🥹 bonjour 🙏 c'est pour ça que le corps et l'esprit sont liés...je pense aux migraines 🙂↕️ un mal qui nous attrape un jour et qui ne veut plus s'en aller. C'est comme un combat à chaque fois et on se dit que c'est trop dur mais je sais que dans les arts martiaux c'est extrêmement dur pour avoir un excellent résultat ! Master Shi Heng Yi I wouldb like for you to do a video on how spiritual gangstalking can also reiterate or replenish our trauma through dark forces and magic. This is what I've experienced. A lot of what I experienced was removed but not fully released. The gangstalkers intentionally shapeshift into the family members who were affected then recreate the ILLusion of that trauma. There's a such thing as vicarious trauma where you're affected by the trauma of others. Especially those closest to us. No therapist can address esoteric latch-key trauma. Yet still I rise up from their actions. But my physical body has to cat h up to the will and Intentions of my Chi energy. ⚛️💪🏽🧘🏻♀️💚 Also I've made videos to be that voice of healing but they use technomancy magic to block the uploads.

What would you suggest for someone trying to mend family relationships. But family refuses to sit down and have a real conversation? I don’t want to lose anyone without mending things, I would like to come to a place of understanding while we are here and can. But it seems like I am the only one who wants to. 😢
This is a really good question Sen
You can do it on your own. For your brain, it is the same when you imagine it, as when you do it. So if you have a conflict with someone, and it's not possible to talk with this person, you can imagine that conversation. Tell the person, how you feel and what's important to you. And the person in your mind will be nice to you and accept your opinion. And you can listen to them and accept them, if you need it. You two get along with each other and solve the conflict. Then you repeat it and for you, it will be solved. When you see that person later, it will not bother you anymore. And with people who hurt you really bad, you can imagine, they stand behind a wall, and they can't hurt you anymore. But they have to listen and to apologize.
But sometimes it's better to let it go. I know it's hard, especially when it's family. In a fantastic world, all parents are super. But, there are some who do terrible things, and you can go away from them. It's okay.
I feel your pain 🙏 What has helped me immensely have been daily & consistently Qigong practice ( with Master Shi Heng Yi & his disciples online) & Meditation @ 5am before I go for a long fast walk every other day . The days I give my legs a break … I do practice other types of exercise to release the tension & to feel grounded. But I never skip Qigong & Meditation. I also practiced at least 15-30 mins of Tai Chi before going to bed. I feel like I am so ready physically & mentally for when the other side is ready to reconcile. We can’t change others, but ourselves. Take care & love yourself. I am a 62 yrs old active woman. And I do all the above at the comfort of my home & neighborhood.
