Excellent choices of tunes. Always nice to see someone who has done his homework.
One for the most thorough, well done demo f different Nationals with info of the screen about each one, very thankful. And great playing too. Thanks.
Great great work! in showcasing these resonators
Great playing
Fantastic audio recording with the stereo microphones! Sounds amazing in headphones!
Nice playing.
Fantastic Joel, I would love to visit that showroom and be able to buy one of those weathered steel National.
Great video. Love the comparison of the various Nationals recorded in high quality. This helped to decide on a steel body NRP model.
Informative video, thanks, really makes it easier to get the different sounds.
Super smooth playing, love it 👌
fantasic comparison and technique! I prefer the O12!
For the "least worst" slide player in the store, you did a great job. Thanks.
More Nationals please :D
What's the name of the very first melody? I don't remember 😕
Joel on "The Chain", Is that a capo in open E?
The Man's too Strong!
At the end what we were looking for: 6:46
It made me so giddy hearing The Man's Too Strong...
The thumbnail is like Brothers In Arms album cover
Why couldnt you play fingerstyle in standard on the style O? In my experience 90% of players don't flat pick resonators. So it serves poorly to have a pick represent them when most would seek to use fingerpicks or just their hands.
How can you introduce a national guitar with out playing slide? oh well
"...the least worst..." way to indirectly call attention to the fact that you think you're the best...
Exactly 😂 trying to stay humble though I think
OMG - 3 guitars and you couldn't even get ONE of them in tune !
??? Tuning is damn nigh spot on
That’s what these nationals sound like. Gritty af
