Some Projects are just a bit too much to take on

"There were two different projects, one to expand the house, one to keep it as is. So much wasted money. Brand new can lights just sat here. And they're super old too. This has been sitting here for like 10 years minimum. So the problem is a lot of this framing is going to have to be engineered and re-inspected. You know what I mean? Because some of this stuff is going to have to be, a lot of this wood is going to have to be pulled out. It's got a lot of warping. Yeah, this is a nightmare."
