    John Haack actually talks about this specific thing when we visited Mark Bell (video on YT) says it came naturally and it's not something that he had to think about , I have a similar technique in being slightly tucked in on the eccentric and slightly flared on concentric

    Love how the information was super detailed, yet very easy to digest. Had shoulder pain while benching for years and the internal/external rotation explanation is something I'll try to incorporate on my next bench session. So glad I stumbled upon this channel
