This was quite some time ago, and I wasn’t quite so clear on the legislation when it comes to prisons, with the Prison Act and things like that, and I’m not sure how they’d sway it with the section on conveying recording devices inside a prison, and whether that would include the grounds, I now know that it’s not, and this would’ve been handled very differently now, once I get my drone working, I plan to visit the Open Prison at HMP Prescoed, which is not a restricted zone for flights like most prisons, and I plan to do more prison audits in the future, I wasn’t even sure whether to upload this one, but I thought I would anyway, could be worth a revisit for me, let me know whether I should revisit with what I know now?

Good reply given the negativity in the comments, but... what people don't seem to realise is that "auditing' is primarily about education, not whether or not you leave - when asked or told to do so - but that you leave having given the person who approached, something to think about. Also, it's not about shouting/swearing or being obnoxious or antagonistic in order to gain a response that panders to the "UA-cam children". Good "audit"!!! Don't lose your politeness and become just another confrontational "auditor" bellend for views. 10/10 from me.

Love the reply mate. I gave some feedback which some people may find as “harassing” you or being a “bellend” but doing what your doing should be proving a point and trying to prove that people can’t just take our rights away. In this case I don’t think you done that very well but have said why and have said you are better now, which I agree with! I thought this video seemed like you had took a bit of a step back really. Keep up the great work mate and don’t back down :)

@@jamiecampbell4063 On publicly accessible property or premises, when asked to leave, one should leave. Permission to be on such properties or premises can be removed at any time so Jamie, you need to acquire a brain before commenting further as you're making yourself look rather silly. The point of "auditing" isn't about standing your ground or refusing to leave (when asked or told), but to *educate* those asking or telling you to leave, without any conflict and, in this case TGA acted politely and accordingly. 10/10

@@cjones175 and how did that 'education' work out here? She was abbrasive, bordering on the aggressive and he left quite quickly with his tail between his legs. Do you think she'll feel suitably educated after such and have a much more enlighted approach in future or do you think she'll feel vindicated in the bullying tactics she used? Based on some of your replies to comments on this video I'm not at all sure whether you weren't actually actively involved in this.

@@richardjones8699 Education in general has a beginning but never an end. We're constantly learning, and that process goes on until the day we die.
"How did that education work out here", you ask? We can only guess and I'd say that when she went into work, they (other colleagues were present) probably had some conversation about their encounter with TGA.
Maybe she dismissed the entire episode, and maybe one of her colleagues pointed out that TGA was doing nothing illegal in his actions. And that's just one example of how people *may* begin to be educated (with regards the rights/wrongs of auditing).
She was still correct in asking or telling TGA to leave the site, and he did so without antagonising the staff which usually escalates the situation, as we sadly see too often with dumbass auditors who take their cameras and bad attitudes on audits but, forget to take a brain.
I personally don't agree with you that "she was bordering on the aggressive". She was firm but fair in my opinion. Perhaps you're one of these people who watch such videos looking for the aggressive, rude, antagonistic and confrontational encounters by egotistical morons claiming to be auditors when really they're just pathetic, immature bullies craving a reaction? I don't know.

Got to agree with others on here - a pretty dire audit. You should have stood your ground. You were entitled to be on the publicly accessible grounds and you should have verbally pressed that point home and ALSO not left. "Publicly accessible" property or premises do not give you a right to be there. One tactic to try in such places and other places is to see if there is somewhere where you can sit quietly for 15 mins and just watch things happen. You can pretend to be on a call, or just fidgeting with your phone as if waiting for something, or just enjoying the weather. And with a 2nd camera propped up or a body cam record away. Then wander around and make your presence known. See how long they take if they ever do whilst your sitting compared to your walking around. Will prove that its only the wandering around overtly filming that gets their paranoia going and will prove that they can't do their job since sitting and watching is just as bad for their paranoia about filming.

  • @scotttchviski6706
