Great video and thanks for showing the new 2022 TRX 90! My 9 year old son got a new 2019 model for Christmas of 2018. I got a new 1993 FourTrax 90 when I was 9 years old. I’m now 37! I hope Honda keeps making them!! Love the new looks of the 2022!!
My nephew just got one a few eeks ago Hesse tickled that he can change the gears on his quad like us adults he's 8 and boy we can't keep him from wanting to ride now lol. Good review or over view I should say. Glad I talked my brother out of getting him a China made quad like he had gotten him before.
I have a 7 yr old and I was thinking of getting him the 90 to teach him how to ride. I wasn’t sure if this is too much machine for him as his first ATV.
My son loves his he’s been on it for 2 years now he has become way more confident riding this he’s able to shift now it’s worth the investment I see lots of smiles and he’s excited to be playing on it
If anyone is looking for something with actual disc brakes, lights, EFI, dual a arm front suspension check out the CF moto 110. Was doing a bunch of research to get a mini quad for my son and was so disappointed in the crap out there. If you go back a few years, the major manufactures produces some decent little quads with the things I noted above. Now they are cheaped right out. The CF moto was just better for less $. We will see how it holds up but instead of a 6 month warranty they give a 2 year parts and labour warranty. Has to mean something I would think. The little Honda is special because of the transmission, which may be important for some buyers. Just wanted to post this incase there was some frustrated parent trying to get a decent machine for there kid...lol
Its 30 with the throttle screw out, it’s 50 with the jumper wire removed. The Honda 90 is the best imo vs the others, teaches them to shift has a few gears, easily modified, all other unrestricted is 30mph or less.

Does it have a backup kickstarter?
The gears is why I choose the Honda but yes I was bummed there is no reverse. I guess they’ll get tougher if they have to muscle it around.

My son has a 2021 model and it tops out at 33 mph.
