Ayeduase in the early 2000s was mud houses all over. Until KNUST expanded towards Ayeduase and within 5 years it was buzzling with storey buildings. If you interested in hostel business and you don't get a land in Ayeduase look at Kotei or the surrounding towns like Deduako or Appiadu because by 5 years they will be like Ayeduase. KNUST has really helped the surrounding towns to develop rapidly.
Paved roads make most western countries seem nice. If all the roads at Ayeduase were paved, it’ll look much much nicer than Northeast and Southeast Washington DC neighborhoods.
The international airport and Boankra inland port will attract even bigger real estate investments into the city of Kumasi...modernising the city and creating jobs and wealth. Kumasi needs these high rise buildings to save land and give the city a bolder and strong and modern look

We live in the tropical zone, so let us concentrate on transforming a city like Kumasi into a paradise with green spaces, beautiful trees, plants, and shrubs and let us not be obsessed with building a concrete jungle! There is nothing like living in a tropical paradise!

Kumasi has more trees than nay city or town in Ghana.
