@@KevinPak I can’t wait!! Btw quick question, from the start of your journey, how long did it take you to make your first $1,000?
Love the videos bro!
I have a question though. Do you just have one general trademark and sell different product within different categories under it. Or do you have a trademark for a brand and only sell it that category?
I have a trademark for a specific brand! And each new brand needs a trademark!
@@KevinPak Thanks bro
@@KevinPak What is a trademark?
Loved the video bro
I have a question, What we have to register is the company or the brand or both, and we have a company and we have different brands under it, do we have to register every brand and do we have to setup board of directors for each brand or we have to setup board of director only for the company. And if we don't have to register each brand in a form of company so what's the process of copyrights in that. One more thing if a certain brand is selling a product under its name who's name will be displayed in the copyright section of that product is it company's name or the brand name ( For example- A publishing company having two brands 1) For fictional books 2) For non fictional, who's name will be printed on the copyright pages is it company's name or brand name?)
❤
He used his amazing dog for clout and I’m here for it
How do you register your company any link please ???
So, lets see if I got this right. My business is Blind Squirrel Carpentry, and I am going to start building furniture sooon. If I go from furniture building to kitchen cabnets, the furniture and the kitchen cabnets can be under different names from the business and from each other?
if you're building furniture for the kitchen, washroom, bedroom, and other house stuff. So it's a company that manages multiple furniture categories. But if you're only designing furniture for Kicthen, that isn't a company; it could be a brand that designs furniture for Kicthen only for the kitchen. That will be like your company designing multiple pieces of furniture for houses. But as a brand, you're only selling what you've already designed for your customers. In contrast, a company that manages multiple furniture categories would offer a diverse range of options for different areas of the house, catering to various customer preferences and needs. This allows customers to choose from a wider selection and create a cohesive look throughout their entire home. By specializing in kitchen furniture only, a brand can focus on perfecting their designs and providing tailored solutions specifically for this space, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
Is yamaha,a company or a brand?
Apple is a company and a brand as well correct??
So would you trademark the brand name or company name ?
Could do both, but the brand name is more important.
Both!!
Exactly
