Pillip Wright Wright just that the pork out from the boiling water and rince/wash them under running water thoroughly. Then just throw away the foamy water.
My grandmother did it differently to pull the debris and the impurities from the pork. She put the meat in big pot, filled with cold water and then poured about a 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar in it. When it came to a boil, she skimmed the dirt foam with a big spoon, until the water stopped foaming. Then she drained the old water and rinsed the meat with cold water. That pork was CLEAN!!!! So were the bones! No blood water at all.

@@CookingAhPa Thank you, Ah Pa 🙏
Do you lose nutrients when doing this?
We'll just call it "the yukky bits." Yea??
I think the correct term is scums
dont understand why we have to throw the impurities away if we are going to throw the blanch water away after?
So the impurities doesn’t continue to cook through the bones.
I do this before I put my bones in the croc pot to make bone broth for my dog
You must love your dog.
@@infallibleblue yeah dog needs all the collagen he can get 😂
You didn't show how it was removed from the water and the foamy part was gotten rid off.
