$5 for a Minecraft mod? Sort of makes me realize how much I under appreciate Java Edition and the awesome (free) modding community. Cheers.
I still don't know why people are against paying creators for the mods they create.
So you don’t support content creators making money off their content? It’s hard to make this kind of stuff if they want to. They should be able to profit off it Mojang, and Microsoft aren’t the ones setting the prices of peoples content they offer the service to be official on Minecraft itself. It’s kind of like Roblox in that way.
I do agree that the prices are a little odd, and sometimes don’t represent the actual contents worth though

Modding was once all about making additional content out of love for a game and not to turn a quick buck. But this is just my own philosophy and I totally recognize that you have your own. Cheers.
Addons and other packs still exist which are free on other websites like mcpedl etc. Addons like these existed before the updates on the internet

Even tho it's just a teleport machine it's smooth as can be I expected loading screens when teleporting between bases
WE need to port the waystones mod to bedrock for free.

Thanks for taking a quick look at computers! You're right, it's certainly not very "vanilla" though I did try to keep it somewhat balanced since they're relatively expensive to make. That said I think where it really shines is on servers where you can send emails & items to your friends for them to read when they log on especially when you have different schedules.
That's so fun!! I don't play multiplayer much, but I love seeing things that add multiplayer interactions :D
I haven't checked out the mod myself, so maybe you've already done this, but I do think it would be neat if one of the computers ONLY had that message + items function? without all the overpowered stuff, and maybe a bit cheaper than the god mode ones haha. That way friends on a server can just, make a rule that only that one computer is allowed if they want? idk lol haha

Wattles, I spoke to an addon creator (and may be becoming one soon) and they told me there's about 2 months of Quality Control and making sure the content works on all types devices bedrock can access. Seems like they're taking QC seriously on the marketplace, especially after the Aether incident.

So I’m guessing g in about another month we will see the flood gates open with people porting worlds and mod makers porting their mods. Also I hope if a world stuff becomes an add on they are given for free as they should and I think all mod makers will port them as it would make money and maybe they’ll be forced to as in general no one will buy worlds instead of add ons
My only issue with the new handheld lanterns is that they have a tendency to change certain blocks. I've had it change path blocks back into dirt, and walls have a weird graphical glitch sometimes. Other than that, I'm loving these!
The creators updated it and fixed that issue yesterday
I feel i should let everyone know, the sleeping bag in the Hikers Friend mod does NOT count as sleeping at night. It just skips over the night and it can obviously skip the day cycle. So if you use it three nights in a row the phantom will still show up.
Ranking all of them from worst to best.
14. Elemental Crops, will be outdated/not useful
13.Techna, feels unfinished and has poor uses.
12. Computers, Feels like cheating/ breaks immersion.
11. Spark Portals, 6$ for teleportation is a scam.
10. Mutant Creatures, Not bad but won’t age well.
9. Another Furniture, Good for free but some bad designs.
8. Spark’s pets, somewhat overrated but nice.
7.All the Wool: Nice Designs but lacking.
6.More TNT, Great designs and execution, but impractical in survival.
5.Hiker’s friends: extremely convenient items that should be in base game.
4.Decocraft: Amazing designs, honestly amazing add-on
3. Dragons, Free Dragons is literally a Dream.
2. Naturalist, Honestly the only Add-on worth its price
1. Gravestone, with weak regeneration in Bedrock this is a must have add-on.
The dragons kill villagers and golems, its one of the worst mods, also the gear has gold gear durability and defence. Plus you cant get a scale every day, it can take weeks for one scale to drop
Though for another furniture, the bedside table can actually be used as storage (for some reason none of the drawers and cabinets in decocraft can actually store anything) and the wood furniture is available in all wood types instead of just some
With all the wool, they at least need to adjust the brightness of some of the colors (seriously, I had to turn my brightness to 0 to be able to even look at some of the wools without hurting my eyes, and even then they were still too bright to see most of the texture details), and it would be cool to be able to craft at least beds with the new wool colors, but it’s pretty good
Naturalist is amazing, I just wish they didn’t combine the tiger and leopard into one with which one it spawns as being biome dependent , since the fill biome command isn’t available on bedrock it makes the tiger version unavailable on super flat worlds, despite it being the name of the mob(I don’t mind biome specific variations, I just wish the tiger and leopard were separate mobs so I could actually make a zoo in a super flat and have both)

you should rename this video to "I Tried Every Minecraft Marketplace ADD-ON (Finding The Best One) " because there are so many addons that are not on the marketplace. Since mojang added addons to the bedrock edition in 2020, there have been so many good addons.
I had all the free ones in my world on the switch and it made it super laggy. After removing the furniture one it’s way better. Love running into wild dragons in survival and having them take care of all the mobs for me
Probably a switch issue. Smooth as silk on the ps5. I think I played vanilla on the switch like 5 times
The furniture and naturalist are so good I made the hard decision to give up achievements on our long term survival realm. I'm gonna make a separate world where my goal is *only* achievements.
It feels goofy to care so much about an invisible trophy over new features, ya know? A little pop up to tell me "Congratulations, you've won!"

Definitely gonna check out some of the free ones. I love the tombstone one - I’m terrible at collecting my gear after I die…the furniture ones would be really fun to play around with to. My favorite is hikers friend! And dragons since the blaze falcon? Think that's what it's called drops blaze powder and the armor set from its scales is great for the nether as it gives fire protection!

Careful with the furniture add on, I had a bunch of furniture around my bed and when I woke up my maxed netherite sword was gone. I thought I may have misplaced it somehow but then as I was enchanting my new sword and slept it happened again. Now that I removed the furniture near my bed it hasn’t happened just a heads up
The only problem is that the sleeping bag causes you to not have a valid spawn after. I like it otherwise but not having a spawn can cause you to have to close your world before you can spawn back in, except the only way to close the world is to close the game out.
Oh, the throwable tnt can break bedrock and can cause it to drop. With the bug that adding an add-on to a realm leaves achievements/trophies on, that can mean building kill chambers for mobs that you don't want roaming free like the wither.
Oh, the spark portals count as using ender pearls.
Oh, and the elements require a very intense and huge farm to have any useful amounts of them. I mean you need at least 2 stacks of seeds before it becomes handy.
The two dragonfire add-ons are meant to be used together. The free one has eight dragons while the paid one has 21 different dragons.
I just want one with a cool xp bar and nice inventory

Big warning the hand held lamp (from the hikers mod) messes with blocks alot, it messes with path blocks, walls, glass pains and iron bars
wattles, l love having stories and lore for myself and just doing pointless things, and being able to share every part of your world over time with people who want to listen.
UA-camrs like you that like to role-play, put on useless armor and skins for videos, something that just would feel not fun by yourself, but that something I want to be able to do. this is actually something I struggle with. I want to be able to have lore in my world I can show people, but it just kinda feels weird to present to them a evil parrot who build a staircase into the shadow realm when your not posting alongside updates on your world. and just talking to yourself is just depressing sometimes. how would you handle lore in your worlds if you weren't a god tier human that the algorithm blessed? I want to be able to enjoy minecraft in these ways without starting a UA-cam channel where you have to edit and play for life lol. X3 and as a minecraft who I say has found their groove, can you share with me some advice? :'c

For the hikers friend add on, you can have the walking stick in your offhand, which gives you permanent jump boost and speed

They work well individually, but many of my realm friends are having issues with it as the crafting recipes and icons do not appear.
And there’s a a problem with the cooked egg (broken because you can eat while running and heals about 4 hunger slots) and it wont allow you to get fried egg which makes and amazing food (bacon and egg)

However it is still a fairly new world and i only just got my hands on obsidian.
Clean animation for the spark pets add-on
Only things they need to add are hit boxes to placed things, intractable objects like clicking on a night stand and being able to store things in it or a clock that tell you in game time, and recipe support so you don’t always need the book if they don’t already have that

I've been using a bunch of add-ons in my survival world since day one of them beig released.
Gravestone is underappreciated by the community. I was building a froglight farm, and it saved my gear twice from all burning up.
The Essence Crops are OP once you get up to speed. The armours are powerful, especially the final product where you combine all them together. The amount of status effects it provides is powerful.
I use a couple others (pets, furniture, and hikers) but their impact isnt substantial.
I want to like the techna, but seeing how you can't automate adding/pulling out the items from the various machines is why I wont be getting it. Which I feel is why it isnt getting the best reviews (that and the recipes for a bunch of stuff being missing).
I want to see a farming mod like Farmers Delight Mod that adds more crops and food items
My top fav was spark pets
Poisonous potato is my favorite since it had the potato car. Long are the days of traveling by horse and rail.

I think it would be awesome if they added the dinosaurs from the Jurassic World pack into the game as an add on.
While I do play Java so this doesn't really matter to me I do think that this I pretty game changing for people who can't play mc with very many mods or don't have a pc at all yes I know they cost money but if creators put as much effort into add-ons as they do for worlds it would be really cool

I hope the Java mod makers will port their mods I mean I want stuff like the mutant mod to be ported and it might be free but money would be fine as it would let them make some money and also I think it would be good if other people remake it for them then give it to the original creator. To any add on creator watching I want new dimension/bosses and some ways to manage inventory like item filters. Play Grounded for the best modern inventory management with quick deposit
You can sleep with sleeping bag in multiplayer alone and skip night
You should check out the grapple hook addon i recommend it!
Somone should make an add on to add more dimensions then the portals could work even better
The dragons are kinda cool but they literally spawn EVERYWHERE, If they were really rare then I might have bought and played the full version but I'm not gonna play a world where dragons are more common than god damn sheep

Wattles whats the limits of addons? Can they change current mobs drops and animations? How about custom music and ambiance? The questions pile up.
Addons have existed for years, they can change 99% of the game that isn’t hard coded
@kcoolthegamer these addons are on the marketplace their is quite a few differences to addons outside creators of these marketplace addons confirmed they cannot add custom biomes currently into the game for example
They are locked to non-experimental toggles I believe, which limits A LOT compared to regular Addons

So my minecraft mods ( on switch ) they deactivate sometimes on themselves after i leave my world and when i activate it again everything returns but some things are missing, and then when i dkd it again everything was missing. All my items lost because i put them in a modded cabinet.
I just want to know why there is still no more mods i expected i will see new mods every day

The mutant mod gets EXTREMELY annoying when you are building a new house and a zombie mutant lobs tnt at your base constantly infinitely spawning

I found a bug with the free furniture addon where if you interact with a curtain and have something in your hand, it gets deleted, and its piece by piece if its a stack, so im gonna assume that since they're entities that its just eating it even though nothing else does

Make sure you have downloaded the addon. After you buy something on marketplace, you have to click download and it downloads it to your device. At least on phones.

I wish we could make free modding paid by using adds and paying per download. If you put 1 15 second unskippable add with 3 pop ups, the developer could likely make at least 5 cents per download and successful mods could fund entire mod development teams

What’s the difference between the free dragon add on and the paid one??
Paid has 21 dragons free has 8. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME DRAGONS. So the paid doesnt have the 8 dragons in the free one(at least to my knowledge bc i havent bought the paid one yet)
