Some people are moving because of how else standing to crime in the lack of protection is maybe comment on just taking what you want I'm just here to give you ideas plus all a listening to you and you're like straight to the point I'm still trying to figure that out when I tell people doing so like mechanic and like yeah you'll be like well that the house is going to need a roof and flooring in the bath I'd be like yeah well you're going to have to do the roof and matter what yeah like what about this go out that should be done but it's winter I mean you don't have the money or you just want to do the whole thing because we can do the whole thing and I'll never have a problem again kind of like you buy a $20,000 house you put 20 into it now you got a $40,000 house or 30 wait a couple years prices go up I don't know if the pros and cons are the what is it Cash out refinance I think yeah that has to be but today now it's $120,000 house so you got a hundred grand tax-free rent of the house to pay for that go buy two 40,000 houses throw 10 into each one or 20 into one or maybe you have to put 20 in the both of them wait some years maybe some more years now you got two $200,000 houses take that money Cash out refinance pay for the first one put some down on the second one you know steady and extremely low maintenance or if you sell it you get the point then I know nothing about real estate or the pros and cons to cash out refinancing
