    lesson 4 has been great help. interested in more for neck and shoulder , tightening ,limited ROM and discomfort. Thanks

    I am confused "put your hand behind your kneecap. " do you mean behind the leg at the knee or on your shin below the knee, and in either case my fore arm governs the distance between my elbow and my knee there is no way they can almost touch. "Bring your knee closer to your elbow but not touching." ?

    when I am doing the left leg(kness) side ,each time i bring my elbow to the knees ,I feel my body is getting bigger ,my spine is getting longer within me .
