Did that on my 17th birthday, we played with friends looking at the sky at night. We were so damn high, so I was pretending to pilot a spaceship (lights went off, so the sky was so clear and everything else was pure black) while some laughed, some were pretending driving a bus (that mf was too high, no bus in the damn universe could make you see the stars like we did on my spaceship) (damn I was high too, what a core memory)
This is what it feels like when something good ends. Say your favorite show or movie series ending, or finishing a series of books, or your friendship or friend group breaking up. It reminds me of being up before most people or well past most people. There is a calmness in the isolation. Simplicity. Plus the universe shining brightly above you is a reminder that, even when it is darkest all around you, there is light to guide you and look up too.
it's like the moment you came to terms with the fact that you may be truly a misplaced individual in a orderly, structured society but it's all good and, in fact, there's probably others feeling the exact same way in their cookie cutter homes presenting a very normal life and we're all just in it together in the end even if we feel like we're in different places
I lived in the suburbs through the 90s and early 2000s in KCMO. This picture was close to what I lived in. Summer nights playing Metal Gear, Halo, Resident Evil, or going for a night run. So many people around but so lonely. Early mornings going to football practice or weight lifting. Good times. I'm praying for you if you are having bad times. YES! YOU!
Who says the darkness isn't rewarding I love the liminal space vibes on these videos it makes my life feel like it's actually worth something you should see how it looks on a good quality monitor or Smartphone the experience will take your breathe away.

after being in the depressed and lonely type of person for so long the darkness is very comforting for me to say the least. Like no one is bothering me, no one is judging me, no one is there but me and myself. when I'm out and doing things in town I just stay to myself or you know say hi to the cashier, but I always felt the comfortness of being alone such a good but weird feeling. I know eventually I will have to get used to being around people more as I go into the film industry but I will ALWAYS have a place I can go to where I can be alone. Now being alone isn't a bad thing necessarily but it's something for SO MANY people that its the only VERY few things they find comforting. It is heartwarming that I know people can relate to the same things I do. But to all of you who read this: You are loved, you are appreciated, you are HUMAN. I mean it, you are so very unique and that is something to be proud of. I know I do not know you but I love you and I hope whatever life throws at you, YOU will get through it because you already made it this far in life. Also do not forget to eat, drink water, and be nice to yourself ~ Anastasia :)

We were complementar but living in opposite worlds, i love her so much and also her loved me but for inunderstandable misunderstandings and coincidences and impositions from other people we never express our feelings. When i see others love i feel happy but also incredible nostalgic. I am writing a book about our story and imagining my self to get return in past and change a choice and imagine to tell her everything in the right moment, we go away from everyone and everything, travelling in the time and in future years but one day we got another time separate but forever. We lost in another dimensions, and we got destined to forgot us. I am now at 29 pages and i feel better writing all my feelings and conversations between me and her inspired from her real way to be. Perhaps this is just the wrong Reality for us 🖤

This song reminds me of so many nights in my life. Some filled with wonder, some filled with despair. It reminds me of the nights on a midwatch as a young man, crossing the pacific on an old sailing ship and being overwhelmed at the vastness of the stars overhead. Being suddenly and acutely aware of my own "being" and the short blip that it will take up on the vast timeline of the world. Those were nights of wonder. Something about the orderly houses in a row, the stars quietly overhead, and not a single other soul stirring reminds me of some of my nights of despair. Years later when I settled down and was working at software startups, there were many nights when I would have to work through the night to get a feature done and my wife and young children would be peacefully sleeping and when I'd take a break from the screen, I'd stare out the window and then become aware of most of the world around me people were resting peacefully and that I'd have to great them in a few short hours when the sun came up and go about my day just like the rest of them.
Thank you, brother. This year I will be giving my final year in school, and I was nervous and afraid. I really need this. I hope that Jesus gives everyone a happy life ❤️

This music reminds me of a video I watched today. It was a compilation of people conversimg about how death would feel like and my heart sunk as I remembered my grandma and grandpa. My grandpa taught me how to do basic math, he taught me how to read the clock, my grandma taught me how to tie my hair in a ponytail. They are in heaven now and I miss them dearly, and the part that made me click away from the video was the thought that I'm never going to see them again. Wherever you are - I love you! ❤ Rest well.

There is a reason we all long for something more, something beyond ourselves and this life, something that this world cannot provide. From the very beginning God created us to be with Him for eternity. And that is where we belong, even in spite of our sinful nature. He provides a way to Himself through Christ so that we may walk along side Him once again, forever.
I wish I were 12 sitting there on a soft grass, air fresh but still warm, and just looking on a night sky and thinking about life on other planets... I would have felt infinite.

We were complementar but living in opposite worlds, i love her so much and also her loved me but for inunderstandable misunderstandings and coincidences and impositions from other people we never express our feelings. When i see others love i feel happy but also incredible nostalgic. I am writing a book about our story and imagining my self to get return in past and change a choice and imagine to tell her everything in the right moment, we go away from everyone and everything, travelling in the time and in future years but one day we got another time separate but forever. We lost in another dimensions, and we got destined to forgot us. I am now at 29 pages and i feel better writing all my feelings and conversations between me and her inspired from her real way to be. Perhaps this is just the wrong Reality for us 🖤

I feel like I was there before, but not in this life, in a different one, somewhere before I was born perhaps. And the green was so distinctive, and the stars add to the mystery yet the mystery itself is so peaceful.

This song reminds me of so many nights in my life. Some filled with wonder, some filled with despair.
It reminds me of the nights on a midwatch as a young man, crossing the pacific on an old sailing ship and being overwhelmed at the vastness of the stars overhead. Being suddenly and acutely aware of my own "being" and the short blip that it will take up on the vast timeline of the world. Those were nights of wonder.
Something about the orderly houses in a row, the stars quietly overhead, and not a single other soul stirring reminds me of some of my nights of despair. Years later when I settled down and was working at software startups, there were many nights when I would have to work through the night to get a feature done and my wife and young children would be peacefully sleeping and when I'd take a break from the screen, I'd stare out the window and then become aware of most of the world around me people were resting peacefully and that I'd have to great them in a few short hours when the sun came up and go about my day just like the rest of them.

This music reminds me of a video I watched today. It was a compilation of people conversimg about how death would feel like and my heart sunk as I remembered my grandma and grandpa. My grandpa taught me how to do basic math, he taught me how to read the clock, my grandma taught me how to tie my hair in a ponytail. They are in heaven now and I miss them dearly, and the part that made me click away from the video was the thought that I'm never going to see them again. Wherever you are - I love you! ❤ Rest well.
