21:03 dude you should be really proud, a lot of players never find that weapon and it’s incredibly good. Even if you never use it that thing is a badge of top notch exploration skills
The Leda gank was such an epic moment. It is definitely made with summons in mind as the event where all questlines end. Depending on how you progress the questlines, you can have your situation with Hornsent, Moore, Freya, Leda and Dane on the one side and Thiolier, Ansbach and you (and maybe spirit summons) on the other, or you could have just Leda and Dane on one side and only you on the other. Everything between that is also possible depending on how you do the quests. If you tell Moore to remain sad forever, he will die and not show up. If you help Leda kill Hornsent, he won't be there, if you don't do Ansbach's quest, he and Freya won't be there and by not doing Thiolier's quest, he won't be there either.
@ironmaiden93ofangmar Had disagree. Every gank fight in ER has been utter trash. Even with summons they're bad. And the Leda fight is the most egregious and obnoxious. FS learnt nothing from the Twin Demon Princes fight.
@@anonisnoone6125 They're just NPCs. Summonn Thiollier and Ansbach to distract the rest and just pick them off one by one (you're meant to summon for this it's not a boss fight). Them being NPCs mean they're very susceptible to being stunlocked and weapon arts that flatten them or launch them
The rune arc used at the end with the music made that last battle cinematic. Loved the gravity death at the end of the video btw. That made me chuckle.

Congrats Mati! Beating a DLC and Final Boss that will always be respected and remembered for every bit of it's quality and workmanship. They put heart into this and it shows in every moment and every step experienced by the player. You did awesome considering the difficulty spikes. Even better you made a great series filled with genuine awe and appreciation, plus truly empathetic interactions with so much not just the fights or landscapes as incredible as they were. The visit to Marika's home village does hit with emotions and you were not afraid to express that. Gameplay was awesome, you worked out what you needed to both make the vids entertaining and to make certain the bosses would be beaten to your own satisfaction. I appreciate the amount of work this had to take with the sheer amount of exploration and boss attempts to edit. It is a shame we didn't see the Heart Stolen moment but for the bigger picture, very understandable. That final boss was work with a capital W. You didn't cheese it. The first playthrough I saw, the person cheesed the whole DLC and it was fine to see as it was all new Elden Ring but underwhelming in the end without the full experience we got here. Mati showed the DLC off so well and thoroughly, appreciating everything so openly. Thank You So Much for that. My thought is that the fromsoft understood that players would be experienced and high level in their various classes in the base game...so why not make everyone experiment with new stuff and cause they will HAVE to in order to beat the DLC. That Glintstone gamer I watched who manages soulsborne games, no problem even has tattoos including her newest Astel Naturalborn of the Void, was D_stroyd by the Radahn fight. She Had to both respec and call in help to beat him. She had the thought that he should be nerfed a little, I wouldn't like that myself tho. That's so scary for me, I won't be able to play this until who knows when, maybe their next DLC. But I will. Like Malenia was The Challenge you had to do, even if optional was doable in the end by anyone. Radahn can't be avoided, he is the point and he is next level. So you will have to figure out something even it means going outside your safe space. It may be a wall that some won't climb, but after needing to beat Starscourge Radahn and Mogh to even start, I would think and hope a player would already be committed to the experience. It is possible. No matter how hard it looks, I mean my slow hands beat Malenia in my first soulsborne game ever. Big props for Mati going solo, for this fight in this game as a youtuber knowing he'll have to put it all out there publicly, that takes balls of steel, excuse my language. It felt like this game gave little to Glintstone but buffed Faith hard. That kinda makes sense in terms of people not feeling Faith was strong in the base game plus the Godhood element running thru the DLC. Mati clearly felt that push to explore new builds too as he had to respec further into Arcane. That's fromsoft for you, always subverting expectations. Heck the first thing you gotta learn: roll towards the bear, lol. Radahn and Bayle...they out did themselves. Imagine playing this on a huge screen in your own personal theater with the best sound possible. I've been watching people react to Soulsborne OST's and every time, they are impressed. The dichotomy between phase one and two of Radahn's themes, From Warrior to the Hand of God is a story in of itself. fromsoft truly thinks about what they are doing in everything. There are no cashgrabs, it's all about putting the best they can on the table. They are a game studio you can trust.

Took me two days, but I finally finished watching your video! Congratulations on joining the I Beat Radahn club! I'm hoping for at least one final video, because the entire northwest section of the map still appears to be untouched.
Massive props for taking the absurd 250 deaths and sticking with it. I caved at around 40 and used pre nerf impenetrable thorns, which was a hilariously overpowered sorcery.
I think out of all the people i saw fight this boss, this was the best gameplay! So badass with your strategy, let alone dawning the raging wolf set, it just adds to the cinematic vibes of the fight. Felt like i just saw an accurate battle between the Tarnished v Consort Radahn. You do have a point with how the fight may take some people out. I personally think I’m a player that doesn’t have the patience to die to a boss hundreds of times. First week when the DLC came out, i beat him on my 42nd try. I finally updated the game to see what was changed and people were saying Radahn has been “NeRfEd” but that was an over exaggeration. In fact, i might have died to him slightly more times than i did originally. I summoned Ansbach and Triollier for the first time but i felt it made the fight more difficult. Like in Bloodborne if you summon Alfred for the Blood Starved Beast, its HP goes up. I was going crazy but ultimately, i beat him just how i beat him the first time. I got into rhythm of his move set, waited my chances and then to finally beat him was so damn good to feel again. A tier fight for me, but S tier experience.
You could have seen the most unique death in the game if you got grabbed by Miquella twice in the phase 2 fight (not sure if you did off-screen) but I suggest looking it up to see what happens
1:00 I do indeed like sandwiches with no tomatoes on them, earned a like from me (I would’ve anyway) Also, that 2nd to last fight is an absolute peak fight, the music and dialogue and just overall experience is 10/10
Pure skill and adaptation, truly astounding stuff. You learned how to dodge nearly everything, took your opportunities and utilized them well with either blood tax or a dodge attack. Absolute Cinema, you did an amazing job, and watching you play through all these games and seeing you master them in real time is truly spectacular. Congrats!
I've avoided this video for a long time because I wasn't ready to see you finish your elden ring journey (which is what introduced me to the channel in the first place) so finally watching the whole thing brought tears to my eyes. Good job at beating such a tough boss mati and keep up the good work!
Though I have my problems with the dlc, I thoroughly enjoyed being gifted with another fromsoft adventure. Sure I didn’t enjoy most the 4 days I spent trying to beat Radahn lol, but I loved being able to discover all new corners and stories of this world. Myself and everyone else are lucky you want to share your time doing that with us, cause like always, it’s been fun man. Since the beginning I’ve thought you are one of the most consistently fun, relatable, and entertaining creators on this platform. I’m always happy seeing you upload and I hope you keep enjoying your journey. Cause like this game, seeing it is a gift. Be safe
Well done! I also adored the DLC. They did so much more than i expected. The verticality of level design was insane! Specifically, when i followed a cave early on down the waterfall and to the (blocked) fissure, I was stunned. The mini-dungeons were better quality and reduced in number, which I didn't expect. I figured theyd be roughly the same or just not there. Shadow Keep was a phenomenal experience, and each playthrough I've seen, including my own, has tackled it a bit differently. Radahn phase 2 was frustrating. Once i started re-applying Golden Vow during the AOE to start phase 2, rather than physic, then using physic and crab during windows, it was just a few more tries to finish. But that was 170+ attempts of trial and error to get there. I had days in between just stewing over the fight. These games are something else. I look forward to following whatever you decide to play next! (Nier:Automata, maybe?).
Congrats Mati! Been following your Fromsoftware journey since day 1 and I have to say you have become a real pro at these games. I am looking forward to your next playthrough
You were kind enough to answer my shoutout for my lil 100 sub video a while back and I was so excited to see we were going through some new fromsoft content at the same time and finished at the same time haha. big grats and I feel your pain on the end game :)
This is the one boss that I learned to parry. Even then, it took me about 50 tries solo and using Morgott's Great Rune. I was almost hyperventilating when I killed him
Been watching your videos since some of the earliest Elden Ring videos, so here now, some two years later and at the end of the dlc it really feels like a end of an era. That winning round of yours was a beaut! That phase 2 can be so overwhelming at first, but especially on my second character with the deflecting hardtear the whole fight so much fun! Also beat Godfrey with the martial arts weapon just this morning with the deflection tear, felt really fresh! With FS games done for now and the GoW series coming to a close too soon, I wonder what's gonna be the next big thing on the channel...? Hopefully we get Lies of P dlc soon!
Funny enough Mati, at 1:50:33 I was impressed that was the first time you saw that you had successfully dodged the worst attack. In the first hour, I actually saw you do it quite frequently and every time I saw it I was impressed 😆😆
I am super proud of you Mati! You actually tried to learn the boss and spent a whole day on it. Something I did not have the patience for. In terms of difficulty this boss made me insane. I don't know if I can ever force myself to fight him again lol,. Again as always, love the videos. Cannot wait to see what your next series/game is.
Congrats on your hard fought victory! It took me several hours over several days as well, but that was with my mimic. This is the only fight where I felt like bringing in the mimic made almost no difference...that is how hard this fight is. I love your videos and know what I am watching after work when I get a notification from your channel. I appreciate your enthusiasm for these games and your search for new challenges. Thanks for sharing your gaming experiences with us! I look forward to many more in the future. Keep calm and game on. 🫡
I’m proud of you, man! You did it on your own terms. Just buckled down, learned the moves and just persevered. My guess before you began was 173. He is tough. I did every boss in the dlc on scadu lvl 6 and 1-12 attempts on these bosses. Radahn forced med to scadu 19 and it took med around 110 attempts. My second playthrough I killed him in 8 attempts. That just goes to show how fair he actually is when you learn it. It seems insurmountable at first, but everything is possible. Great job, man! Amazing episode.
Great job and great video as always! This boss really breaks the fourth wall: he kills you in game, burns your graphics card, breaks your screen, and then comes for you irl administering seizures and permanent trauma. And still it is not nearly half as painful as knowing that we reached the end of Elden Ring.
Stumbled upon your video on my never-ending quest to watch other people defeat this nightmare of a boss. Sure is epic, all of it - but man, that second phase. Just insanity. Really enjoyed your reactions plus the long road towards victory. I fought the guy for three days, and it took me around somewhere between 40-50 attempts. However, I do not wish to brag in any way, for those attempts were hell. Each time I hit the second phase, I would either die right away or just get lost in the visual madness and lightning-fast attacks. Tried out many builds, came close perhaps two times, but nothing seemed to work that reliably. No issues with the first phase, enjoyable to learn, but whoever came up with the second has clearly abandoned their humanity. Ultimately, the Zamor Curved Sword became my weapon of choice. Used Frostbite to slowly do him in, but since that attack has a long windup, it did not always work out. The final attempt was just as epic as yours for me, albeit shorter. Ran out of orange juice, did not really believe in a win - but just when he was about to do the meteor attack, all of my Frostbite moves caused him to stagger, the only time in that fight. I am usually very composed when playing games, even difficult ones; however, when that happened, I could not hold back shouting "oh my god" several times. Now, that critical hit still did not kill him, and I had to quickly decide with which attack to finish him off. But man, what a victory. I love Elden Ring - but to hell with Radahn. So sick and tired of him, even though I could still listen to his theme for hours on end. And also, to hell with Miquella's hug/age of compassion. Sure would love to see it, were it not for the fact that your consort just cleaved my existence in twain.
2:13:01 amazing work man! All that dedication to beat Radahn without a mimic or Aansbach. I’m really impressed. This boss really won’t stop coming at you with his attacks so learning his move set.. you gotta have some patience to say the least.. 😂
Great job Mati!!! You have beaten what is in contention for my favorite game, love your channel and keep up the great work. Now if I may be so bold to recommend a game (in this case a game series) that I would love to watch you play, but of course it all depends on weather you want to or not and of course weather the rest of the fans would want to watch it, is the monster hunter series, specifically monster hunter world and iceborne as it is probably the best introduction if you never played any of them before. Again love your channel and keep doing what you love doing.

So glad you summoned for the home fight! I'll have to watch the rest when I get home from work. Can't wait!
1:00 I do indeed like sandwiches with no tomatoes on them, earned a like from me (I would’ve anyway)
Also, that 2nd to last fight is an absolute peak fight, the music and dialogue and just overall experience is 10/10
Pure skill and adaptation, truly astounding stuff. You learned how to dodge nearly everything, took your opportunities and utilized them well with either blood tax or a dodge attack. Absolute Cinema, you did an amazing job, and watching you play through all these games and seeing you master them in real time is truly spectacular. Congrats!
Brother... this shit took me 12 hours. Absolute fucking torture.
This is gonna be a movie.
the fact you did it with no shield is amazing great work! might finally be time for me to catch up on what kratos has been up to xD
This was such a joy to watch. That intermission speech at the start of day 3 with the music was so heroic i was getting goosebumps.
1:43:03 was such a sick transition!
JUST WHAT I NEEDED! Thanks for sharing your suffering, Mati X) keep up the good work and i'm already excited for what series comes
next
Found you during the first Elden Ring play through.. now here to watch you wrap it up. Amazing journey so far bro, cheers!
Be safe
Congratulations man. Been an awesome journey. Sad its the last fromsoft for now.. thanks for all the great laughs and awesome videos bro!
Over 2 hours of pain. It's been a wild ride brotha.
It sure has been brotha appreciate you being here for all of it
What a ride. :D
Bruh when you pop the rune arc and the music swells holy shit pure cinema
Congrats Mati! Been following your Fromsoftware journey since day 1 and I have to say you have become a real pro at these games. I am looking forward to your next playthrough
Congrats on beating the final boss!!!!!!
Yeeeeaaaaahhhh! Go, Mati! I knew you’d finally do it. This makes me more excited to play the DLC.
I loved everything in this dude, I love your videos
You were kind enough to answer my shoutout for my lil 100 sub video a while back and I was so excited to see we were going through some new fromsoft content at the same time and finished at the same time haha. big grats and I feel your pain on the end game :)
LFG dude, welcome to the "i Beat Radahn" club
Happy to be here :")
@@matiasgago and now you're officially caught up with the rest of us, waiting x amount of years, for FROM GOAT'S next big title 😭
@@TimothyGodhope it’s good again like the games they made before 5+ years ago
@@davidborned that's bait, they've always been good->great
@@TimothyGod no it’s not. They were amazing and probably the best in the business 2009-2019 ngl. You honestly believe I was baiting?
Let the miquellestation begin! Been waiting for this one all week
Yoooo I was so eagerly waiting for this to drop 🔥🔥🔥
You just set a new goal for me, Mati. Stop being scared and procrastinating, and actually go beat this damn dlc somtime. Congrats to you, bro 👏
You did it!! Proud of you champ 😅
Nice! It's finally here! Can't wait to watch. Just beat Final Boss yesterday, no summons. Took me like 30 tries, but I'm bad at the game.
Funny enough Mati, at 1:50:33 I was impressed that was the first time you saw that you had successfully dodged the worst attack. In the first hour, I actually saw you do it quite frequently and every time I saw it I was impressed 😆😆
Amazing work, Mati. The build-up and anticipation was well worth the journey with you.
Great job on completing the dlc! ❤ I enjoyed every minute of your souls journey.
I’ve been waiting for this so long 😭 Congratulations
Brother! Really appreciate the kind words and generosity
HES DONE IT! Congrats bro I was on this for 2 days fighting without summons 😭 I feel you congrats though king
He likes fighting bosses without summons because he prefers it, i don’t get why people defend them
Great job and great video as always! This boss really breaks the fourth wall: he kills you in game, burns your graphics card, breaks your screen, and then comes for you irl administering seizures and permanent trauma.
And still it is not nearly half as painful as knowing that we reached the end of Elden Ring.
Your tenacity is impressive brother. LETS GOOOOOO!!!!!!!
1:45:25 and that's an upgrade from 20% to 22% !
Amazing numbers, thank you fromsoft
gg mati, been subbed since you had 1k subs, youve come a long way.
Dude, congrats! 😅 2:13:32
Am i on the edge of my seat for that!
That was so hype with your last battle. Let’s go brother ✊🏽 This fight was probably my favorite in the whole game, along with Peakdra. Well done 👍🏽
Great job dude!! I remember your first elden ring playthrough
God I love this DLC, especially this final fight
Great job Mati!!! You have beaten what is in contention for my favorite game, love your channel and keep up the great work.
Now if I may be so bold to recommend a game (in this case a game series) that I would love to watch you play, but of course it all depends on weather you want to or not and of course weather the rest of the fans would want to watch it, is the monster hunter series, specifically monster hunter world and iceborne as it is probably the best introduction if you never played any of them before.
Again love your channel and keep doing what you love doing.
well done omg the last attempt was amazing to watch
ohhhhh finally, i have been waiting for this video soooooooo much man
Good shit Mati!! I've been a fan for a bit now and it's cool to see where you're at. This dlc has been a ride and the excitement for the dlc and your vids are unmatched! I was cheering for you in this last vid because I know the radahn struggle! It would've taken me longer to beat him but I got pretty lucky in my winning round (check my channel) but the satisfaction is unreal with the journey that Elden Ring has been! Congratulations Mati!!
Good job on beating Radahn. Congratulations in finishing the Elden Ring DLC, you are the GOAT. The whole arc of sticking with one weapon to studying your opponent like a professional to beat him is a masterpiece.
I also like that you dropped off a on a ledge like Kratos but backwards lol.
Congrats bro!!
Great perseverance!!!! Was great viewing!!
LETS GO!!!!! it was an awesome playthrough and you learning the boss. I died 189 times i feel the pain, GGs tarnished
Dude your reaction to beating the DLC is everything 🎉 Proud of you!
Love you too boo!!! See you in the next one! PEACE! XD also quite the ending with the death sound x))))
“DONT YOU DAAAAAIIIIIIR APPROACH MIQUELLA THE KIND!”
Leda and Allies fight, specially with Ansbach aka the best soulsbro, was just pure cinema
Man, I still remember watching you struggle with the first Erdtree Sentinel. Now look at how far you've come! Good job sir, you've gotten gud.
MATI , the man , the myth , the legend himself , has passed the Elden Ring DLC and continue being the Elden lord in the Shadow realm , Congrats Mati , proud of you my guy , I was waiting for this vid for a while and it was Fire , hopefully they make another DLC but this time with Godwyn in it and as the main character you could , “ Elden Ring : Depths of the Erdtree.” That wound sound fire , but proud of you Mati keep going forward
