As a non guitar player it was really cool to be able to see Michael’s hands and the amazing dexterity he has. I really love that second song whenever he plays it!
Lemmo is a great player.
If you like that second song, you should definitely watch this episode from 2018. Same song!!! ua-cam.com/video/g0iEoe9kusI/v-deo.html
I don't know if I can watch Michael anymore, my mind gets blown every time I tune into his demos. He is a lesson in composition on every GOTD. Jen you rock, thanks so much. Acoustisonics are tonally and sonically very versatile as well as being very percussive. What a great instrument for writing songs and recording and this one's a beauty.
Michael is the perfect choice to highlight this different guitar. He always rises to the instrument. Jen is alway videoing in a soft and easy way to get all of the views that we find interesting. I like the first and third position on the switch.
I amagine a rainy afternoon, just seating on the couch playing a good old cherry strat straight out of a 65 deluxe glad to be inside
Every time I finish watching a Lemmo video I get so inspired and rush to pick up my guitar and looper pedal and start practing… Thank you so much for everything you do guys, your videos really brighten the day 🙏🏼
Very cool and interesting acoustic guitar. I love the way you add parts and layers with the looper. Michael the looper king! Marvelous filming as always Jen !
If i win the shirt give it to carlos guitarlos!!
I dont like this guitar but mike plays it incredibly well. Thank you
Michael, youre range of music is awesome.
Such a treat. Thank you.
Guitar playing is always the best.
I want one of these guitars, the Telecaster version though, they are really cool. As always Michael, you do a superb job playing the stringed instruments. Thank you to you and Jen! Awesome stuff!
Audio sounds perfect this time jen, no interference that i can hear
Beautiful Michael
Wow a strat in the week so Awesome 👌
Mike... Take that acoustic strat and do a interp of sultans of swing... Rock it lemmo...
Awesome guitar, awesome sound and that was masterclass playing Michael! High 5 ✋🏻
Thank you for this great episode, especially that you played one of my favourite Normans Rare Guitars track again 😀 the one you Michael and Henny Hendrexz jammed around couple years ago. Not sure if the song has a name (if so, please mention it some time), but that episode is constantly on my playlist 🎸🎸🎸
Love the wood, especially the lighter color on the back and neck
I love it, too, but what are those woods?
This could be the single guitar meets most needs instrument.
@@promerops a quick search on Norm's site says it's Ziricote with Black Limba back and sides
Guau me encantó impresionante, gracias Michael lemmo, esa guitarra es perfecta 👌🎷🌕
That is one gorgeous looking instrument. Not my thing but still beautiful.
LEMMO!!! Unreal playing my man !
I look forward to watching Normans Rare Guitar videos which always showcase great guitars as well as your immense talent. You always state what amp you are playing the different guitars through, I would love to know what looper you are using.
Wow...nice!
Great video as always and what a nice guitar! I´ve haved alway loved natural finish guitars speccialy when they have such a wood grain.
Some weird and funny thing that while watching Michael demoing the guitar sounds I just ramdomly noticied that the couch look like if it has smilling faces on it kinda clown looking hahaha.
Played a telecaster model and it sonded very canned....think im going with the godin A6 ultra
the first one of those which looks pretty cool !
Such a creative player.
Again! I didn't plan on watching the whole vid but sat mezzed😄
You rock my world
Jen, when are we going to see you on guitar of the day!?🎸
That guitar you're playing is definitely wacky! 👌
How much is that bad boy? It’s beautiful!
It's wacky wednesday, but I mean - Acoustasonic's are not wacky,it's been more about interesting things, they aren't wacky guitars. Really wacky thing - it's about the old Stratacoustic guitars)
Normans rare guitars - we love you, thank you for your review :)
Mr.lemmo always amazing and Jen with her infectious laugh make for a nice Wednesday afternoon🎸 Much love from Colorado 🎸
Very nice 😊 indeed 👏👏👌
Sometimes "Wacky Wednesday" should be called "Why Not Wednesday?"
The Acoustasonic series promises a lot, and packs a lot of possibilities into familiar Fender shapes.
Most demos I've heard, to me, they come up short.
Mike has the right type of imagination, and physical comfort with the guitar in general, to get wonderful things out of this.
I've heard what some people do with so many options and asked, "Why?"
Mike flicks a switch, feels it out, it gets musical. And so, "Why not?"
Beautifully playing, MIke.
what was the first song u played at the start when u picked up the Strat after u explained about the guitar, I would love to know
Nice playing dude
Very nicely done! What kind of strings are on there? Acoustic or electric?
That is a beautiful guitar
Absolutely stunning grain al around
Do you still have it ?
I swear to God that this man can put strings on a mop and bucket, hock that up to a microwave and still sound amazing
These acoustasonics are super divisive for some reason. The people that hate them really seem to hate them. I've never played one but I'm sure most of the haters haven't either.
I'm not too into them but I can understand the purpose for some players to want one if they play mostly acoustic sets but they might want to loop in some acoustic and then play an electric solo over it or something. I think they are a cool idea, maybe they only sound as good as the acoustic amp they are played through.
Of course Lemmo can make it sound great.
I’m a hater and I played one lol. I just think they sound like shit. Acoustically no depth. And it doesn’t sound good as a normal electric Stratocaster. It’s some weird in between bullshit.
Exactly, ABY box to acoustic amp and electric and it’s unbeatable
awesome playing man
very smooth my brother, & Hump Day is my fav day ✌️
Amazing ability to make everything sound the same.
What are the necks like on these, i have fairly large hands?
Nice 😊
Awesome sound!
great playing! whats that song ur playing?
I had mixed feelings about this guitar at first but it does sound nice amplified
👌
Holy crap that looks like black limba wood on the body and neck. And maybe a mohogany or walnut top? Absolutely gorgeous.
These babies are something else, for sure. I guess if Fender would put in a (wooden-topped, to stay in visual style...) Humbucker at the Bridge, for harder, thicker, drive sounds, it would maximize its potential.
Then again, the mellow, fresh sounds Mike makes with this guitar are more than enough, one might think.
Once again, outstanding!
Baiiiiiiiiiiiii
Wacky stringing , for sure awesome 🥳🔥🤡🔥
Cool. I like it. Really like the looper (did I get that right?) Very nice guitar. Thank you for sharing.
Love it.. But I don't get playing a certain genre of music on a certain Style or type of guitar.. Yanno.. Like it's mandatory lol..
Hello TC, time for the signature LEMMO LOOPER with his loops pre-loaded in it
What's the name of the song that starts at the 3:40 minute mark?
Making it sound like a real guitar, Michael Lemmo rocks everything he plays! 👏👏👏
What are these riffs? Original or something existing? I’ve heard on multiple videos now
This is a guitar for very specific and special needs and purposes, in my view, and can be very good for specific stages in songwriting, generating musical and lyrical ideas, dabbling around, and as well for producers and for somewhat less common sounds. You might want to try playing it more as an acoustic, as well.
What a great video Michael and jen
You make it sound good Lemmo
Hey, where’s the other guy! , I’ve been away for awhile. 😂👍🇨🇦
Lemmo is King!👍🎸👌
Different but 😊
I think this is Lemmo's 2nd favorite guitar.
Where is Frank the story teller.
Love the playing Lemmo, hate the guitar. It’s trying to be something it’s not.
Only played half the sounds though thinking the mode knob was a tone knob?…
I dont even have an amp i overdrive the board for distortion and play softer for clean
No amp eh. Do ya love it ?
@@benallmark9671 I play acoustic so there is that and yes I like it do not even need a distortion pedal I do have an additional mic to pick up sounds along with pre amps on the mic and the vocal mic that it pics up to also. Should I add an amp or a pre amp to the guitar of which I do not run a pre amp on. Think I will up grade the small diaphragm condenser to a large. Such as a warm audio wa14 which is a knock off of the akg 414 I use the warm audio wa47 for vocals along with the wa73eq preamp which is a knock off of the neve pre. Along with a compressor on each channel the effects are built into the board and have 2
These seem like guitars for van life people.
Van life people can’t afford them. They cost more than any van!
NO SPEC CHECK?!?!?! I just want to have Brandon pop out of all the guitar cases and surprise
us all
The volume knob seems to be far too close to the strings!!!
Heard Bonamassa bought them out of stock already.
I hate these guitars... but damn that guy can play. Makes even my most disliked guitars seem like I need it haha
That’s the best looking Acoustasonic I’ve seen seen so far, I think it’s because of the exotic top. Still sounds like absolute shit though.
That looks like zebra wood. Can you find out for me please.
I believe that the top is ziricote and the neck and body are black limba. . .
@@mortensen1961 Thank You. I have never heard of either wood. Always learning.
Great playing. I don’t get the appeal of these instruments though; sound lame to me.
If these guitars were made of gold and you sold them for $500, I still wouldn’t buy one. I don’t know why Fender keeps plugging these “guitars”?
them guitars look like a big doughnut. if it were mike would you dunk it in coffee or milk or tea?
I can’t STAND these….played a handful and ALL felt like cheap toys…if I want a beautiful acoustic tone, I have my Dove and J-45
Still not a fan of the over-priced, gimmicky Acoustasonic guitar. If Michael Lemo can't make me like it, no one can.
Great playing as usual by Michael. But that's one ugly guitar
Acoustasonics suck
Your opinion means nothing to me
@@zankyalbo2208 thanks Karen
Ugh, I lose respect for anyone that thinks these sound good.
