Thanks for your detailed video. I’m using an SP1 with an LT and this helped A LOT! I appreciate the design of your products and your customer service via email is always fast, courteous and professional.
I need help. I edit everything from the app. My Mastermind LT is always connected to my PC ( windows 10) via USB. The editor recognizes the Mastermind. However, when I try to write the settings to device, it fails. A message pops up “ error sending data” and I can’t change parameters or edit my Mastermind at all. I don’t know what to do. I’m pretty sure I might be forgetting to set something that allows the App to edit my device, but I haven’t found anybody with the same issue to guide me. Please, help.
@@leonemesis87 Please contact us at support@rjmmusic.com. Getting a copy of your settings file would be very helpful. You can use a USB thumb drive to transfer the settings to the computer if a direct USB transfer is failing,
@@rjmmusic I've just solved it! 😀. Turns out I was NOT actually running the latest firmware in my device, only on my PC. How stupid am I? Thanks a lot for your help. 🙏

Are you running the latest firmware (4.9.1)? There was a similar error in an earlier release.
@@rjmmusic yes. I’m running the latest. 😕
