Way to grind it out, I found them where they normally show up in December at 22-24 around schooling shad, I make my own shad stingers 2.25" in white with a yellow 1/8 jig, not two baits but three 18" apart, no thumps, very light bites and hammered a few 14" and mostly black 10 1/2 keepers where the fishing was tough on many boats around me. If you catch yellows, you will catch crappie, no yellows no crappie, people tend to leave when too many yellows big mistake in December. Those yellows and whites will terrorize those shad schools and the crappie are below them picking up the wounded
ones the bass miss. Fish are deep, less sunlight, I also add UV flash when making baits, your bright
white bait don't look the same at 20 ft without the UV, then it does on your boat. Most people assume
your bait looks the way they see it out of the water in the daylight. If you use UV baits, make sure you
have UV light to charge it. The boat that is anchored in one spot is catching fish, the ones hopping around, they are struggling, that is how it is this time of year.

Ken! Bout to complete my first year with livescope. I've learned a lot from watching you brother. I've done well with hand ties here in north Louisiana this year. Were you fishing over a brush pile or just open water? Good stuff, keep'em coming.

Hello!😊 Haven't been on your channel for a while, but I am glad to see you again. Live in St.Paul, Minnesota and I haven't been fishing and really don't know where to go.I see your videos and wish that we could join you. Really appreciate the time you gave me and I hope that you could respond back on giving good advice. Maybe we could join you and the Mrs. on fishing even though we don't know each other personally but how are you going to know someone when you can't do a meet&greet! Hhee- Hhaaww !!

Good afternoon ! Fishing Ken. What crappie baits and the company name that you would recommend me to buy from I’m looking for some crappie baits that I can cast from the bank and catch slab crappies and the water color that I will be fishing in is stain / muddy and sometimes little stain water. I will be only casting from the bank with 1/8 oz and 1/16 oz and 1/4 oz jig heads. What are your three favorite colors crappie jig heads. I’m looking for some good crappie lures and I will not buy anymore Bobby garland baby shad. May the lord bless your heart today to answer all of my questions and may the Lord bless you and your family and your UA-cam channel in 2023-2024 please 🙏🙏 Tell mr.hook city and your mom that I said hello to them please. And I will be praying and keeping you and your family in my prayers at all time fishing Ken . Can you please do a little more casting for crappies and bluegills UA-cam videos in 2023-2024 please 🙏 😊😊
