I'm from Serbia, but I'm Hungarian. We also make this food but in a little different mode, that's "paprikash". We like it so much! It's a good video! 👍
One of Pakistan’s favourite dish…aaloo ghosht shoorba…literally means potatoes, meat soup…eaten with rice or naan…sometimes we joke it should be Pakistans national dish :) always love your recipes sister Aysanur and this one for sure the best…JazakAllah for sharing ❤️
Here in Puerto Rico we cook a very similar dish called "carne guisada" that means stewed meat, and in addition to potatoes includes carrots, it's super delicious 😋 the favorite part for my daughter are the potatoes 😁 I always love to see the differences and similarities between our dishes so thank you so much Aysenur for sharing another extraordinary recipe 🥰
The usual handwriting. Simplest, fresh ingredients and straightforward preparation. No convenience products. Culinary art that does not require the 20-meter-long shelves with various bags in the supermarkets. I like it very much and that certainly makes you happy to eat it.
Selaam...I am from Cape Town South Africa...I have visited Turkey 3 times and I wish I could have met you...I love your channel...my daughter and I have tried some of your delicious recipes 🤗
Hi there! I made the meat/potato stew and the rice with Orzo and ALL ARE DELICIOUS!! They taste AMAZING! and i’ve already made the Red Pepper paste before following one of your recipes. Also i’ve used the pressure cooker and it did help me a lot with time! ❤❤ Thank you!
I appreciate your passion for cooking and sharing with us! Great job on video. Rarely do you see real time meal prep, multi dishes going on at the same time. I don't mind the speed up parts. Thanks for showing Turkish table setting, too.
MasyaAllah I'm going to make this for Dinner Insyaallah. I cook my rice in t rice cooker. Instead of adding pasta I mix jasmin rice with some brown rice to give it beautiful colour effect & for health benefit. Bcos I live in a tropical county so I just cut down t butter. Your lentil soup is so easy to make .Barakallahhu fik💚tq for sharing.
I am from the southern Indian state of Kerala, from Kochi or Cochin. Our meat stew is made of vegetables and meat in coconut milk. It is white in colour. Its really delicious. Today i made your meat stew and am happy to say it really tastes yummy. Thanks. I love experimenting with different cuisines.
Looks delicious! Your rice recipe is the one I always use for rice. Love it! And I’ve made the lentil soup many times too! Can’t wait to try the potato dish inshallah. Thank you for sharing 😃
Mi abuela me enseñó este guiso muy parecido. "Patatas ( papas) y carne".Te sigo desde las Islas Canarias ( España). Me gusta mucho como cocinas, como lo explicas y los videos de reportajes 🥰😘
I am from Afghanistan and this is exactly how we make our potato dish. We use the same techniques. I also make a large amount of meat and freeze parts of it for other stews. I love your channel.
I love your recipyies and feel good seeing you every time.. please never stop.. been to Turkey many times and lived there for than a year wish I had the chance to meet you !
Very simple meal but looks so delicious. My husband and I love cooking new recipes from other countries. You are one of our favourite ones. Love from India.
Im watching from India and my favorite potato dish is 'Aalu Gobhi' made with potato(Aalu) and cauliflower(Gobhi) as main ingredients. 😊 there are so many reciepes we make using Aalu like aalu methi, aalu gajar matar, aalu matar 😂🤗
In South Indians We Cook with Potato 😋😋😋 Delicious Dish Dear Sister Yummy 😋🤤😋🤤😋 TQ for sharing 🧡🧿🧡 Ellerinize sağlık LOVE from INDIA 🇮🇳🇮🇳🙏🙏🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳❤️❤️
I have never seen u using ginger in the meat based dishes. We in India use alot for its unique flavour. We don't eat beef but chicken and goat meat we prepare by adding potatoes as u prepared 😊 it was great watching ur recipes, add garlic and ginger paste, cumin and coriander powder it will thicken ur gravy
Assalamualaikum. Hi, im from Malaysia. The dishes with potato i like most is Chicken Curry with potatoes. Good job sister for your great work as content creator. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Aslm I am from South Africa, love your dishes,. Please tell me what you put in your rice, I couldn't make out what you said in the video. We normally make our rice plain.
Classical music...😘🤗 Beautiful Aseynur. We Malaysian also sauteed our rice with spices, in certain resepies, to infused them with certain desired flavours. Asian cuisine is different, where rely a lot on spices to flavour our dishes 🤗🥰
Any meals using meat is luxurious for some people here. Even if there is a dish using meat, or if we buy outside, we usually just get one slice of very tiny meat. And ofc no dessert (normal household here never has dessert except in a party or gathering) and no yoghurt (yoghurt is expensive here and not many people like it). We cook plain rice in rice cooker and if we cook vegetables, we never blend it using blender, but cook everything as they are in a soup. But love the difference in culture though :)
In Pakistan we call this Aalo gosht(potato meet), baghary chawal(fried rice), daal(lentils), raiyta(yogurt), achaar(pickle) And serve it with naan 🫓 bread. And usually we make dessert with this similar to Keshkol Turkish dish and call it kheer or firni
This is almost a carbon copy of a traditional Scottish Sunday meal; lentil soup with bread and butter, followed by beef, potato, carrot stew in a rich beefy gravy. Afterwards is usually some sort of hot fruit pie with custard. Mmmm ..😋 i love the additional orzo into the rice. I love to cook basmati rice with vermicelli but i shall try the orzo in sha'Allah ❤
@@TFT indeed! We had damsons, green gage plums, blackberries, raspberries rhubarb and a wild apple tree in our garden, so we used these with pie or crumble and delicious 'hot' custard made with rich egg yolks. The milk with cream on top was the most delicious. Local ingredients are just the best. I miss those types of meals and I see a lot of it in your recipes. 🌞
So amazing always enjoy your videos can I use chicken to make that dish omitting the beef I will definitely try the lentil soup blessing to you keep safe love from Trinidad
Thank you for another recipe! I love watching your videos. This meal looks delicious! 😋 I sauté my rice first, too. The texture is different and it’s fluffier. Spanish rice is made in the same way, as well. I will have to try the recipe soon. I like to fix recipes, from around the world, when my grandchildren are here, to introduce them to different countries.
Mashaa allah its same as ours palaav, aloo gosht and daalcha am glad to know this that means we have a cultural and religious bonding with Turkey 🇹🇷 as my grandparents says ....👍

That’s great, many similarities
Shoorba=Çorba in Turkish. Both words are Persian origin.
