The person who looks after all these aquatiums and the beautiful fish in'em must operate on a different level. Good on him, it's absolutely mind blowing xx
Thanks for sharing this video with us, Joey. The Ohio Fish Rescue is, by far, one of the best facilities that maintain tropical fish. Arguably, their collection dwarfs many public aquariums. It is an awesome place to visit.
18:30 had me dying, especially when he started laughing. Little Rich 😂 So great to hear him enjoying himself ❤ I would get in the pool. As long as it wouldn't harm the fish.
This place is incredible. Never heard of anyone putting an arapaima in a tank before. The cichlids complement it so well and make it feel so real. A special treat indeed!
There's never going to be enough times i can see how magnificent this rescue is. Loved their video swimming with the monster fish. How cool! The place is fantastic. I would love to go there in person some day.
FINAMINAL VIDEO Joey! Glad you were able to make it out and see it in person. When you did the podcast with them a year ago it almost seemed like you weren't impressed, but I can tell you have a different perspective now. Hope you enjoyed your time in the States!
The passion is oozing out, which is so great to see. Those monster tanks probably got Joey thinking... Also loved the squirrel moments "OH look a disco ball"
This is insane he has an aquarium pretty much in his house, id react the same way its so interesting to see what a crazy amount of fish he’s got. Makes me wanna start a tank of my own!
The peeps at Ohio Fish Rescue are awesome - when you see what they do, it is a totally different level indeed. I've been following them for a few years now and it's unbelievable that they have the energy to do this day in and day out. Legends!
Pretty cool seeing my Flagtail named Rio on your channel. Big Rich does an amazing job caring for the fish. One thing awesome about seeing those tanks in person is that everything is so much bigger in person.
The first acrylic tank was Dwight Howards tank built by ATM on the show tanked..held fish and his snake..the 2 20ft long tanks were ATM built for the Bellagio in Vegas.
Love the raw unfiltered tour! Your antics are hilarious and that bird was ready to throw beaks and claws at you 😅 I absolutely have to visit this place when given the chance! Maybe when I have adequate space to build my dream pond I can adopt some of those monsters. I'd love to be able to provide a forever home to a rescued tank busting monster fish or two!
Whats crazy is how educational your videos are me and my ex went to an aquarium when we where together and I was like. "Oh thats Arowana and thats a Bichir. She was like. "Oh my god how do you know all this. My response - "Joey". Keep it up best UA-camr
Loved seeing this video of one of my favorite UA-cam channels, Ohio Fish Rescue. But you forgot to show my favourite thing which is the outdoor Koi pond. It’s amazing 😊
That was awesome haven't saw one of your video's in awhile but had to watch this. My favorite thing on UA-cam is when two channels I follow collab or interview each other. And since I been following you both for year's this was a must watch. Btw that was an excellent idea of giving yourself a tour from your perspective kind of like a sneek peak before the real video no body does that. Great video!!
It seams like Joey Really believes the Fish can understand every word he says lol. I mean sure, I joking talk to my fish, But Joey Really talks to them like they Human beings! Haha
10:20 those are actually not teeth, the fish you focused on is Colossoma macropomum (black pacu) which have an extension of its lip which looks like fangs but are actually used to help them skim the surface for floating fruits and nuts. The other species in there is Piaractus brachypomus which is the red belly pacu that don't have that extension of the lip since they're a bit more omnivorous scavengers and tend to feed more in the water column naturally.
I was at your speech (excellent) and I live about 2.5 hours away from Cleveland. Someday I would love to visit OFR! I found them around the same time I found you and I've always thought you would get along well - you both think BIG! It was great meeting you and I'm looking forward to the new bank of tanks and the build videos!
That aquarium is better than any professional ones (tourist or store) i've seen in real life. What i love about these video's is its a running fish geek quiz, how many species do you recognise. Fun game.
The albino stingray reminds me of a large swimming omelette 😂 I'm building a 2200L (580 Gallon) plywood aquarium and looking at these in the video i think mine is so small 😅
Awesome video. I have been subscribed to there channel for years. Very inspiring. Learned something new. I did not realize the pig nose turtle and the fly river turtle were the same species. I thought they were different species with a similar goofy look. Someone offered me a fly river turtle years ago but I didn’t take it. Didn’t have the resources at the time to build its enclosure it deserves 🙏👍👍
The worlds largest saltwater aquarium in an actual Home is in bora bora a small island in the South Pacific. The aquarium is around 90,000 gallons and the home is currently for sale for 50 million. Search it up. It might take some digging.
The split tank was built by atm for the show tanked, this was for dwight howard and was built to house 2 tree snakes and an assortment of small freshwater community fish...
That's not a convict cichlid brother. It's called a polar blue or tiger blue parrot fish. It's a blood parrot female breed to a male convict. You can get them in white and harlequin patterns.
i am LOVING this "series" last few weeks of videos. you can see the passion in Joey and good things are coming!
wow pinned 2 days in a row. i feel special!

Ohio Fish rescue is a charitable organization, so follow them on UA-cam and support them monetarily if you can 😊
Big Rich also takes care of his wife in his home. She has been in a coma like state for about 2yrs. I don't know how he does it !!
That would only be Josh.
I volunteered to drink your booze!! Haha
It's been so great to see two of my favorite aquarium YT creators comin' together like this.
Also, the "Little Rich" part-amazing. OFR needs to run w/ it
Thanks for sharing this video with us, Joey. The Ohio Fish Rescue is, by far, one of the best facilities that maintain tropical fish. Arguably, their collection dwarfs many public aquariums. It is an awesome place to visit.

I would get in the pool. As long as it wouldn't harm the fish.
What kind of fish is that?
@maxxisrazr It's a convict I believe.
@@maxxisrazr2012 it’s actually a polar parrot it’s a mix of a blood parrot and a convict that’s why it looks so funny
This place is incredible. Never heard of anyone putting an arapaima in a tank before. The cichlids complement it so well and make it feel so real. A special treat indeed!
the Arapaima is probably to small at the moment to be put in the swimming pool with the large adults they have
The arapaima is named Brutus. He waits for the cichlids to feed on pellets, then he tries to nail a few of them. He knows how to fish!
There's never going to be enough times i can see how magnificent this rescue is. Loved their video swimming with the monster fish. How cool! The place is fantastic. I would love to go there in person some day.
Thanks for the tour. The Cockatoo is beautiful 😍

Thanks, joey. i really do love their fish house. Take care, brother
The passion is oozing out, which is so great to see. Those monster tanks probably got Joey thinking... Also loved the squirrel moments "OH look a disco ball"
Love this video! I really liked hearing you laugh at that convict “Lil’ Rich” 🤣 too funny! I want him! The convict, that is!!! So fun there!
This is insane he has an aquarium pretty much in his house, id react the same way its so interesting to see what a crazy amount of fish he’s got. Makes me wanna start a tank of my own!

Legends!
I have waited years for you to come check these guys out they are amazing!!
4:38, that aquarium was actually built for Dwight Howard, on the tv show Tanked
I think Little Rich is actually a polar blue parrot cichlid. But the name really works 😂
Agreed on both points.
Pretty cool seeing my Flagtail named Rio on your channel. Big Rich does an amazing job caring for the fish. One thing awesome about seeing those tanks in person is that everything is so much bigger in person.
What a shame that these beautiful animals will probably never get to see the wild again.
The first acrylic tank was Dwight Howards tank built by ATM on the show tanked..held fish and his snake..the 2 20ft long tanks were ATM built for the Bellagio in Vegas.
It makes me happy seeing you get excited about fish again.
That long cichlid tank was my favorite. The long cichlid tank towards the end ✌🏾
“Oh look an electric eel, no thank you” lmao

That convict 😂😂😂! What a cute, derpy looking chunk 😂😂
Thx for the tour Joey! I like it that u prefer the wild type look to fish, not mutant veiltails and albinos
Now this is the Joey I like. Your passion is back and it shows
The most amazing thing about the whole visit was that nobody threw Joey in the pool pond.
oh they wanted to!! i watched my back the whole time!! haha
Great video. I laughed audibly with you at 18:30. Hahahahaha

It's really fun seeing this through your eyes, Joey.

Amazing tour, thank you for this. Gorgeous fish, fish I would never otherwise see. Thanks!
I love this place. They rock ! Watch them all the time

18:31 hahahaha! 😂🙌🏻
They definitely have an amazing place but definitely have a lot of work caring for all them
18:40 polar parrot or convict chicled most underrated fish in the hobby: easy to breed easy to mantain and really sturdy fish
Loved! this walkthru!
I LOVE RAW JOE. its prefect.
The funny looking convict at 18:30 is actually a polar parrot it’s a mix of a blood parrot and a convict
Didn’t realize that the electric eel tank was 8’ long! Things must deff be bigger in person!
2:29 imagine he’s just 3’9 and its a small pond with tiny little fish 😂
Awesome Collab
great video tyvm for sharing :)
I love how you say Pacu and Jardini 😁
Awesome video. I have been subscribed to there channel for years. Very inspiring. Learned something new. I did not realize the pig nose turtle and the fly river turtle were the same species. Missed the outside pond with Koi and the PaddleFish .. another 30k gallons .. insanity 😮
Next thing we know, Joey's gonna build a shed around his pond and have his own indoor pool/pond! 🤣🤣
Such a great facility!
That Albino Pearl is very beautiful.
The place is amazing I’ve been there many times there great people
I'm pretty sure that acrylic aquarium with the tree that was divided was a palludarium. I think it would be AWESOME if you did one yourself!!
Ur correct its Dwight Howard's old setup
Breathtakingly stunning😁💯👍🌟
8:20 Joey omg to the Corona 😂
Rich is a good host! haha... every one of those no longer exist. I made sure to show rich that i can drink like a fish! hahaha
The worlds largest saltwater aquarium in an actual Home is in bora bora a small island in the South Pacific. The aquarium is around 90,000 gallons and the home is currently for sale for 50 million. Search it up. It might take some digging.
That place is awesome! ❤️
Dream setup 🤯🤯
do you know what Joey you look like a little boy in a candy store.
I can imagine how much fun you had in Ohio, if this is what you did.
18 mins. That is a new record for me.
I'm in Canton and I didn't know this was around thank you
The African Cichlids tank is mind blowing.......is there any Swan on your background?
Looks like an entire pool of monster fish
The split tank was built by atm for the show tanked, this was for dwight howard and was built to house 2 tree snakes and an assortment of small freshwater community fish...
your the only other person i saw mention dwight haha i reconized it instantly
I have never ever wanted an indoor pool, not even once in my whole life... _until now_
What awsome tanks and so well keept 😊
Thats amazing
4:35 the separator pane is meant to create an aquatic section for a big snake enclosure
Is it Shaq's Tank? Looks like it.
wao super
I'm a little jealous. I would love to have that around me, watching it alot.
Joey you're starting to look like Matt Damon
It's a good look
Joey you are a legend sir but what do you expect from the king of diy thank you bro for being you
I would like to see more of the tiger fish🙏🏼
And I thought my weekly water changes were a chore.
is the cockatoo saying kill it? haha
Bagus-bagus banget 👍...jadi pengen lihat langsung 🙏...
