These are some great considerations! I had an awful corporate job and and ok one, definitely realized after the first that company culture matters just as much as the actual work. There are a lot of puzzle pieces that can make a job pretty toxic, you spelled them out well!

Every couple of months I binge watch these videos and I all but decided I would be putting in my notice this week. In last nights binge I found this video and your original one and it helped me a lot. Then as I was sitting at my desk procrastinating asking my manager for some time for a short meeting I was recommended your "hyping myself up to quit" video and it helped me hit enter on teams. I haven't related to a video so much. So thank you, my notice is in and I don't know the emotions to feel but here's hoping I didn't make a huge mistake

Wow, the way I NEEDED this video!! What you said about mindsets at the beginning really resonated with me. I realize I sometimes assume my terrible corporate job is the only way I can support myself, but that's so wrong! I was already planning to quit soon, but this video was the extra push I needed, thank you

it really requires a mindset shift. But once you start believing in your capabilities the universe reciprocates

Gen z really doesn’t understand what a job is. Financial insecurity and working 10 jobs to make ends meet is no joke and very stressful.

Perhaps, but I'm a 38 year old corporate lawyer and everything she says rings painfully true. I'm proud she was able to come to this realization before it did severe damage to her sense of self. Maybe gen z is looking to do more then just survive.
