I think posture is so important and it's why working out and good habits for posture is important for personal image. I'd like to wash my hair less frequently but it gets oily and smelly. I don't know how you can go without it for a week! I do agree to all of the points here :)
The scalp will get used to it when you wash your hair less often :) it smells bad cause the scalp actually doesn't want to have shampoo on it and the less you wash it the better the scalp can "recover". In the beginning it will produce more oil (sebum) but after recovery it will smell better and won't get as oily anymore :)
You're right! manicured nails DO MAGIC so i've been trying to do my own manicure at home for the last year and it just gets better when you know what to do according to your own unique shape of hands and nails and it makes me appreciate my hands more when they look nice☺️

have you tried Baby touch by Burberry? It's a very light, clean, baby powder-like smell that is not overpowering at all. I have issues with heavier/richer parfumes as well, but this scent is one of the few that I doesn't get into my head after few hours. I think it is even advertised as baby friendly.

I’d love to follow the second tip but my nails are soo weak 😩and I have to keep them super short or they’re never the same length! It’s very frustrating. Plus nail salon visits aren’t in my budget right now. Anyone have tips for nailcare for nails that are prone to breaking?
Maybe you don’t need this anymore but search for Dr Dray brittle nails on UA-cam. I oil them with vitamin e and jojoba oil every night, put some gloves on. Also I protect them from water a s much as possible. I wear glover to do chores

If you do any kind of exercise please wash your hair at least every 3 days, sweat is one of the worst enemies for your hair.
