that you don't have to stop flying to wait for ur bubbles to fill back up call me crazy or whatever. I havent played in a while so everything is newer for me so don't hate lol.
Use the level 60 boost if you’re a returning player, you will be much less confused than if you used the 70 boost and get bombarded with a thousand quests XD
I just picked up retail again I played a few years ago and was happy to see I still had my character they downgraded him to lvl 21 I noticed I’m in a low alliance realm with only 20% of it being alliance and 80% horde. Should I stick to this or create a new character from fresh and pick a higher gen pop for alliance? I was quite happy already having a “leveled” character cause I’ve been playing cats for a few weeks before hoping on retail so I don’t want to redo the early game that much. I will however do so if it’s better in the long run
Already used my level boost on a mage and I have NO idea what I’m doing lol. I played vanilla-wotlk as a kid and played classic so I could finally have a max level player lol. Now I want to try retail so I boosted but I don’t wanna restart since a new expansion comes out in 2 days!!
Can't believe i'm coming full circle with WoW. I went to FF14 during Shadowlands, like many others. Got bored of the oversimplistic combat, and complete lack of long term content.. And now i'm back for WoW.
I did the same except it was during BFA. FF14 Shadowbringers and the initial launch of Endwalker hit very hard, the story and the raids carried it super hard, but Endwalker got ridiculously boring and Dawntrail is quite obviously so so bad, and then I saw Chris Metzen coming back to WoW and announcing a god damn trilogy of expansions... there's no way I'm missing this man, it's good to be back.
I tried Warlords of Draenor in the past for a month or so, but I was mostly into Final Fantasy 14, sadly the current expansion that released last month was pretty disappointing, so I thought I wanna check out the new WoW expansion instead, I'm curious, but I was so lost on whats going on and if I should use the boost or not, so thank you so much for that video! :D I do have one question still. There are those allied races and I wanna play one of those. Are they available or what would be the best way to unlock them as fast as possible? I want one of the races for my main character
The last time I played was Wrath. I completed all the raids, so I am very familiar with the game. I might boost a character to max level just to get the experience boost to level another one. The classes have changed so much, I'm not going to be one of those people that boost and go in blind
Ok but what if i leveled up to fast to max level my character in the middle of DLC CONTENT and now i cant us Crownie to change the timeline and in the DLC (WOTLK) im 1hitting everything?... Can i do something with that? I dont want to make new character and do that same quests again, but i want to know the lore.
Played BFa en DF. Never finished them. As I was confused. I’m planning to dedicate myself to it now. I will delete my characters and start off fresh I think. Good idea?
But what about this, and just hear me out... What if I use the boost I got with my sub to power level a dude to 80, so I get a bonus to levelling up my real characters?
No, all beta achievements and changes, character creations and others are NOT transferred. It is all deleted. The beta is NOT aimed for players' benefit but to help Blizzard test their product before it is released. Also anything can change between beta and the actual released game. However if you create and level characters on Remix Pandaria, they will be all transferred to the realms they were created in in a few weeks, albeit with standard gear irrelevant of how much you boosted them with bronze up - to the maximum of a total of 65 characters per account. The gear won't be Mythic+ or Raid level but good enough to play the last few weeks of DF and to level inside TWW (where new gear will be acquired that will exceed any acquired in DF anyway). There will be a few weeks in between the end of Pandaria Remix and access to TWW where you can upgrade those Remix toons or play the pre-expansion invasions eg. If you have early access, anything achieved inside TWW will be yours forever since it is the normal game just a few days ahead of those who did not purchase the epic version. Happy WoW.
Talents sound like a fail. Hero talents should just be part of the spec talent tree, and who wants to be switching talents every fight? Not me. Bad. Typical modern blizzard.
So many WoW Tubers gloss over the basics and don't explain basic stuff concisely and simply, but this hits the mark.

Perfect guide for me as someone who hasn't played since early legion. Thank you! I'm getting hyped

Watched this once before I came back and just now a 2nd time after playing a few days. Great info. Cheers
Thank you ! Been playing on and off since '04 but haven't played retail in a long time. I'm still confused BUT less so xD

I’ve just returned and my level 80 characters are now level 35… I’m not overly mad. Just didn’t expect the drop.
This was so helpful thank you!!

Based Raziel exactly the video i needed

And now i'm back for WoW.
We all have this similar journey lol. Welcome back.
Different games, different ways. It's nice to have a break, make new friends, have a different experience, appreciate the differences. Welcome back.
Combat is easier, but mechanics are more complex. It’s pretty much, do I want to think about my rotation or do I want to think about mechanics.
I did the same except it was during BFA. Really nice guide. Thank you
My pleasure.
I can’t wait to play the new expansion man, time honestly went flying playing Dragonflight

I do have one question still. There are those allied races and I wanna play one of those. Are they available or what would be the best way to unlock them as fast as possible? I want one of the races for my main character
They usually have a short to mid length quest line to unlock them. I'd recommend searching the race on wowhead.
The last time I played was Wrath. I completed all the raids, so I am very familiar with the game. I might boost a character to max level just to get the experience boost to level another one. The classes have changed so much, I'm not going to be one of those people that boost and go in blind

Earned a sub when you called people scrubs for not being able to handle dragon riding lmfao! My guy!!
I hear warcraft 2 music, i click like.
A man of culture I see.
Played BFa en DF. Never finished them. As I was confused. I’m planning to dedicate myself to it now. I will delete my characters and start off fresh I think. Good idea?
Yes.
So I pressed the free boost button...... Can I undo that?????
Nope lol.
Do you have / recommended any add-ons?
DBM or BigWigs is really the only required addon I'd say. The rest are all up to you.
music used in vid?
Few views for 2 months.. TWW about to drop and spike!
Classic youtube metrics.
Great video btw.
Thanks! Ive been shadowbanned by YT for a LONG time now so it's expected lol.
I boosted to 70 have no clue what to do going straight back to classic. Waste of $50.
boosting and quitting before the xpac even comes out, classic brain
But what about this, and just hear me out... What if I use the boost I got with my sub to power level a dude to 80, so I get a bonus to levelling up my real characters?
Thats possible
If I play the beta does my character carry over to game release?

oh, I'll be boosting
What if you’re not interested in playing alts? Warbands just useless?
Say pvp 1 more time I dare ya!
I'm not a scrub, you're a scrub! :D
Why does flying a mount need a talent system now? Another unnecessary system by blizz ✅
Am so over whelmed:/
Heres my honest advice if you are new or returning go play ffxiv unless you want to be treated like shit
Talents sound like a fail. Hero talents should just be part of the spec talent tree, and who wants to be switching talents every fight? Not me. Bad. Typical modern blizzard.
Quick guide: don't buy it it's trash
