Hello friends everywhere! I am in Los Angeles and have been a fan of Nicki & Carlo's channel for many years now. I remember when I first started watching, their "humble beginnings" and 5-6K views per video, and I am beyond happy for them that their channel exploded to 150-160K views! Bravo, NIcki and Carlo, you are such an amazing inspiration to us, for me personally whenever I'm working out I put your videos on, whenever I'm feeling a bit down or sad, I turn on your videos and they immediately lift my mood. There is no other UA-cam channel like yours in my opinion. Nicki, if you think you get frustrated now because you can't do everything by yourself, just wait 20+ years haha. I live alone and I'm a healthy and "relatively" strong 76 year old woman in Liguria. But I have to say that I've mastered the art of asking for help when I need it. Love your jacuzzi, and you will have your outdoor pool finished in no time.
I am 75 and live in our house 1/2 acres with pool, my husband has dementia so all the work inside and out is up to me! Also the best thing I did was cut off my hair to a short cut!

We're right there with you 😅 Now that it's summer, a pool sounds like a dream, especially for cooling off with our 4-month-old. The sea is just a 7-minute walk for us, but with this heat, our little one might bake before we even get there! Also, your nature walk was absolutely beautiful - such a serene spot!

Forty years ago I had taken a night train to Brindisi (where you catch the boat to Greece) and I woke up and looked out and there were sunflowers at far as you could see....just spectacular memory....
Yes the side with the view is perfect! Please keep an eye on Holly. I had Yorkshire terriers and my little Gracie developed dementia when she was 13. Would wander around home and get stuck behind the toilet not knowing how to get out. Moving her out of the sun was a good idea! I love how you can take your pups everywhere you go in Italy 🥰
Once again thanks you guys! You both have such green thumbs! The garden is gorgeous and you really know just what you need and where. You both are such hard workers. I think you simply slipped from my parents generation, born in the depression in the USA, and entered our world. My parents had amazing gardens where ever they lived. It was super important when they lived in East Africa and worked with the poor and needy everyday. Their gardens rejuvenated them as your does for you!You invest in beauty. Our world has forgotten how our healthy both mentally and physically can be improved by this kind of nature. Not only trees and grass but flowers and flowering bushes. You’ve created two pieces of paradise in which to retreat soak in and I’m sure it helps you keep things balanced when hard times and suffering or just arguments occur! I hope we all learn from you! Thank again for sharing a small peep into the bright side of your life. If you ever want to come to Nashville Tennessee we can do a house swap. You take care of my plants and I’ll take care of yours. You are very blessed to be so healthy Nikki I got bitten by a bug that cause paralysis and affected me neurologically and now at 82 I am needing to move in with my daughter. I'm in a wheelchair when we go somewhere. I use a walker at home my mother lived to be 92 and was still working at 90 it has been very hard for me not to compare myself to her. I was always like you I would just do anything so life is taken a really difficult turn. But I have people around me who love me and I live in a beautiful place here in New Mexico. And I am happy. Perfect spot for the Jacuzzi. How wonderful that the table you already have works perfectly on your patio for an outdoor dinner with guests. Loved seeing the beautiful place settings. There is something about having a table fully set up for dinner guests. It's beautiful, welcoming, festive, inviting and makes what could be an ordinary drab dinner an event to be enjoyed and remembered as a feast for the eyes, pallet, emotions and sense of family or close community.

Your pool area will be ready to put the pool in soon, and an oval pool is bigger and gives you more room to swim. I'm not a big UA-cam person but since finding your channel I have been watching every day to catch up. What you both are doing makes our lives better. I am about to retire from being a lawyer for 35 years and have hated most of it. So much nasty stuff on the TV news. Your videos allow for an escape, and confirm to me that there are many good people out there doing good things. I get enjoyment from my small garden and planting eating fresh tomatoes. Carlo, is there anything you cannot do? You English is very good. I wish I had a friend like you. Add us to your list that if you every want to come to Southern Utah, we have a big home and you will be welcome. We are close to the Grand Canyon. Zion national Park. I've been watching you guys now for a solid almost 4 years now, and I've never said this, but Carlo reminds me a lot of a younger version of my father. My father passed away at the age of 93 seven years ago.

I'm glad you found a pool. I personally like an oval or round pool, as you can make really fun whirlpools in them! Everyone walks/runs around the edge of the pool, creating a current, then pick your feet up and go for a ride! 😃Seriously though, the fact you could pick the pool up immediately, and the big savings, I think it was a wise choice. 💕💕

@@samanthab1923 thanks for asking. Where we live we are so far lucky. We are on the coast, just outside Vancouver. But we know many people not that far from here are evacuated and one family we know lost their home to the wildfire in Jasper. Fires have become too commonplace in summer and that is so scary. And of course this is happening all over this lovely planet of ours.

those tuscany sunflower fields amaing. I planted one time about 20 rows of 20 sunflowers in my backyard ( for a neighbors daughter wedding of course they did bloom in time) . What I loved about them is not only for the obvious reason but I loved watching their faces turn to follow teh sun during the day

Niki, your little Holly was acting off and seeking heat sources under the oven and sun in the summer is unusual. This is common in dogs that have thyroid issues. You might want to do some bloodwork. Love your channel!
The grassy corner will be perfect, the lovely warm grass under your feet coming out is worth a bit of dirt to be wiped off before you put you shoes or sandals back on, it's great for grounding as well, best combination, wet feet walking on grass, you'll feel as new every single time!

I think you simply slipped from my parents generation, born in the depression in the USA, and entered our world. My parents had amazing gardens where ever they lived. It was super important when they lived in East Africa and worked with the poor and needy everyday. Their gardens rejuvenated them as your does for you!You invest in beauty. Our world has forgotten how our healthy both mentally and physically can be improved by this kind of nature. Not only trees and grass but flowers and flowering bushes. You’ve created two pieces of paradise in which to retreat soak in and I’m sure it helps you keep things balanced when hard times and suffering or just arguments occur! I hope we all learn from you! Thank again for sharing a small peep into the bright side of your life.

You are very blessed to be so healthy Nikki I got bitten by a bug that cause paralysis and affected me neurologically and now at 82 I am needing to move in with my daughter. I'm in a wheelchair when we go somewhere. I use a walker at home my mother lived to be 92 and was still working at 90 it has been very hard for me not to compare myself to her. I was always like you I would just do anything so life is taken a really difficult turn. But I have people around me who love me and I live in a beautiful place here in New Mexico. And I am happy. Perfect spot for the Jacuzzi. How wonderful that the table you already have works perfectly on your patio for an outdoor dinner with guests. Loved seeing the beautiful place settings. There is something about having a table fully set up for dinner guests. It's beautiful, welcoming, festive, inviting and makes what could be an ordinary drab dinner an event to be enjoyed and remembered as a feast for the eyes, pallet, emotions and sense of family or close community.

I'm not a big UA-cam person but since finding your channel I have been watching every day to catch up. What you both are doing makes our lives better. I am about to retire from being a lawyer for 35 years and have hated most of it. So much nasty stuff on the TV news. Your videos allow for an escape, and confirm to me that there are many good people out there doing good things. I get enjoyment from my small garden and planting eating fresh tomatoes. Carlo, is there anything you cannot do? You English is very good. I wish I had a friend like you. Add us to your list that if you every want to come to Southern Utah, we have a big home and you will be welcome. We are close to the Grand Canyon. Zion national Park. Lake Powell, and 90 minutes to Las Vegas. Your work is appreciated.

I've been watching you guys now for a solid almost 4 years now, and I've never said this, but Carlo reminds me a lot of a younger version of my father. My father passed away at the age of 93 seven years ago.

I'm glad you found a pool. I personally like an oval or round pool, as you can make really fun whirlpools in them! Everyone walks/runs around the edge of the pool, creating a current, then pick your feet up and go for a ride! 😃Seriously though, the fact you could pick the pool up immediately, and the big savings, I think it was a wise choice. 💕💕

How are you coping with the wildfires?
@@samanthab1923 thanks for asking. Where we live we are so far lucky. We are on the coast, just outside Vancouver. But we know many people not that far from here are evacuated and one family we know lost their home to the wildfire in Jasper. Fires have become too commonplace in summer and that is so scary. And of course this is happening all over this lovely planet of ours.
So happy for you guys that you’re getting a pool and this hot weather hopefully you can enjoy it for a few weeks before the weather changes!! I love all the improvements you guys are doing around the property, it’s so beautiful your new property. Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work.!! I hope to visit Positano again one day.

those tuscany sunflower fields amaing. I planted one time about 20 rows of 20 sunflowers in my backyard ( for a neighbors daughter wedding of course they did bloom in time) . What I loved about them is not only for the obvious reason but I loved watching their faces turn to follow teh sun during the day

Niki, your little Holly was acting off and seeking heat sources under the oven and sun in the summer is unusual. This is common in dogs that have thyroid issues. You might want to do some bloodwork. Love your channel!

The grassy corner will be perfect, the lovely warm grass under your feet coming out is worth a bit of dirt to be wiped off before you put you shoes or sandals back on, it's great for grounding as well, best combination, wet feet walking on grass, you'll feel as new every single time!
