Trach tubos are to help you breathe. If a trach tube isn't plugged, there's no way a person can talk bc it pushes against your vocal chordes.. the truck tube isn't plugged bc it's connected to O2

I cried for Tammy and her family as they all struggled to get a handle on their weight loss and addiction. I pray for each of them to be able to keep moving forward with their mission of loving and caring for their own selves and each other. They all have worked hard to get where they are today. And he’s a creep, he literally purposely got himself transferred to her rehab facility so he could meet her. And then purposely waited around the halls for her. He stalked her, probably because he knew she had connections so he could get weightloss surgery, good healthcare from the TLC doc’s, or money etc. Now they’re finished though and no longer together. They got engaged a week or two after meeting 🤦🏻♀️

It breaks my heart to see people in such poor condition due to their own addictions. Gosh they’re both on trach tubes. I pray they can inspire each other to get healthy and lose weight. They can be each other’s biggest cheerleaders or biggest enablers. It’s up to them.

Once you become an adult you can make the choice to continue those bad habits or get help and lose the weight and excessive unhealthy food. She’s had numerous people helping her and she chose to continue engorging on food.
I love Amy! She has a good heart and intentions toward Tammy. I am so glad God has blessed Amy with better health, a husband and beautiful baby Gage. Really, I do like the sisters, but I now really want to watch Gage grow into a happy healthy toddler. Enjoy every moment Amy and Michael because they don’t stay babies long enough.

It's very difficult to help lift someone up and support them when THEY THEMSELVES MUST HAVE A HELPING HAND IN THE PROCESS. This looks to be the beginning of an endless cycle of confusion, heartache, pain and despair...TLC is simply "aiding and abetting" to this sad situation. They both need a Endotracheal tube simply to live....and THAT, SETS THE STAGE and MARKS THE BEGINNING....

It’s because you have chosen not to develop your character and really build who you are into something of value. It’s always kind of peculiar that extremely underdeveloped people who do things like openly bully others and play the “I’m so much better than that person” game don’t understand why they can’t find quality relationships. Start with yourself. Not a single quality person who you could actually have a future with is going to be attracted to who you are right now and how you present yourself to the world. Conceited. Shallow. Cruel. Those are not desirable traits and wondering out loud why they don’t attract quality partners is kind of adding insult to injury to yourself. It's so sad that even on her wedding day, people are being NEGATIVE! Yes, they both have a hard road ahead but, this may be exactly what they both were missing in their lives. Nothing has changed & nothing will change. She’s still in a wheelchair. I don’t think she’s lost a lot of weight considering she’s been in a rehab facility. And I could bet money on the fact her personality hasn’t changed a bit. Each to their own though. Amy looks like she’s lost more weight. Good for her for continuing her journey post baby #2.
I’m glad Tammy found someone to love. I would say my only concern would be because her husband is also obese that she may go back to her bad eating habits. I hope she doesn’t but when you have both husband and wife obese, on a vent and in a wheelchair it can be difficult to follow healthy habits. I hope they are living in an assisted living center to get daily help as they obviously cannot help each other.
I have my own struggles, and it’s easy to pass blame and shame. At the end of the day, we all know she’s not healthy, and her weight will shorten her life, etc. She has to do it for herself. Right now, she seems quite content. Everyone deserves happiness. I wish her the best.
This guy is sketchy af. If he met her at the clinic that would be a different story but he kind of shot himself in the foot when he admitted that he found her on social media, then found out she was on the show, and THEN checked himself into the clinic... He literally is after her for nothing but clout. He couldn't even be bothered to get to know her before proposing or even asking her to be his girlfriend. I really wish she would have said no, until she knew him better.
As 2 recovering addicts are not encouraged to find solemn together I'm scared that they will both indulge in the food. I pray that they are happy and maybe the thought of kids in the future or just not wanting to separated by their affliction will encourage both to do better and hold each accountable for the food that they eat. 🙏 Great to see Tammy, she's looking really good and that hair! ☺

Whatever, But can we talk about how big Amy still is! Having another baby or not Amy feels since she had the surgery that's a green light to eat Whatever she wants to... It's been said that Amy stuff's her face with food 🍲 so much before and After her pregnancy that she throws up on a daily basis and her only excuse is she wants to enjoy her pregnancy! Amy's been hospitalized for continuing! Amy puts on I'm innocent role for the cameras trying to fool the public into thinking she's such a great mother when she is NOT!!
Amy is an absolute legend. Apart from the fact that she’s come sooo far since laying on that sofa on Christmas Day crying because she had no one and was so unhappy, she has bent over backwards for Tammy and continues to be the best sister anyone could ask for !!!

I was almost 300 in 2021 and it hurt to get up in the morning. You can do this just keep making the next best choice everyday. Slow and steady, you’ll look up in a couple yrs and be at your goal. I’m 25lbs away, losing 110lbs total. Swimming helps but mostly it’s the food.
No negative words or thoughts about others! Be happy for them and say prayers or have positive thoughts about them helping one another become healthier every single day! AMEN 💜

Proud of what exactly? LMAO. She literally had to lose 20lbs.. in order to get the surgery. She can't even attempt to get out of that wheelchair shes glued too. Shes had to lose the LEAST amount of weight. There's nothing to be proud of. Did you happen to catch what she was eating the first time she was back in rehab? which i might add, she only went back to rehab for the 600th time b/c her family washed their hands clean of her. And wasn't waiting on her hand & foot like shes so use too & expects. So, now she bas nurses waiting on her hand & foot 24/7. I'll say good job when I see her walk 5 steps out of that wheel chair & do something on her own. Ive yet to see Tammy do anything on her own. And where exactly did she lose this 100+lbs? I dont see anything different except a button nose.
She actually made the goal and finally got approved for surgery. Go look at her weight loss pictures. It's amazing. She's looking great. The treach has been removed. It's all wonderful achievements 👏
I just hope this ain't a publicity stunt and they actually love eachother and motivate each other to better themselves. As a recovering addict, I can say that the odds are def stacked against them but it's not impossible. Best of luck

Exactly! That's all that needed to be said. It costs nothing to either say a kind word or be quiet. Tammy is damn near 40. She's been big all her life. She knows she's overweight. She still deserves to be happy and her happiness shouldn't invoke sarcasm, pettiness or unnecessary ugliness from anyone. She's cried a lot in her life. She deserves to smile some.

Can I just say that y’all inspire me, As a woman who has struggled with weight I was to terrified and afraid to do the surgery and at my biggest ( 389 lbs) I had enough. I decided to go on Herbalife and I bought a punching bag lol. Everyday the same thing . A shake for breakfast, lunch and a small dinner and for 4 hours a day randon I popped In headphones and beat the shot out of that punching bag, Thinking about all my past trauma and the fact I was so huge plus it was extremely painful moving in ways I hadn’t since I was a teenager gave me the strength to keep going because I k ew soon it wouldn’t hurt and it did t after a few weeks. After 9 months I finally got down to 287 lbs and i decided I like the thickness I was and I show it off whenever I can. Y’all are beautiful and amazing souls and don’t let anyone keep u down. Ppl will take trash and it’s usually because there’s something in there pathetic lives that they hate about themselves so they Will project it on you!! Thank you for sharing your story which I’m watching on Hulu now because u again have inspired me to go at it again and loose more weight. I'm pretty sure she got that when she almost died and went into the coma. I was hoping after all this time she would get to remove it. It looks like her fella has one too. I hope they are both strong enough to continue their weight loss journey.

I understand your comment you should of said in a good manner not in like mocking them. Not everything is about sex. To be honest I was overweight and had a hard time. It's was a big problem. The being bullied and the sweating and including the intamacy with the partner was hard. Sorry for too much details. Support and help people who are overweight and encourage them to lose weight in a good way. Believe and help. When someone mocks or bullies someone it will break them. Eventually they will heal physically and they will hate people who bullied them and they will keep that by heart. Just wish people the best you don't know what they have gone through. Beauty faints what remains is what's in the heart. For example a beautiful person will look beautiful in the outside but will they look beautiful inside of their souls. Beauty ages and faints. I’m glad Tammy found someone to love. I would say my only concern would be because her husband is also obese that she may go back to her bad eating habits. I hope she doesn’t but when you have both husband and wife obese, on a vent and in a wheelchair it can be difficult to follow healthy habits. I hope they are living in an assisted living center to get daily help as they obviously cannot help each other.

I have my own struggles, and it’s easy to pass blame and shame. At the end of the day, we all know she’s not healthy, and her weight will shorten her life, etc.

If he met her at the clinic that would be a different story but he kind of shot himself in the foot when he admitted that he found her on social media, then found out she was on the show, and THEN checked himself into the clinic... He literally is after her for nothing but clout. He couldn't even be bothered to get to know her before proposing or even asking her to be his girlfriend. As 2 recovering addicts are not encouraged to find solemn together I'm scared that they will both indulge in the food. I was almost 300 in 2021 and it hurt to get up in the morning.
You can do this just keep making the next best choice everyday. Slow and steady, you’ll look up in a couple yrs and be at your goal. I’m 25lbs away, losing 110lbs total. Swimming helps but mostly it’s the food.

Did you happen to catch what she was eating the first time she was back in rehab? which i might add, she only went back to rehab for the 600th time b/c her family washed their hands clean of her. And wasn't waiting on her hand & foot like shes so use too & expects. So, now she bas nurses waiting on her hand & foot 24/7.
I'll say good job when I see her walk 5 steps out of that wheel chair & do something on her own. Ive yet to see Tammy do anything on her own.
And where exactly did she lose this 100+lbs? I dont see anything different except a button nose.
She actually made the goal and finally got approved for surgery. Go look at her weight loss pictures. It's amazing. She's looking great. The treach has been removed. It's all wonderful achievements 👏

Can I just say that y’all inspire me, As a woman who has struggled with weight I was to terrified and afraid to do the surgery and at my biggest ( 389 lbs) I had enough. I decided to go on Herbalife and I bought a punching bag lol. Everyday the same thing . A shake for breakfast, lunch and a small dinner and for 4 hours a day randon I popped In headphones and beat the shot out of that punching bag, Thinking about all my past trauma and the fact I was so huge plus it was extremely painful moving in ways I hadn’t since I was a teenager gave me the strength to keep going because I k ew soon it wouldn’t hurt and it did t after a few weeks. After 9 months I finally got down to 287 lbs and i decided I like the thickness I was and I show it off whenever I can. Y’all are beautiful and amazing souls and don’t let anyone keep u down. Ppl will take trash and it’s usually because there’s something in there pathetic lives that they hate about themselves so they Will project it on you!! Thank you for sharing your story which I’m watching on Hulu now because u again have inspired me to go at it again and loose more weight. Half of humanity does care about the physical body and the pretty face. I see it a lot. Pretty face, dressed well, fit body your hired and more people flirt with you. This environment we all live in is about fitting in. If you don't fit in they see you weird and ugly. You were honest about your comment I guess I didn't see it another way. They will not be able to make love instead they will be able to eat at the wedding night because making love as an overweight person is very hard and stressful.
