i don't know why, but for some reason i just can't craft patterns, i place sticks and planks like shown on video and nothing, nevermind, since now they added this to minecraft bedrock marketplace i dont have problems anymore

I downloaded the mod and I'm having problems with the Part Builder, Pattern and Tinker Station (from the early Game). The crafting of the Patterns and the other tables don't work either, so I cannot create Patterns in the Part Builder and therefore Tinkers Station does not work either. I can't get the recipe for any of the 3, I can only get them creatively and the tables still don't work, (Again I want to apologize if the message is strange because of the translator)

@@Lanmanthegamer what do you mean? This is a port I made back in 2021 after getting permission from the original author of the Java mod, so everything in the video was all remade from scratch by me. I never said I made tinkers construct, this is its own thing, hence the minor changes between the original mod. My channel has a playlist literally showing the development of the addon over the past few years

I say ‘works’ because a vast majority of the items are completely invisible and their names aren’t the correct format (for example, the stone axe head is named ‘item.ftb_fc:part_axe_head_stone’) This isn’t a massive issue but it is kinda disappointing seeing as I had to spend money on this, and it’d be nice if it actually worked properly. Otherwise, this looks great❤ Edit: Turns out the casting blocks can’t even be placed, thus smelting just can’t be used at all.

There’s several differences between them, including that this one has been downloadable from mcpedl for free for 3 years now, while the FTB version has only been out for a couple months, so I’m unsure how you found this video for that version of Tinkers lol. But likely the problem is that you enabled experimental features on that world, in which marketplace addons won’t work if you do. I hope this helps

Funnily enough, the add-on used to have custom UIs, but I removed them because they didn't work how I wanted, and UIs in add-ons are too early stage to use properly, mainly because they break add-on compatibility
I'd say the previous Novice to Master video of Tinkers was me trying to replicate the mod 1:1, this update instead changes a few things to intentionally diverge it from the original mod, because there was some things I really wanted to change.
i don't know why but i can run multiple different mods but when i try to run the 2.0 tinker's construct alone(from cursed forge) it always crashes but nice addon my guy(im on 1.20.50)
Tinkers Construct on the marketplace is a different addon. This video covers the free version on mcpedl that I’ve maintained for 3 years. Mine was backed by the java devs, but wasn’t ‘official’ per se. Mine is basically a passion project, the marketplace one is a paid version made by a whole team. Whichever one you use is up to preference, as there are a number of differences between them. I hope this helps
I've just started playing this, I'm using Minecraft for Windows from the Java and Bedrock edition that I just purchased. When I start a new world with all of the settings as you say and all of the resource packs and behavior packs, things are totally different than what you're saying. I wonder if this works with my edition of minecraft, or only if I'm playing on a tablet?

Are the iron picks in tinkers construct any better than the vanilla ones. I just made me one but I know it has the magnetic trait and stringy but what are the exact stats for it. Like what’s the durability and everything for the new iron pick. I play this on Xbox and got the addon off of the marketplace in Minecraft.

There's an issue with the smeltery controller where the lava will not go in and just be placed on the outside as if it's a normal block. I'm on 1.21.2

version 1.21 repair kits do not work, stone kits dont work on stone tools, it says wrong repair type. repair materials do not match.
The only way I can play mods/addons is by uploading them to a realm. But this update won't let me import them. I'm sad because I can't find a fix :(
