I cancelled a paid subscription yoga app because it was all show-off acrobatics clearly not designed for anyone but other show-offs, and started doing YWA. I would pay twice as much for her classes than I did for that terrible app. She makes yoga accessible for everyone from total beginners to the very experienced. There's no ego to her practice, and that's why it's so appealing.

Adriene, you truly saved my life. Last year in March, I was at one of the worst places in my life. I didn't want to go any further. Back then I didn't believe in yoga, I had never even considered doing it. But one day I don't know why, but I decided to try it. My first video was the one "yoga for releasing anger". You made me feel so safe. The kind of security I was trying so desperately to find. One and a half years later, I am in a much more stable place in my life. And it all thanks to you. I am still far from being perfect, but I repeat your mantra "lots of love in, lots of love out" and things just make more sense.

I'm also 68 and have been doing daily yoga with Adriene for the past year and 8 months! I began right when our area went into lockdown and the yoga studio I had attended twice weekly closed. I had happened upon Adriene's videos years before, but life got in the way and I never began a practice until the pandemic kept me home. Now Adriene's steady influence in my life is so reassuring, and I love the way she teaches with more intention than the fast flow classes held locally. I love her holistic attitude - running through all the reminders of which body areas to focus on during each pose. The way she varies the targeted body areas keeps me from feeling sore or overwhelmed or too challenged. Yet I've really noticed huge improvements in my flexibility and strength as time goes on. I just love doing Yoga with Adriene!!

What makes her work so impactful and beautiful is she's not afraid to be vulnerable and be fully human. I love that she's not interested in perfecting yoga or performing, but simply showing up as you are. Yep gotta hop on the band wagon here. Been following Adriene for around 6 years now. Love this lady. She has helped me so much and I can never thank her enough. Love her and Benji (dogs are better than people) deeply and I do not even know them. That is strong stuff. I cry every time I see her in an interview because she is the person she seems to be. Not many in this digital world are that way .

The best thing I have learned from Adriene is her saying,
"A little goes a long way".
It finally sunk in from her saying it so often. Its actually what keeps me practicing daily with her. Years ago I always felt if I didn't do 45 min. Or more, Just forget it. Nope, even if I just do a shortie with Adriene, there is a bene-
fit. I find myself repeating her mantra to many people when they find out I do yoga daily.

Yoga for everybody...yoga for women who came from conservative purity culture...that's what Adrienne gave me. I was raised in such a conservative, religious environment, and Adrienne made yoga accessible even to our community. It was through her that I found yoga and through her that yoga videos were allowed to play in our home. Through her, my sisters and friends were introduced to it. Because of her work, making it accessible, I am now expanding and evolving my practice into learning how to become a teacher. I've also expanded my practice to the chakras and more spiritual practices that would have been unimaginable to me 10 years ago. Thank you, Adrienne. You played a huge part in being the teacher and the bridge that led me on my healing journey and life's purpose.

I found YWA when i turned 40. Her 30 day program "Dedicate" was my intro to this great art. It's truly been a humbling experience trying to master this practice. Years of athletic endeavors, weight training, and two very physical careers took a toll on me. The last 3 years of practice have really helped in my everyday life. I'm truly grateful to have found YWA and become a practitioner. I hope to continue this art the rest of my life!

Adriene is my daily landing for almost 4 years now. I once stopped doing my daily yoga with her and was replaced by some sun salutations on my own. I used to avoid her because I thought she is so slow - but little did I know, that is WHAT i need the most - after 6 years, I am coming back to her and thats all I need. "SLOW down, let breath lead your movement, not the other way around'- the message I needed to hear. AT the end its truly about when YOU are READY! Thank you ADRIENE - all the best for you beautiful soul.

December of 2018 I found her through Kiera Rose who was talking about her January challenge and I decided to join.
After doing it for a few weeks I was hooked. So many emotions came out during practice. It made me aware of my body and made me start to appreciate it. This was my kickstart to take steps to start doing thing because I loved myself enough instead of out of hate.
Adriene has truly saved my life. Yoga has given me so many things. Cured my backpain and weird aches, made me appreciate my body, made me more patient with myself, and make me more aware of how I feel and why.
I do yoga everyday first thing in the morning and every time I skip a few days, I immediately notice it during the day.
Yoga was my kickstart to start a healthy and active lifestyle which made me overcome my binge eating disorder, think about what's best in the long run. Changed my birth control, changed to walking in barefoot shoes, got better therapy and I've overcome so many things. I'm way healthier and way more able to deal with my past (ptsd). All because of the kickstart yoga gave me. Thanks Adriene, I'm so thankful I found your channel in the right moment.

I've been doing her 30 day journeys hardly missing a day for a few months now. It was enjoyable to see the interview. The guy let her talk, which was great. I didn't know about the vocal surgeries or her early days with hardly any subscribers. Like I see Marcia mention in an earlier post Adriene attracts all comers. I avoided Yoga thinking I wasn't flexible enough to participate, but I am improving my flexibility among other things. She is awesome! Keeps me coming to the mat. Thanks everyone!

I stumbled upon the Yoga with Adriene channel in 2015 and she has been my guiding light ever since!! I had just moved to a new state, not knowing anybody, and her channel gifted me a personal spiritual practice that empowered my body and mind to open myself up to new experiences. Her friendly energy and encouraging words to “Find What Feels Good” makes her classes far more intimate and spiritually impactful than any class I’ve ever taken. I never feel bad when I do fall off the wagon because when I return, her empathetic nature from the start to “recognize where you’re at today” brings us back to our innate consciousness to be kinder to ourselves. The lessons I learned on the mat have been wonderful pieces of gold I’ve taken into my daily life. My goal for 2022 is to keep up with a daily practice as Adriene’s new class series is about to release..! 👏🏼

I have tried to classes 30 day Yoga and I just love those classes it allows me to give back to myself. I feel alive when I stick to those classes. I also listen to my body if it hurts don't do it and that's why I love her as she adapts the class for everyone. It is amazing and when I do a class I feel I have enriched my body. Just be mindful and enjoy your class.

Adriene is a beautiful soul. I first found her on UA-cam the end of 2020 when my anxiety got really bad but because it was so bad I couldn’t commit to yoga everyday so I watched her videos here and there trying my hardest and even into 2021 I still had a hard time but it was until March 2021 when I told myself this is where I start, this is where I fully commit and take my mind and body back. I had to tell myself that I have anxiety and it will not go away but you have the strength and the control to push through and Adriene really helped me with that. I fully committed March 1st 2021 to doing yoga everyday and as of today I’m currently 314 days in. I have not missed a day and refuse to miss one no matter what. Adriene is a true inspiration she’s really uplifted a lot of us more than she knows.

Find What Feels Good and YWA lifer. ♥️ Adriene brought me from the idea that I had to shape myself in certain ways and poses and postures to be doing correct yoga to the truth that yoga is a personal journey to getting in touch with myself and loving myself enough to move and feel in my body and spirit exactly as I am from day to day. There is no wrong way to do it. Obviously her helpful guidances throughout each step to lovingly hold my body during so I’m supporting myself is important, but it’s just that special time to be with myself. I am so grateful to hear her voice and see sweet Benji every day!

I hesitated at first, but then I tried her Yoga for beginners, and I absolutely felt my back get better ( not totally healed), but I felt better. Less pain and I gained more mobility as time went on.
