Every time I saw Benji I wondered how he looked like as a puppy... beautiful baby dog!! My dog is as well behaved as he is while I do yoga. Kinda like a blond version of Benji

Oh my how cute and adorable Benjie is, so glad to have seen this. Been trying to do your routines as often as I could since about 4 months ago and trying to make you part of my daily self care. I really want to thank you for your dedication from how many years back to now. Thank you Adriene and Benjie.

Hello! I want to spend a minute to give you some thanks. My family and I recently moved from the states to England and were having a rough go with the transition (Husband, wifey here, two teen girls and one special needs young lady). Our 14 year old and I recently started your 30 days of yoga and are having a BLAST! We were both a bit homesick and feeling the winter blues, but here we are about to start day 6 and we are both already feeling more positive and happier. Thank you very much for this program. My husband is even considering starting it after seeing what an amazing change is taking place with us.

I wish I had listened to this 6 years ago. I love how you say 'don't let anyone rush you'. I was letting someone rush me and I had a terrible accident in february '15 as a result. Wise words!

I really love your videos and old vlogs. I discovered you and your guidance 2 years back but I only started following it diligently 2 months back. I have lost 5 kgs already and although I have a long way ahead my flexibility has increased. Your voice calms my mind and my day starts with your positivity. Thank you for being you Adriene❤

Hi Adriene! I began watching your videos this summer and I seriously cannot put into words how much I love your channel. I was so stoked to see you introduce the 30 days of yoga challenge! I've been following along daily and its been amazing :) I just want to say thank you for all the positive energy you put out into the world...you really encourage us to be patient with our bodies and to savor every delicious moment. I've been loving the 30 Days series so far! Had a cold this past week so I substituted with your Yoga When Your Sick video for a few days but I like that the series is flexible like that!

Benji is adorable! Blue Heelers are great dogs, so loyal and loving. You've probably heard this, but a word of advice; train early, train thoroughly. They're incredibly energetic which needs to be channeled to avoid destructive behaviours and can develop a nasty nipping habit.
I adore your videos, Adriene..you show your passion, and acceptance of individual practice in your teaching. I've been LOVING the 30 day challenge.

I am a new UA-camr and I have say that your 30 days of Yoga challenge was life-changing for me :) :) After a few classes in the past, I had made up my mind that I hate Yoga. You've changed all of that! You've allowed me to find pleasure in yoga WHILE improving my flexibility, spirituality and strength. I also love your goofy side and the ease with which you share your awesome personality with the UA-cam world! Can't wait for more and hope to meet you in person some day

30 Days of Yoga has been awesome so far. I'm a bit behind but I'm loving it. I've done yoga off & on but have never been as out of shape as I am now but you always give options & remind us everyone is at different levels of flexibility & such. Other times I've done yoga it has constantly felt like I'm not doing poses correctly but with your videos I don't feel that way. It feels amazing even with kids crawling under, over & around me! LOL! So THANK YOU is what I'm trying to say. ;)

I only found your 30 day series late January, but have been enjoying following it so much and truly look forward to trying a new video each day. Your puppy is so adorable! I also have a little fluff-monster puppy called Hobie and he hangs around and does the yoga videos with me (a.k.a puts toys in front of my face when I'm in downward dog). :) Looking forward to following the rest of the videos (and trying out the Reboot videos as well).
