    The contrast of conformity you mentioned is a nice touch. After doing hard things, easy or relaxing things do actually feel easier and more fun. Good luck!

    Agreed, it is hard. I'm finding, however, that a healthy approach is to limit focus. As you stated in a previous video, we only have so many "points" to focus on certain activities a day. So it is best to be less frivolous with our time.
    But, to go further, I'm realizing I can only spread myself so thin before I lose all motivation.
    So, in order to keep consistent with my progress. I'm going to realign my focus with working out, learning a new skill, reading, and writing. Just these four things that I need to work on each day, after work.

    i am learning how to speak native English few months ago. It is hard but I don't want to give up

      @edmundchan8923 well, the best way is to put In the reps (you can go check out my first videos, how I used to speak), and make sure to put in conscious effort, to try to make each time you speak better

      @@janiskivlenieks yes, my accent is getting reduced now after months of pracitse. Just to echo your point that sometimes we want to give up so easily because what we did doesnt pay any dividend. One way to persist is not to forget why we start our goal in the first place
